Well I'm currently Terra's armor trying to fight for his body back. And for some reason, I can't guard and counter with hammer strike or payback fang.

 

My current command deck is: Sliding dash, Strike Raid, Quick Blitz, Fire Strike, Cura, Curaga, Hi-Potion, and Ether.

 

Current Shotlock command is Thunderstorm...

 

and Keyblade is Ends of the earth, I don't wanna move on to Chaos Ripper since I need cura and curaga...

 

Any help guys? Blocking and Hammer strike don't seem to help out that much, I do have dash and sonic impack also :c

Because, I am a lazy bastard and I can't meld for crap......But hey! I got past Vanitas right? I usually use them for command breaks like final impact, firestorm etc.

For me, i had Terra's armor stand way back, moving out the way of any of Terranort's moves. Whenever he shot projectiles at me, i blocked sending them back. (SInce the porjectiles do damage when you send them back, thats good.) And i would attack only when neccesary, and used Curaga constantly.

It's a long fight, I don't really understance why you can't block, cause it worked for me, but I used commands like Mega Flare and Meteor...so don't take my word for it. I also had the shotlock Ragnarock(keyblade command board, upper left hand corner of the squares on the left of where you start) All his moves are his ultimate commands, that's why dodging the meteors, can be tricky. I dash away from most of his attacks, this gives me room to use my shotlock, like Silver3drago said, block when he uses his own shotlock(yea he has like two, dark volley which is the one where he dashes arouns coated in darkness, and the projectile one,) If you feel like taking a risk, you can try(again) to block his mele attacks, to try to make him stagger, but with your situation, I would try to find as many(I can't remember the name but it replenishes your shotlock gauge) and use Ven's D-Link as much as possible, it like, tripples Terra's speed when executing attacks, and also heals you when you use it. also, it's a good way(if you've maxed out the level) to get some decent commands for a short time. hope this helps.

use alot of dash attacks and far away attacks and when it comes to moves like his dash meteor and rock column attacks use shot lock to avoid them (ur able to dodge and when he stops you get to hit him http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png) and in dire situations use dlinks.

When he comes to you using the combo attacks (forgot the name), you can block. You should attack and use Shoot Locks a lot. Maybe you should equip some ethers. Then, when he is very weak, he'll use the meteor attacks. You need to rush the quickest possible, or use shoot locks to avoid it. Keep using cura and curaga and you should finish him after a few tries! Good luck

i just trained the hell out of myself.

Well I'm doing standerd mode first, and right when I finish standerd, I'm moving onto proud. And I'll try those out, I can level myself alot in the cyclone valley

I just stocked a bunch of balloon letters and Curagas and hi-potions. I dashed out of harms way as much as I could, blocked when I could, and when Terranort had those short moments to calm down, that's when I'd use my shotlock. I relied a ton on my shotlock for this battle. Heal constantly. You'll eventually get through it.

 

Dash. Heal. Shotlock. Heal. Dash.

That's the basic pattern. (I would add block, but that doesn't seem to be working for you, which is a bit odd.)
