Upgrading forum software to IP.Board 3.2.3

As probably none of you know, KH13 runs on a platform called IP.Board (heavily customized and integrated with other applications, by me). Anyway, I'm currently upgrading IP.Board from 3.2.2 to 3.2.3. So yeah, basically, if anything's broken then don't blame me, blame the upgrade :P .. but let me know nonetheless. The usual...

    Ah. Well basically it's a list with like 400 bugs on it. I haven't looked through it closely myself, so I couldn't tell you what's on it, but it sure is impressive.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
