I'm experiencing difficulties getting onto this website

So idk what it is but whenever I try to go on this site with my laptop an error message always occurs. Something about I can download something and add it to the website(I really have no idea my laptop is dead right now so once it's done charging I'll type in the error message). And when I try to log on with my iPod it won't let me. Like it signed me out awhile ago and when ever I touch the sign in button it doesn't register. So any help?
