Introuduction

There's a city. A city with glory. It's name is Nova. It was turned from a village to a city 20 years ago. A organzation in the city that protects it is called the Brotherhood agency. It contains 21 members. Numbers 1-10 are the only ones to have Bankis. 11-21 must only have Shinki or fear the risk of being excuted. A new member has joined the agency. His name is Rui. Number 21. People prefer him the weakest. The lower the number, the stronger you are. That's the rules of the ranks. Now, let us tell you the tale of Rui. The man who saved Nova.

 

A man is walking in the streets of Nova. He has short black hair, wearing a Brotherhood suit which is all black, blue eyes, is 6.5 inches tall, and a sword straped to his back. This man is Rui. Number 21. A car drives up to him. It stops. Rui turns around and looks who's inside. It was three of his friends. The one driving is Shadow. He's number 19. He has long black hair, wearing a brotherhood suit, yellow eyes, and he has a sword on his waist. The one in the passenger seat is Scar. He's number 18. He has green eyes, short blue hair, wearing a brotherhood suit, and has a sword on his waist. Finally, the one in the backseat is name Cody. He has short blond hair, scar on his right eye, wearing a brotherhood suit and he has a sword on his back.

 

'' Hey Rui, number 1 told us we had to look for you because you have to come with us on scouting.'' said Shadow as he got ready to start driving again Ruin nodded and got in the backseat with Cody.

 

'' You join the Rumble that's in a few days?''asked Scar as he had his face leaning on his hand as he was bored.

 

'' I'm joining. I gonna see if I can defeat the members that are joining.''said Rui as he felt glad he had friends like this.

 

'' I heard from number 15 that number 5 is gonna be the host.''said Cody as he was joining the converstation. Rui looked at them.'' Seems Luke is hosting. I don't trust. Something tells me that something bad is gonna happen.''said Rui as they kept driving though the city.

 

Elsewhere, a man with black hair, gold eyes, wearing a black coat, sword on his waist, and is looking down on the city on top of the Brotherhood headqurtars.

 

'' Seems he's joining.'' the man wispered as he got a phone out. He started calling someone. He then hung up when he didn't get a answer. A man with brown hair, blue eyes, wearing a brown shirt, black jacket, and black pants appeared behind the man.

 

'' Everything is going according to plan Crow.''said the man.'' Yes it is Luke.''said Crow.

 

 

Chapter 13
Rui was shocked as he saw Luke attack him. Yamamoto then rushed towards Luke to attack, but Luke then forced Yamamoto away. Rui got up to attack Luke, but his attack was blocked.'' Poor Rui. Your body is tired after fighting Crow twice, running, and fighting Zero.''said Luke as he slashed Rui's chest again. Everybody was looking at Luke.'' This was all my plan. I'm glad ya fell for my mister nice guy act.''said Luke as he then started floating in the sky. A portal opened.'' It's been fun guys. I'll be going.''said Luke as Rui then knock him out of the sky.'' Your not going anywhere.''said Rui as he and Luke crashed on the ground. Luke kick Rui off.'' Your getting on my nerves''said Luke as he then cut his hand with his blade.'' Bankai!''said Luke as water formed around him. Rui got up and looked

Luke emerge from the water with tail, wings, and horns.'' You can't win now!.''said Luke as he then kick Rui into the sky and started knocking him around. He then punched Rui into the ground. Rui was beaten. Luke then landed on the ground and saw flames come around him. He saw Yamamoto.'' Seems your trying to fight fire with water.''said Luke as he then got rid of the fire.'' What's up with your blade Yama?''asked Luke as he got ready for another attack.

'' Reduce all creation to ash, Ryujin Jakka.''said Yamamoto as he then sended a slash of fire towards Luke. Luke dodged it started sending water slashes at him. Yamamoto then had fire protect him.'' This is my shikai. Now, Luke. You shall be punished.''said Yamamoto as he then clashed weapons with Luke. Luke then stabed Yamamoto with his tail. He retreated. Luke then step back and a cube side pillar came around him. He then returned to normal and start floating to the portal again.'' Sorry. I wish I could fight you some more, but I must take my leave. It's been fun Rui. I hope we get to fight again, but at your full power.''said Luke as he entered the portal and it closed. Rui made a fist.'' DAMN IT!!!'' he yelled as he couldn't stop him. Yamamoto watched Rui as he started hating himself.

-Epilogue-
It has been a month since Rui defeated Crow and Luke's rebeallation. Rui is sitting ontop of the Brotherhoods HQ. He looks at his chest. He still has the scars from his battle. Shadow and Scar came walking up to Rui.'' Yo Rui, we were hopeing that you can train with us.''said Scar.'' Yeah. I'll be glad to.''said Rui as they started walking back inside the Brotherhood HQ. From afar a man with long white hair, green eyes, sword on his back, wearing a black coat, and he is about 6.5 inches tall.

'' Seems your recovering. Good. Now, we can begin the training. Rui.''said the man.
