Are just the programs in Chinese, or is everything in Chinese? Like the start menu, desktop icons and folders?

How can we help you if you don't tell us what you have? Also why the hell would you choose "Chinese" as it's language?

For Windows 7 users just go to the "Control Panel" and then follow up by clicking "Clock, Language and Region"

If you don't know what it is in Chinese just use Google Translate.

Change system locale on "Clock, Language and Region."

This computer is a Windows Asus I believe.

I did not choose the language to be Chinese. I got this computer form my dad.

Yes the start up menu, folders, and desktop icons are in Chinese. When I open these folders that dont go to the internet they are in CHinese.

The problem is I cant find the control panel cause you know. Its in Chinese.

Use the language tool bar or whatever it's called. You'll be able to type in Chinese.

If it's an ASUS, then go to the 7th selection on the right hand corner where you go to the start menu, and then you can change the language. All fails, go to Google Translate.
