In a world just like our own, there are many magical creatures, both good and bad, and even demons. You can choose to be a witch, (both a guy and girl can be considered a witch) a demon, any magical creature you can think of, or a whitelighter or a dark lighter, both are like guardian angels, white lighters for good witches, dark lighters for evil witches. They can orb (aka teleport) around and heal their charges (people they protect) if you're still confused on anything, you can ask me or just watch the basics of Charmed on YouTube or read it on Wikipedia, cause this rp is basically the show Charmed, with me adding a little twist.

Rules: basic rp rules apply, since Possessing someone may be an essential factor of this kind of rp, just make sure u have their permission.

Application:

Name-

Age-

Family name-(you can be a part of someone's family with their permission and my approval of your application)

Species-(witch, demon, leprechaun etc.)

Powers-(depending on what you are try to stick with one power. Demons usually have fir and energy balls and can teleport, although if your a high level demon, you get to have a special power as well. No invincibility and stuff)

Alignment-

Bio-

Personality-

Optional: Description of your book of shadows, a sort of encyclopedia for magic that has spells, ingredients for potions, how to kill certain demons, etc

(I was kinda hoping to have two siblings to my family, me being the youngest. Or you could be the grandma too. You can start out either knowing about magic, or you could not know about magic. Just throwing that out there in case you need help giving your character a bio) here's mine.

Name-Sean

Age-14

Family name- King

Species-Witch

Powers- along with the usual abilities of a witch to cast spells, he has the ability to freeze time around him for a certain amount of time, and can blow things up, by freezing atoms to freeze things, and accelerating atoms to cause an explosion. The freezing part of his powers doesn't effect good witches.)

Alignment-good

Bio-Sean is part of a family that has had the most powerful witches alive, although it is unknown if he or his siblings will live up to that. His dad was murdered by a demon, and his mom misteriously disappeared. He's living with his grandma, also a witch. He does not yet know he's a witch (but if you want to be one of my siblings, at least one of you has to know about magic. Most likely the eldest, but the middle sibling can choose to know about it or not.) due to the fact that his powers haven't started yet, and the family is hiding magic from him until his powers develop.

Personality-Sean is a very friendly and trusting person who doesn't like to take things seriously. He hates his dad, who died when he was 5, which affects his realtionship with his oldest sibling, since his oldest sibling loved his dad.

(Yeah, no problem. It'll take a minute for me to work up the older sisters states and stuff.) Verge nodded. "Always good to use the classics." he agreed. "Maybe subconsciously used it, an didn't

Uh oh. Sean thought. If he needed a reason never to use spells for personal gain again, this was about to be one. He thought about it. If he could avoid asking questions and interrupt them if they asked questions, he'd be good. "let's do this," he said to himself. And walked into the dining room.

Susan followed Sean in to the dining room. The smells of the food made Susan's stomach rumble, but protocol dictated that she wait for the others to arrive. She swore that if Verge made everyone late again by getting wrapped up in some new magical idea of his, she would have to hide his iPod again.

Sean got a piece of pizza and was quiet, analyzing everybody's face.

Verge walked into the Dining Room and gave everyone a warm smile.

"Hey." He greeted warmly. "How..."

He remembered Sean's little problem and cut off the question.

"I'm starved. We ready to dig in?"

  • Author

"you betcha!" Sean said, and began to eat.

Reneé sensed something was up. She didn't need her powers of empathy to see that. She had raised two generations of kids after all. "what-"

Sean had to think of something quick, so he looked to Verge. Very loudly interrupting Reneé, he asked Verge, "so, what have you been doing iny your notebook Verge?"

Leon followed behing Verge and took aseat near his mother. He silently took a slice of pizza, and hastily ate the italian pie. Seeing as there was tension, Leon's mother quickly started a conversation. "So Reneé, how were the kids while I was gone? Did Leon behave himself?" She asked, much to Leon's disappointment.

Xiev sat across the street, watching, smiling.

"Hmp" He said with a smirk. "He still has no idea what he's doing." A truth spell, how... juvenile.

(Reneé Susan Verge and Sean are all the people under the spell so they can ask any question and they must answer truthfully, vice versa as well. just letting you guys know)

"oh he was behaving himself very well." Reneé replied. "he's such an angel. So how is school Leon?"

"Just some spell ideas." Verge answered, then sent a little glare at Sean.

This was going to spiral out of control fast if Sean didn't shut down that spell.

"So, Sean. Can you help me with a little problem we have?"

  • Author

"oh yes that thing, in that place, that happened because of that other thing right?" he said laughing nervously.

Grandma being unaware that Sean knew of magic, began to say "Verge, did you just-"

"sorry gotta go!" Sean shouted and pulled Verge out of the room.

Leon looked over to Sean, and was suddenly worried, but he poltiely answered Reneé's question first. "Schools fine i guess. I'm doing fine in all of my classes." Leon excused himself, and went to where Verge and Sean were. "What the heck is going on?!" He hissed, His ears in a annoyed position, and his tail swayed frantically.

"I cast a truth spell." Sean said covering his mouth. Then he let go "oh what's the point? And Verge I'm pretty sure because the spell had a time limit, 24 hours already written into it, it's irreversible until the 24 hours is up. We're kinda screwed until then. But until then, why not have a little fun? Remember, you can ask anybody a question, and they'll have to answer truthfully, and non magical beings will forget about it when the time's up. Come on, this is gonna be the last spell I use for personal gain, trust me, so why not have a little fun?" he said, giving Verge an innocent smile.

Leon smiled, this is why he was friends with Sean. "A truth potion, eh? Meh heh heh..." Leon said, getting the susipcous glint in his cat-like eyes. "And you say its irreversible for a whole day? That makes it even better!" Leon exclaimed, prepared for a night that would be quite interesting for him.

"oh you were in the house when the spell was cast? You might wanna watch out with your mother too. Something regrettable might happen." Sean said to Leon

Reneé sat there, analyzing everybody's emotions. Finnally she turned to Susan. "How long has he known about magic?"

Verge heaved a sigh. Sean was probably right about the spell. Verge hadn't really studied the Truth spell, and Sean's logic seemed right.

"Okay, fine." He said. "We'll just try to keep the questions to a minimum. Got it?"

Susan looked surprised at Renee.

"You didn't know?" She asked.

She shook her head.

"Well then, apparently not very long at all."

  • Author

"sure ok," he said, already thinking of ways to get back at his sister.

Reneé sighed. "I see. Your all growing up." she could feel a premonition coming. She closed her eyes and saw many images and voices. She opened her eyes. "If you could excuse me, I have to do something." she got up to leave, and before she left, turned to her granddaughter. "I... I love you Susan." and left.

Leon nodded. "I'm sure I wasn't here. I would be able to tell if such a spell was placed upon me, but your spell might be too powerful for my own advanced senses to be able to place." Leon said, walking back to his still warm pizza. "Are you guys gonna eat?" Leon said, "Or am I going to eat all this by myself?"

Verge inwardly cringed. He wasn't fully convinced that Sean wasn't going do something, but there was little he could do about it.

"Alright." He finally said. "Fine. Let's get back to the others."

Susan farrowed her brow.

"I...love you too, Grandma." She said, a little unsure.

Susan got up and followed after her Renee.

Sean walked into the dining room to find just Leon's mother still in the room.

"hey where'd everyone go?"

Reneé grabbed her coat, and a whole bunch of potions she kept on her. She could see the demon in her premonition, and saw something else... It was unavoidable, however. She could avoid it, as her premonitions give her what's going to happen if nothing changes, but she somehow felt it should happen this way. She could've looked up the specific potion and vanquishing spell to destroy this demon, but that would've taken too long, and she knew that only the her grandchildren's prophecized power of three can successfully cast the spell to do anything to it. Reneé didn't want to put them in danger, so she thought maybe lots of explosive potions will kill the thing. She walked across the street and stood at the sidewalk before saying, "Hello Xiev."

Verge was right behind Sean.

"Don't know." he said, answering only because the spell made him.

He didn't like the look of this. He snapped his fingers. William, Will and Willy popped in behind him. Their smiles vanished when they saw their master's face.

"Something's wrong." Verge said mouthed. "Find out what."

The three fae nodded and ran out.

Verge placed a smile on his face and turned to the others.

"Anyway, not to worry. Hey, Mrs. K. You hear that Sean developed his magic?"

Susan followed her grandmother out the door she didn't like the look of what she was taking with her. She knew about Renee's knack for fighting demons. Was that what she was doing now?

Leon's mother looked over. "He did? Congratulations Sean! I'm guessing by now, you can tell that both me and Leon are a 'Nekomata' or Neko, for short." While his mother was explaining things, Leon was deep in his own thoughts, primarily about his father. Leon sighed, realizing how much he missed him.

Sean looked over. "yes I found that out recently. I never would have guessed." he said and laughed to himeself

"Well, at least I won't have to as careful about magic around the house." Verge said. "I'm even hoping Sean will give me a hand."

  • Author

"give you a hand with what?" Sean asked

"Portal magic studies." Verge said.

The only think that gave away that he didn't want to say that was a slightly odd look in his eye.

"Plus getting you all fine and dandy with spell casting and memorize some of the more interesting spells out there."
