Plot: It's common knowledge that a world exists alongside the human world, called the digital world. Despite this, only a select few actually have the ability to enter the digital world and become friend with digimon. Those who do, are treated like celeberties and hounded for information. That's why most people choose not to make it known that they have digivices.

The Celestial digimon rule the digital world and have decided to hold a tournament to see who really is the strongest of the strong. The tournament is open to wild digimon and those who have tamers alike.

A group known as the Neo Dark Master, plan to use the tournament as a way to rule the digital world, as the prize for the tournament is one wish granted by the digital world itself. Meaning, who ever wins the tournament has the ability to change the digital world however they see fit.

Characters: Characters will be people chosen as digidestined, who plan on participating in the tournament. These will mainly have to be rookie level tamers as the main characters, but anyone wishing to submit a rival can make them considerably stronger. All characters start off as regular humans, without digimon. You can create more than one main character, but not more than two. And I may deny any person using two main characters, if you join too late.

Bio: sarah had been a big fan of digimon but wasnt a big collector of the cards. she was a fan of plant like digimon. and was a great player one day she found a blue card in her room when she came home from school. she swiped it and the digivice was there. she swiped her yuramon and budmon and there they were. the group trained and were extreamly skilled in tag team battles.

(Both of you are accepted. Luna you forgot to say which digivice you're using, but if you want Burst Mode, it has to be a Digivice iC. I think we can start off now, but I'm still accepting people. We could really use a large cast.)

 

Tori was in the middle of town when it happened. The screen on a large building suddenly went out and was replaced by three digimon. The celestial digimon to be exact. In this world, the celestial digimon were seen like royalty. So seeing them on the screen like this must have meant an important announcement. "Attention people of the human world. It has come to our attention that it's time to select a champion. A tamer who succeeds all others and can lead both worlds into a better understanding of each other. We plan to do this through a tournament, open to all human tamers, but also wild digimon may attend as well. We also plan to award a prize to the person or digimon who wins the tournament. They will have one wish granted by us, using all of our strength. They may even remould the digital and human worlds, if they so choose. Over the next few days, more and more people will be chosen to be tamers so be aware and a reminder to all to have fun!"

Tori blinked once. A digimon tournament?

"i tournament what do you think yuramon and budmon?"

Tori looked at the girl that had spoken. She was still looking at the large screen. But she had been talking to someone. Tori realised that it wasn't completely unusual for someone to have digimon and some could even contain their digimon in their digivices. Tori put it down to that and was about to leave, but his eyes settled on the girl for some reason.

"sounds fun" said budmon

 

"yeah" yuramon added.

 

"great. huh?" sarah noticed a boy looking at her. "can I help you?"

Personality: He's usually the quiet type around others, He has a fear of getting hurt from a berserk digimon when in battle. He cherishes friendship and will always help out his digimon and others when they are in deep trouble

 

Bio: Chris grew up in a small town where both digimon and pokemon where all the rage. He collected many digimon cards and kept them in a large binder folder. One day he encountered a blue card with an unusual 8-Bit symbol. He decided to swipe the card in his computer's card scanner. That's when his life changed forever. It transformed into a Digivice! He picked up the Digivice and decided to swipe his 2 favorite cards, Gaomon and Guilmon. 2 of the digieggs grew in the digivice and out came those 2. Still young, They are inexperienced in fighting. But in the end, The 3 Grow power.

"Uh...it's nothing. I just don't see that many people with digimon, you know?" Tori laughed. "Um...I'm just gonna go. Sorry for staring." And in his embarassment, Tori fled the scene not checking to see where he was going.

"strange" sarah said to herself. "oh well lets go find someone to battle" she ran through the town searching for opponents

"Why is Gaomon quiet?" Guilmon asked

"...." Gaomon sat quietly focusing

"It's called meditating Guilmon." Chris replied

Gaomon got up and tightened his boxing gloves and headband

"I'm in a mood for a battle." He said.

"I'm not sure who can battle us. We've been keeping you guys low profile. Imagine what other people would think if they saw you. For now you guys have to stay where you are. And be happy that Guilmon made the hide out WAY bigger" Chris explained

Guilmon blushed

"Eheh...I had to make it big. I didn't want to get a new box..." Guilmon replied

"Hmph!" Gaomon climbed up a tree and looked for an opponent anywhere near. Then he saw a girl and pointed at her direction

"What is it Gaomon?" Chris asked

"Tamer!" He yelled

"Huh?" she looked into a tree to find a boy with two digimon. "perfect another tamer." she said to herself. "yes"

Gaomon jumped down and looked at Guilmon.

"I wonder what a double battle would be." He asked

"Guys you know we can't do that. Only one of you has to battle." Chris reminded

"Eh go ahead Gaomon, I don't feel like battling, i want to eat my bread while i watch...." Guilmon sat down watching both of them

The girl came up to them.

"....In-Training Digimon....Pathetic." He said

"Gaomon be nice. I haven't seen those before."

Chris scanned both of her digimon.

"Budmon. It is in-training, and also has no attribute. That'll be a fair fight... Then there's yuramon, no attribute, fresh form...." Chris looked a little dissapointed

"Are you sure you want to battle them? It doesn't seem much of a fair fight Gaomon..." Chris asked

"Doesn't matter! A fight is a fight!" He said

"The first round of the tournament will be set in the human world. Digital clouds containing wild digimon will begin to appear soon. In order to pass to round two, a tamer or wild digimon must receive ten points, which will be counted on a digivice or another digital object. It will last for one week. Two competitors must agree to a match for it to be official. Three points will be awarded for a win. Two points for a draw and one point will be taken away from your score if you lose."

The celestial digimon sent this message to all digidestineds. Tori looked at his D-Terminal. The PDA like device that was supposed to be connected to the digital world. He too recieved this message. But along with it, came another one that simply read. 'Congratulations.'

A light engulfed Tori and when he could see he was staring at two digimon. One was a Hawkmon, the other an Elecmon. "Hey."

Tori was stunned, but only for a moment, and then he was completely and utterly happy hugging his digimon partners.

 

After the three had spoke, Tori realised that this made him a tamer with a D-3 digivice. The three walked on, chatting and learning more about each other when suddenly Tori stopped. He looked up to the sky where an omnious cloud was lurking right above him. Tori didn't know what else to do but curse.

Sarah giggled "what does he want a challenge or does he want to fight my digimon in the form they are in now?" her digimon came out of her digivice. "I can make them a challenge."

Tori checked the information on the challenger digimon before him. Apparently it's name was Monmon. It was a small monkey aiming a giant slingshot at him. "Oh this can't be good." Tori muttered, looking at his digimon, who looked ready to fight.

"Hmmph!" Gaomon tightened his headband and boxing gloves

"Master! Give the order and I'll do what I am told!" He said

Chris looked at them.

"I guess....But It would be better if we fight Budmon, It's a bit stronger then Yuramon." He said

"Fine by me!" Gaomon replied

Chris got out a random card from his deck

"Which card would be useful?"

The card spins and he grabs it with his 3 fingers

"Huh! Hah!" He swings his arms around and slides the card slowly

"Digimodify!" He finishes the swiping

"Shield! Activate!"

Suddenly, an iron shield was formed around Gaomon's arm.

"Eh....not what i wanted...I was going for some type of speed boost...But whatever it'll do." He asked

"Choose your digimon wisely opponent!" Gaomon said proudly

sarah giggled again "gaomon over confidents gets you nowhere. yuramon i think you need the practice. is that ok budmon."

 

"yep" replied the plant.

 

"yay my turn." said the dandilion

 

Sarah nicked one of her cards and swiped it. nothing happened.

 

"Ready"

"Gaomon! Are you Ready?" Chris asked

"I am always ready master!" He said

Chris faintly smiled while Guilmon looks at them.

"This might be good. Budmon come sit over here and watch with me!" Guilmon asked

Budmon sat next to him and he shared his bread with her.

"it's Guilmon bread. My previous tamer showed me how to make them. Their very good!" Guilmon smiled and ate a morsel

"Gaomon attack!"

"Yes, Master!"

Gaomon rushed towards ready to punch Yuramon.

Sarah and yuramon waited and just as gaomon was about to hit yuramon. "GO bubble blow!" she yelled. then the digimon released a series of bubbles that hit gaomon but just popped. suddenly gaomon stopped and was as still as a stautue. "do you understand gaomon yuramons ability stops the enemy giving her enough time to get away but instead." she held up her hand and a digtal ring appeared. she swiped it along her digivice. yuramon began to glow.

 

"double evolution." said yuramon. she stopped glowing."Palmon"

 

the digimon now was about the size of gaomon and looked like poison ivy

"Ahhhh....." Gaomon stopped and looked at palmon

"If you touch her, you will be poisoned Gaomon..." Chris reminded

"Permission to switch out, Master!" Gaomon asked

"WHAT!?" Guilmon asked

"Granted! Guilmon get over here! It's your turn!" Chris commanded

"Awww! I don't want to battle...But fine...." Guilmon said Sadly.

"Don't worry Your palmon will be finished. Guilmon, Show them what a virus can do!" Chris commanded

"Pyro sphere!!" His mouth spewed out a flame and he shot a fireball towards palmon.

"Palmon go poison ivy!" yelled sarah.

 

"right!" said the plant as its vines extended and entangled guilmon it then evaded the fireball by using guilmon as a ground and swung out of the way it then continued to wrap around guilmon then it touched guilmon and poisoned it

 

"Now use Root Breaker!"

 

palmon who already was in contact with guilmon began to sap its energy

"Oh no! Guilmon get free from her roots!" Chris commanded

"Graaaaha!!!!!" His pupil shrink and his claws grew fire

"ROCK N ROLL BREAKER"

His claws pierced Palmon's Body and he drilled with flaming claws

"may I have a substitution?" asked palmon

 

"yes you may ready budmon"

 

"Yeah"

 

sarahs hand was surrounded with digital energy. she swiped it.

 

"DOuble digievolution.!" yelled budmon

 

"sunflowmon! go sunshine Beam!"

 

the sunflower fired the beam at guilmon and hit.

 

"Go use cactus tail!"

 

"ok" sunflowmon then raised its tail and fired a shower of needles at guilmon
