What are your thoughts of this game? For those who don't know what Catherine is, it's basically a Romance/Horror/Puzzle Game to sum it all up. You play as Vincent, a 32 year-old guy (who honestly is kind of a slacker ) who is dating a girl named "Katherine" when out of nowhere he starts to have nightmares where if you don't survive and reach the top of each level, you die. On top of that a younger, cute, & slutty girl named "Catherine" appears and basically tries to steal you away from the first "Katherine." <--- There could probably be a better explanation to it than mine but ehh.

 

Also, if anyone is interested a lot of the voices may be very familiar. For example, Snow's VA from FF13 plays Vincent, and Serah's plays the blonde Catherine. The Voice of Sasuke from Naruto plays Vincent's friend Toby as well as the "Mysterious Voice" you hear in Vincent's nightmares (though the two characters aren't connected). There are others, but I'll leave that for you to find out.

 

From a first glance I seriously thought it was going to basically be a porno from the PS3 cover art with Catherine on it. But after looking at trailers, walkthroughs, etc. I was terribly wrong. It seemed interesting enough to go out and buy (which was a pain because the guy thought I wasn't 17... ._.). This game is actually quite challenging during all the nightmares , but it's still very fun and addictive! So far I'm not disappointed in the game.

 

But anyways yeah: What do you think of this game? o3o

lmao i agree! but, seriously, if catherine was less of a slut i would call her perfect. katherine was a beyotch, imo.

 

well she is a succubus, it's what she does lol and she was basing everything she did off vincent's preference so he's the real whore if anyone lol

tutti frutti. For me it's a hard choice. Katherine seems like the type of woman who would be there for the guy, but she doesn't really seem effectionate towards Vincent. She's down to earth, but I questioned the whole pregnancy thing when should could talk things out with Vincent, over trying to get him to dump her. Catherine is hot for the succubus that she is, though I would be more paranoid with sleeping with one eye open after she pulled that knife out to attack Katherine. With the Knife incident, if giving Vincent down in the bathroom is considered protecting in one of the endings, I'd be kind of worried on what rage would be like. But Catherine has a fun attitude, while Katherine has her own comforting air to her. If I had to choose, I would choose Katherine.
