The year is 2025, the U.S government has pretty much turned into a Dictatorship. Using all of the money to rebuild the monument and leaving nothing to the people of the U.S. Some people have started to revolt but has quickly sent them to prisons and to be executed. Though people have started an underground Revolution that will overthrow the government and make it into the Government their grandparents lived in. They've tried to stay hidden from them, since their main unit is in D.C to monitor the Government and give updates. Each State has their own station like the D.C one is the Maryland unit. Aimi stared at him for a while, she snapped back to reality and nodded. " We will take the jeep." She motioned Dylan and Jospeh over to the truck. " Y ou go back, I'm gonna show Jake what happened." Dylan and Jospeh nodded their smiles disapearing with the mention of what happened.

Jake grimaced at Dylan and Jospeh's reaction to to him bringing up what had happened. He probably could have said that better.

"Nothing you can do about that." He thought. "Best thing you can do is help 'em out."

"Either way, I haven't been to New York in a long time." Jake said with a smile. "I figured a little rebel sight seeing could be fun."

Aimi grabbed the last box and put it in the back of the jeep.

" Come on, if we stick around here much longer people might start asking questions." She pulled a smale pistol out of the back and hopped into the driver's seat.

Jake got into the passenger seat of Aimi's jeep. He pulled his revolver from his bag and checked it, making sure to it out of sight. Jake glanced up as he heard the sound of a plane. Terry banked away and headed west. Jake nodded. Now it was just him and the New York team he had to worry about.

"Okay, how many men you still got around?" He asked Aimi, glancing around at his surrounding area.

"Including myself? About 20 people." She gripped the wheel making her knuckles white. "We used to have the largest collection of weapons, we used to be the ones helping, now look At us." Aimi sighed and pulled up to a half burned and destroyed building. "Welcome to the storage and training unit of new York."

Stuffing his revolver back in his bag, Jake got out of the jeep, taking the bag with him.

"That took some major firepower." He commented.

He moved a little closer to get a better look.

"I've heard of government forces doing stuff like this, but not this scale and not a high profile place like this. Not a good sign."

Jake glanced around.

"What have the local civilians said about this?"

"Nothing, it's like they are pretending nothing happened. The streets are empty nobody talks to to each other anymore. Everyone is afraid" Aimi walked into the building. There wad a pile if random burned items. "This is what was left."

Jake frowned as he looked over the rubble. So much for that idea. With the local populace scared, he wouldn't be getting answers from them.

"This is weird." He said aloud. "If this was a Government strike, they'd be proclaiming it on the news. Using this hit on the New York rebels as a example to anybody who would go against them. But it's been quiet on that front."

Jake shook his head.

"So that means that either they were using something they don't want to talk about, or someone else hit us."

"Could be." She pulled a piece of paper out from her pocket. It was a long list of names. "These were the people stationed here." She handed it to Jake. "I kept a record thinking it could be useful."

Jake took the list and read the names.

"Too many people." Jake thought. "Too many good people gone."

Making sure to read each name carefully, Jake read over the whole list. None of the names belonged to anybody Jake, but a few seemed familiar. Most of those were probably just weird coincidence and him misremembering. But there was always that chance he hit something.

"Know a Jarrod Green?" Jake asked Aimi, pointing to a name on the list.

" Ya, he was just transfered there from the main building. He trained people to use the new weapons that were coming in from california." Aimi looked down. " He was a good guy. Always smiling." She sighed and looked back at the list. " They were all good people."

Jake nodded. He wondered why that name had stuck out to him. Burning each name into his memory, he handed the list back to Aimi.

"Don't worry." Jake said firmly. "We'll fine who ever did this and make sure they don't do it again."

He looked around at the ruins again, wishing he had some sort of forensic scientist to work with. Or maybe Aimi did.

"You got anybody in your team that has a background in police investigations or some sort of scientist?"

(I live near the air force base in my part so i dicided to make a tribute to it ;) )

Chris was back at DC's HQ looking around he didnt see daniel "ehh not unusual for him to be gone at random times" he though as he went through all the evidence he started to think almost automaticly after he looked a the pictures of tank he had taken. He smiled "I think I just found the answer to our problems" chris said looking at a apache helicopter pic. "And I know where to get it Andrew's air force base".

" Ya, we used to have a whole team of scientists." Aimi pointed to a few of the names on the list. " Now we only have two scientists. Daniel and Claire they are living back at the main base." She loosly raised her hand west. " Anything else you need here or can we go back?" Aimi was getting anxious about staying in the building for so long.

"No, no where are good." Jake said, give the building one last look. "Let's get out of here."

Jake walked back to the jeep, keeping an eye out for anybody that might be watching. He was not liking the situation. Way too many unknowns. But that didn't change that he was here to help and he wasn't going to bail out on these people.

"I hope your base has some grub. Haven't eaten since I left my base."

"Ya, we have some reserves just incase something like this happened." She smiled and started the jeep. About 10 minutes later they arrived at a wide two story building. "This is it." she said with a sigh. She took a box from the jeep and took it inside.

Jake got out of the car and looked the two story building. He nodded.

"Good place you got here." he said. "At least your back up base has indoor plumbing. Mine's a cave in the woods."

Jake reached into the jeep and grabbed his bag. Hefting it to his shoulder, he followed Aimi into the building.

Aimi dropped the box off with the others at storage. Then she took Jake to the common area. " This is .... almost everyone." She said looking around taking role in her head. "Do you want to meet the scientists?" She asked still looking around the room of people planning and taking stock of the new supplies.

"Maybe." Jake said. "My main idea for them is maybe get some sort of forensic evidence from the demolished base. Maybe we could fine some answers that way."

He shrugged.

"For now, we won't worry about that. Most of the good stuff is probably already gone. It was just a thought."

Chris was still thinking of the risk's of his "plan" when Daniel came in "hey Daniel" chris said as Daniel "um i wanted to show you the pics i took while i was out" both eyes widen at the disturbing pictures of dead bodies. "damn i didn't no it was this bad" daniel said " they had tanks also we aren't going to win this war with only assault rifles and snipers, we need something bigger!" chris said, Daniel smiled "so what do you think we should do if you know all this?" he said chris also smiled "im thinking of stealing a apache" a near by rebel choked on his drink and turned around "ARE YOU CRAZY?" chris turned to him "we'll see if im crazy"
