In the secret video from coded, Yen Sid says: "So we only need to find Terra", or something like that. What about Aqua? She's in the Realm of Darkness and I don't think they know it. Didn't they realize she's missing? For eleven years?

 

How did Roxas find Sora sleeping if he was at the fake twilight town and Sora was in the real one? Is that when he went back to Sora? (well parcially)

 

Roxas remained silent after going into Sora for the whole game. Why did he fight Sora just before Sora went to the Castle that Never Was?

 

This is not a question but I wanted to point it out. After Sora defeats Roxas, Axel and Roxas talk trough their minds (axel said that). Roxas hadn't disappeared, but axel had, after helping Sora. Strange, no?

Well, it's not completely confirmed but it's the majority of people thinking that King Mickey is aware of Aqua's wearabouts. He did spend quite a long time in the realm of darkness and it's possible he came across her. Most people believe that if BBS VOL2 is ever released that's the point it will touch upon.

Roxas' spirit was probably quiet weak inside of Sora. It's kinda like how Ven was quiet inside of Sora, until Kingdom Hearts 1. I think he was just regaining himself a bit. And, as to why Roxas chose to fight Sora. Well he was at the point where his mind was most powerful. That probably allowed him to use his own power to interact with Sora. He chose to do this to test Sora. To make sure he would have what it takes to take on the rest of the Organization. It may have also been for his own benefit, to know his somebody wasn't a complete weakling.

But Roxas was still existing through Sora, so he was in the realm of Light. Axel is a Nobody. His body and the mindset of Axel were banished to Kingdom Hearts to regroup with Lea's heart. Hopefully. At any point, they're in two different realms, so it'd bee difficult to keep up the conversation. They would have to disappear and remeet as Lea and Sora or Ven.

I think when Axel disappeared it kind of "woke up" Roxas inside of Sora and that's why he had appeared to challenge him instead of any other point before that. As for Axel and Roxas's conversation, I thought it was a flashback and that happened right before Axel disappeared.

I think the fake Twilight Town was an exact copy so it might have been a fake Sora too.

Either that, or maybe DiZ put Sora into the fake Twilight Town for some reason, possibly to make it harder for the Organization to get to him.

I'm pretty sure that near he end of the Mansion, Roxas had reached the real Twilight Town.

Well I'm pretty sure the DTD was the only way in and out of the fake Twilight Town, and Roxas never went through it so I don't think he was ever in the real Twilight Town.

What I don't understand is: if he returned to Sora then how was he separate from Sora and fighting him later in the game?
