In a world just like our own, there are many magical creatures, both good and bad, and even demons. You can choose to be a witch, (both a guy and girl can be considered a witch) a demon, any magical creature you can think of, or a whitelighter or a dark lighter, both are like guardian angels, white lighters for good witches, dark lighters for evil witches. They can orb (aka teleport) around and heal their charges (people they protect) if you're still confused on anything, you can ask me or just watch the basics of Charmed on YouTube or read it on Wikipedia, cause this rp is basically the show Charmed, with me adding a little twist.

Rules: basic rp rules apply, since Possessing someone may be an essential factor of this kind of rp, just make sure u have their permission.

Application:

Name-

Age-

Family name-(you can be a part of someone's family with their permission and my approval of your application)

Species-(witch, demon, leprechaun etc.)

Powers-(depending on what you are try to stick with one power. Demons usually have fir and energy balls and can teleport, although if your a high level demon, you get to have a special power as well. No invincibility and stuff)

Alignment-

Bio-

Personality-

Optional: Description of your book of shadows, a sort of encyclopedia for magic that has spells, ingredients for potions, how to kill certain demons, etc

(I was kinda hoping to have two siblings to my family, me being the youngest. Or you could be the grandma too. You can start out either knowing about magic, or you could not know about magic. Just throwing that out there in case you need help giving your character a bio) here's mine.

Name-Sean

Age-14

Family name- King

Species-Witch

Powers- along with the usual abilities of a witch to cast spells, he has the ability to freeze time around him for a certain amount of time, and can blow things up, by freezing atoms to freeze things, and accelerating atoms to cause an explosion. The freezing part of his powers doesn't effect good witches.)

Alignment-good

Bio-Sean is part of a family that has had the most powerful witches alive, although it is unknown if he or his siblings will live up to that. His dad was murdered by a demon, and his mom misteriously disappeared. He's living with his grandma, also a witch. He does not yet know he's a witch (but if you want to be one of my siblings, at least one of you has to know about magic. Most likely the eldest, but the middle sibling can choose to know about it or not.) due to the fact that his powers haven't started yet, and the family is hiding magic from him until his powers develop.

Personality-Sean is a very friendly and trusting person who doesn't like to take things seriously. He hates his dad, who died when he was 5, which affects his realtionship with his oldest sibling, since his oldest sibling loved his dad.

(Yeah, no problem. It'll take a minute for me to work up the older sisters states and stuff.) Verge nodded. "Always good to use the classics." he agreed. "Maybe subconsciously used it, an didn't

"it says here, that the first witch in our family line was burned for being a witch. However, she created a prophecy that her daughter would continue the family line, each generation getting stronger and stronger until the generation of three sibling witches considered 'the charmed ones' who's combined power which will be the strongest ever known to man, making them the strongest witches alive." Sean looked to Susan. "do you think that's us?"

Susan looked over the text a moment more. She then glanced up at the distracted Verge, over to Sean.

"Maybe." She admitted. "I'm above average and Verge is a prodigy. While you are still a novice in your power, you have used several spells, especially the calling the dead spell that is difficult for most normal witches."

Susan looked thoughtful.

"That could explain somethings. But let's not get our hopes too high on this. It's a possibility, but not a certainty."

Sean shrugged. "eh, probably not. Just wishful thinking." he turned the page again to see a demon. (btw remember Sean never saw Reneé's killer) The page was titled Xiev, the demon of Fear. Hey isn't that the guy who said he was gonna teach me magic? He thought to himself. He's a demon? Hmmm. He read the entry in his head, hoping the others didn't see

"Xiev, the demon of fear

A demon who feeds on people's emotion of fear, Xiev possess the power to sense a persons greatest fear by looking at the palm of his hand. He'll then make an illusion to literally scare his victim to death, feeding off on it. If you are faced with him, be sure to have either faced your greatest fear, or are willing to face it, as he is not hesitant to kill anyone, and always seems to know more than he lets on."

After that part of the entry, was ingrdients for a vanquishing potion and a spell to go along with it. Is this really the guy? Sean thought.

Susan sat down to consider fully the possibility of her and her siblings being the prophesied three witches.

Verge was looking around frantically for something, mumbling the whole time. William whistled to catch Verge's attention. Once he had it, he gestured to his brothers, who were holding a large bag over their heads.

"This what ya lookin' fur, boss?" William asked.

Verge nearly ran over and snatched up the bag. He rifled through the contents, muttering "yes" every once in a while.

Sean thought to himself that he'd look back at the page later, and turned back to the charmed ones page, and started reading more in his head. "Hmm, the first witch in our family, was named Elizabeth Haliwell, who had three powers. Molecular immobilization, telekinesis, and was also a conjurer. Maybe..." he looked to Susan and asked, "What's your power?"

Detective Daniels sat at his desk, reviewing the King case. "This doesn't make sense! How can this lady just keel over and die?"

"It's called a heart attack," His partner Detective Stevens replied. "I don't know if you know this, but the elderly get those a lot."

"This woman was perfectly healthy, even for an senior. Plus, the lab said she had naturally brunnette hair. How does her hair suddenly turn white? There's something weird about this family. Maybe if-"

"Tyler," Detective Stevens interrupted. "This lady was a 74 year old woman who died of a stroke. Case closed. Just let it go,"

Detective Tyler Daniels grunted. "Whatever..." Stevens walked away. When he was gone, Daniels opened the King file and pulled out three pictures of Verge, Susan and Sean. "I know you're hiding something, and when I find out, there'll be hell to pay."

Susan raised an eyebrow.

"Telekinesis." She said thoughtfully.

She glanced over at the still muttering Verge.

"Conjurer." She noted.

She looked back at Sean.

"Have you developed the third ability?"

Hearing the word "Conjurer" twice in a minute snapped Verge to what was going on.

"What y'all talking about?" he asked, still rummaging through the bag.

"yeah I think my being able to freeze things is called molecular immobilization. Mom had it too, apparently." Sean said remembering the family tree he'd come across. "So we all have her powers. Coincedence? I think not!" Sean said in a Sherlock Holmes jokingly way. "I think I've heard Halliwell before. That must've been our family name before it was changed, which would explain why some of these spells has Halliwell in it. I don't know about you guys, but I kinda like Halliwell better."

Susan shrugged.

"Either name is fine with me." She said. "Though, for ease sake, let's stick with King till things settle down."

Verge gave his brother and sister a questioning look. Susan sighed and beckoned him over to the book. Verge walked over to the book and started reading where Susan pointed. His eyebrows slowly went up.

"Well, that's interesting." He said with a whistle.

Sean sighed. " do you have this portal spell?"

Watching Verge, you could see his brain switching gears as he made his mind file away this information and go back to his project.

"Just about." He answered Sean. "I've got all the things we need."

Susan gave Verge a questioning look.

"Why do you need the three of us?" She asked.

"William." Verge called as he set up some candles around the room.

William walked over to the coach and climbed up on it to stand.

"When our Queen at the time decided to leave, she hired some powerful witches to transport the Maharon away." William explained. "They sent us far and we sealed the way behind us."

"oh I see," Sean said, getting up and walking around. "So in order for this spell to work, you need the power of powerful witches. Who better to do the job than the charmed ones!" he said, already confident that they are the prophesied ones. "This would be a good time to try the power of three out. I'm guessing we have to say the spell together right?"

(Should my character come in at any point? Or should I leave the current stuff to you guys?)

(If you want in, Leon's abilities could easily be used in Verge's plan. It would actually make a lot of sense for you to come in. )

(Sure.)

Leon stepped in. "Sorry, but I came about Renee. I overheard you guys talking about portals, and a prophecy. While i'm sure the prophecy probably doesn't involve me. I am the resident expert of portals and influencing space." Leon paused, then said: "So if you're willing, I can help teleport us to whatever location you need. As long as it exists in the natural plane of existence." Leon finished soon wanitng to speak with Susan about his dreams.

Verge beamed at Leon.

"Excellent." He proclaimed. "I was hoping I could get you in on this."

He turned to look at Sean.

"Yes, we did. But with Leon, we three will be able to focus on directing then holding open the portal. Leon's ability will create the portal and making sure things are working."

Susan thought a moment.

"Are you sure Leon's and our magic can work together?" She asked.

"Theoretically, yes." Verge answered.

"Alright then, how do we find this pocket dimension?"

Verge pointed to William, Will and Willy. All three brothers flinched.

"How does the spell go? Or do you want me

To write it?" Sean asked curiously

Detective Daniels sat in his car outside of the King/Halliwell house, with a listening device to hear what was going on inside, although he couldn't make out much. "Spell? Portal? What are they doing in there?" he asked himself.

Verge scratched his nose as he thought.

"First we find our destination." He started to explain. "you, me and Susan need to be in a circle around William, Will and Willy. They will provide a link for us to follow back."

He studies the Book of Shadows a moment.

"We can skip the the next couple of lines, since they deal with opening the portal, and we've got Leon for that. From there, we recite these two lines over and over till the Maharon are through."

Verge considered a moment.

"Is that all we need?"

"Candles." Susan added.

"Right." Verge said, snapping his fingers.

He got arm fulls of candles and set them up in a tight circle 4 feet in diameter.

"Ok, I'm going in." Detective Daniels got out of his patrol car an approached the door, knocking on it.

"I'll get it." Sean said leaving the room and closing the door behind him.

Susan sighed.

"I'll go with him." She said. "Best not make the neighbors think I'm neglecting you guys."

She followed Sean's example by exiting the room and closing the door behind her.

Verge continued setting up the candles. He glanced over at Leon between candles.

"You gonna be good with this, man?" He asked.

  • Author

Sean opened the door. "May I help you?"

"Yes, well me and your sister have already met. I'm detective Daniels." he held out his hand. Sean didn't shake it. He pulled his hand back.

"anyways, I'm just here to ask some more questions, just a follow up."

Leon nodded. "Can I take a look at the book? I need to take a look at some of the lines, and transfer it to my own magical capabilites." He stretched his tail in excitement, but also worry. From what Verge said, this portal sounded very high tier, and Leon wasn't sure his own talents could handle it.

Susan came down the stairs and saw Sean and Daniels. She sighed and walked over to them.

"Officer." She said with a nod.

She looked at Sean.

"You good with this?"

Verge stopped setting up the candles and went over to the Book of Shadows. He picked it up and made sure it was on the right page. He handed it to Leon.

"There ya go." He said, then returned to candle placing.

"remember, we got to do that thing, with the thing?" Sean replied.

"Oh I'll be quick," he said, and walked inside and stepped inside the living room. "Would you sit down?"

Leon skimmed the page, memorizing all of the information. He was glad he had powers over space, as the spell called for ingredients Silver didn't like. Neko fur, Nether Dragon scales?! He thought, I'm so freakin' glad I don't have to use any of this. He closed the book in disgust, handing it back to Verge. "Ok. I should have a good idea of how this portal works. Just name the place, and i'll see what i can do."

Susan remained standing.

"That is my line, Officer Daniels." She said.

She walked over and offered him a standard, but comfortable chair.

"Sean, if you would like to go help Verge, I can handle this."

She game Daniels a polite smile.

"What would you like to know?"

Verge put the last candle down and blew out a long breath.

"Cool." He said, stepping back. "We'll get the where from them."

As he said this, he jerked his thumb toward William, Will and Willy.
