In a world just like our own, there are many magical creatures, both good and bad, and even demons. You can choose to be a witch, (both a guy and girl can be considered a witch) a demon, any magical creature you can think of, or a whitelighter or a dark lighter, both are like guardian angels, white lighters for good witches, dark lighters for evil witches. They can orb (aka teleport) around and heal their charges (people they protect) if you're still confused on anything, you can ask me or just watch the basics of Charmed on YouTube or read it on Wikipedia, cause this rp is basically the show Charmed, with me adding a little twist.

Rules: basic rp rules apply, since Possessing someone may be an essential factor of this kind of rp, just make sure u have their permission.

Application:

Name-

Age-

Family name-(you can be a part of someone's family with their permission and my approval of your application)

Species-(witch, demon, leprechaun etc.)

Powers-(depending on what you are try to stick with one power. Demons usually have fir and energy balls and can teleport, although if your a high level demon, you get to have a special power as well. No invincibility and stuff)

Alignment-

Bio-

Personality-

Optional: Description of your book of shadows, a sort of encyclopedia for magic that has spells, ingredients for potions, how to kill certain demons, etc

(I was kinda hoping to have two siblings to my family, me being the youngest. Or you could be the grandma too. You can start out either knowing about magic, or you could not know about magic. Just throwing that out there in case you need help giving your character a bio) here's mine.

Name-Sean

Age-14

Family name- King

Species-Witch

Powers- along with the usual abilities of a witch to cast spells, he has the ability to freeze time around him for a certain amount of time, and can blow things up, by freezing atoms to freeze things, and accelerating atoms to cause an explosion. The freezing part of his powers doesn't effect good witches.)

Alignment-good

Bio-Sean is part of a family that has had the most powerful witches alive, although it is unknown if he or his siblings will live up to that. His dad was murdered by a demon, and his mom misteriously disappeared. He's living with his grandma, also a witch. He does not yet know he's a witch (but if you want to be one of my siblings, at least one of you has to know about magic. Most likely the eldest, but the middle sibling can choose to know about it or not.) due to the fact that his powers haven't started yet, and the family is hiding magic from him until his powers develop.

Personality-Sean is a very friendly and trusting person who doesn't like to take things seriously. He hates his dad, who died when he was 5, which affects his realtionship with his oldest sibling, since his oldest sibling loved his dad.

(Yeah, no problem. It'll take a minute for me to work up the older sisters states and stuff.) Verge nodded. "Always good to use the classics." he agreed. "Maybe subconsciously used it, an didn't

Sean backed away from the demon. Then he started to hear a voice in his head that sounded like Reneé. It spoke

"the book of shadows is like a living being, sometimes it teaches you, and sometimes you teach it, when you add to the book. Being without it could also possibly hinder your knowledge of what to do, and is thus is like the source of your powers. Protect it."

Sean didn't know what the demon was here for, but he didn't wanna risk it. He headed towards the secret room.

Xiev stepped in front of Sean. "Now where do you think you're going?" He looked up, his black eyes gazing on his prey. "Queenie, you're an awful nuisance" Suddenly he was gone for a moment. In another he was back, holding the queen to his face. "Your death would be an awful travesty to all involved, now wouldn't it?" Then he threw the queen at Verge. "Take your imp." He gave Sean a stare that could easily scare him frozen. "And I can see this is a group that has had an terrible lot of travesty already. Poor granny, eh?" He shook his head, a little annoyed.

"I was going to have some fun with you all, but it seems the dwarf there has forced my hand. Not a problem I suppose.." He glanced down to Sean, on his way to somewhere important when Xiev had impeded him. "Going somewhere, Sean? Now I can't have you leaving my sight, you're the one this all hinges on." His formal attire began to disintegrate to reveal his second layer of disguise; his classic black outfit, tight black gloves, a dark coat. He looked over to the cat-boy and laughed at his feeble attempts at defending his friends.

He looked down at Sean, knowing exactly what the boy was thinking. "Do you have any good books around here, Sean? I could use some good reading material."

This demon was begining to tick Leon off. Leon clenched his fists, as space reacted to his emotions, distorting around him. "I think you should leave." He muttered, his grey eyes shining with a fire akin to his father. "Before something bad happens to you. it would be shame." Leon said, his own emotions taking control over him. Yes, let your anger fuel you. And your Heart overwhelmed by the darkness. And only then can number XV return. A voice said.

Xiev turned to Leon, smiling. "I'm appalled at you, Leon. Threatening a guest, in another person's house even! Now what would your father think of something like that?"

Leon's fist chenched tighter. Space distorted even more around his fist. "You know nothing of him!" He muttered, the voice egging him on. The Voice though, sounded strangely familiar. Yes Leon. Continue. Then, the Weilder of the Twin Key's may return, and help us, Orginization XIII. The Voice said.

"Stop!" Sean shouted and made his hand gesture freezing Leon and Xiev. He turned to verge. "hmmm, I wonder if I can unfreeze certain things. He looked to Leon. He gulped and concentrated on him, unfreezing him. "yes!" Sean said victoriously. He turned to Xiev. "I wonder..." he closed his eyes and waved his hands at Xiev, intending to unfreeze just his head.

Xiev looked down irritated. "Now you've gotten quite a bit of annoying knowledge, eh?" His smile dissolved and anger filled the contours of his face. He was able to subdue it enough to speak calmly. "It really is too bad you weren't able to use such powers to save your grandmother. You were too late Sean, too weak, you'll be too weak again, just when they need you." Just a little bit of fear, of guilt, of doubt, that was all he needed.

"I, I..." Sean faltered, and fell silent looking at the ground.

Leon's vision swam. Suddenly, he wasn't in Sean's house. He was in a white room. Where two black-coated men sat upon tall ornate chairs.

"The prospect is turning out how we planned." One of them said. "Yes. The demon is also working under our intentions too. Although i doubt a radical like him will ever obey us." The other said. The first one, with blue hair, nodded. "Yes sir. But what will we do after we are finished with the prospect?" The other, the one with white hair simply stared. "We will have no use of him anymore. Once number XV is back, I will give permission to number II to destroy the 'prospect'.

All of the Maharon soldier swarmed at Xiev, throwing there little bodies at the demon. Each of them struck Xiev with strength greater than the strongest humans. Susan looked over at Verge. He was taking care of the Queen. Both looked okay. She ran over to Sean. Along the way, she used her telekinesis to throw a chair at Xiev. She got to Sean.

"Sean?" She nearly yelled. "What's wrong?"

Sean snapped out of it and looked at his sister. "Oh I almost forgot! My limit to my power isn't the size of what I freeze, but how long it stays frozen, and sometimes if they're strong enough they can fight it and unfreeze. I don't know how long he'll stay frozen, but I think I found a vanquishing potion and spell to kill him in the book of shadows. It's the only thing that will. Now The book said that for high level demon vanquishes you need a part of him in the potion for it to work. You get some of his hair or something I'll get the book!" and ran upstairs.

Susan nodded.

"Move, Sean." She said, helping him up.

"Verge!" She called over to her other brother. "I need some hair."

Verge nodded and grinned. A grin mirrored on the Queen's face.

"Boys." The said simultaneously.

All twenty Maharon whooped all together as the went after the demon's hair.

Sean quickly ran into the room and grabbed the book. He furiously flipped through the paws until he saw the page titled Xiev the demon of fear. "That's him," he said to himself. He grabbed the book and ran downstairs. "ok who can make good potions?"

"You little runts!" The Maharon went flying. "Enough!" Xiev's disguise dissolved altogether, and he stood in anger looking at his surroundings. Leon was momentarily gone, and the Maharon were scattered about the room. "It would seems that you fools have expended all my patience!" He barked, unable to keep the fury from his voice. "Time to get what I came for." In a flash he was gone. As Sean ran back downstairs, book in hand, Xiev reappeared behind him. "Ah, good, you've brought it straight to me. Now it seems I have both items I need." Before anything could be done, Xiev snatched Sean and the book, and with a flash of light the room was empty. These witches were strong, and rather well bonded. But they would not find Xiev where he had gone, nor get there if the could. His own little playground.

Sean looked at his hands and began to feel very scared. Then Reneé's voice calmed him. "don't worry, that book has a charm on it. As long as you and your sibling's bond is strong, and the charmed ones are still constituted, the book cannot be destroyed nor touched by evil. Watch."

The book realizing it was being touched by evil burned Xiev's hand and shimmered away back into Sean's hands

Verge and Susan ran to where Sean had been, both screaming his name. The Maharon picked themselves up and moved around the siblings. The Queen joined them. She placed a hand on Verge's shoulder.

"We'll get him back." She said in a small voice.

Sean sighed a huge sigh of relief that the book was still in their hands. "it's ok, it can't be touched by evil as long as we have a strong bond and are still the charmed ones." he looked at the cover of the book. It had a strange symbol (this is what it looks like http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/7/76/Triquetra_on_book_cover.jpg/220px-Triquetra_on_book_cover.jpg) on the cover. Sean laughed. "huh maybe that represents our bond."

When Sean and Xiev arrived in the twilight of of his personal realm, Sean was thrown forward. He was not used to entering the realm like Xiev was. "Quite a hot book you've got there, Sean." Xiev calmly stated, dusting his singed hands. "But even if you have it, it looks like it's just you and me. It's finally time to show me just what your abilities can do Sean." Xiev paced around the boy calmly. "Let me assure you, Sean, that if you don't try to fight me here, I'll simply take it out on your poor siblings; just remember that you wouldn't want me to take them away like I took Grandma Renee" Now is when his plan was coming together. "So fight me, Sean, show me what you can do!" Xiev gave the boy a small jolt of electricity, his signature. "Or I will find what you care about and destroy it in front of you."

Verge sniffed back tears as he racked his brain, thinking what to do. If he had the Book of Shadows, he'd be fine. But he didn't, unless...

"Susan!" He said near frantic. "Have you read the symbols on the book stand?"

Susan sniffed and thought. She was surprised how much she was missing Sean right now. The kid had grown on her of late.

"No." She answered.

Verge jumped up and ran to the secret room. Susan and the Queen followed.

"I started to translated a while back." Verge explained, getting down on his knees to get a better look on the book stand. "From what I got done back then, it's a spell to recall the book here."

Susan walked over to the bookstand and dropped to her knees.

"Sean too?" She asked.

"Maybe, if he has a hand on it. The spell only works in one of us say it, so it has a special thing for us."

Susan set her jaw and nodded.

"Then let's get started." She said.

Xiev was slowly starting to figure out Sean's fear without the need of his power apparently, and Sean was starting to realize his greatest fear as well. Which was losing a sibling.

"What do you want Xiev?" Sean asked desperately.

Verge and Sean worked fast translating the spell. The Queen marshaled her men, getting them read to fight if need be.

"William!" She said.

"Ma'am!" William answered.

"Take your brothers down stairs and work with Leon." She ordered.

"Ma'am!" All three brothers yelled and ran out of the room to Leon.

"Hahahahaha" Xiev momentarily broke into a fit of near-hysterical maniacal laughter. "Sean, Sean, Sean; don't you see? I need you, your magic, your powers. You see, you have something of mine- or rather, something of yours that I merely want -no, need." Xiev paced around the boy as he slowly recovered. He shocked the boy again to try and get him up faster, he was so close now, his heart was pounding. "You don't seem to understand the power of your family, Sean, it's quite legendary in fact. And you seem to have it in its purest form. Who knows why; these aren't my questions to answer." Xiev stopped pacing and turned towards Sean, shocking him another time. "Now get up, see if you even have a chance to save your family, and if you choose not to, I will do the honors myself; it's really a win-win." The more Sean used his powers, the more Xiev could sap them from him. And it was Sean's fear that would propel him to use it. "You're running my patience, Sean, it's your poor family at stake; the one you were always to weak or too naive to help. The one that you allowed to get torn asunder, for your own little selfish purposes. Everything that's happened to them s your fault; are you really going to make them suffer even more?" Xiev barked his last command to Sean before electricity began to spark around him. "Now get up and fight me!"

Sean didn't know what to do. What could he do, freeze him to death? That was unlikely, not to mention the only that can kill him is that stupid potion and spell. So for now, he was stuck with occasionally temporarily freezing him. He froze Xiev, and looked around for something, anything that could help.

Xiev's head broke free of the freeze nearly-immediately. "Aww c'mon, I know you can do better that that. And to think I brought that stupid book all the way here for you to use." Within moments Xiev had broken free again. The electricity around Xiev sparked quicker and quicker, and more and more bright as he became more anxious. The book of Shadows held plenty of witch spells, the fun was going to be seeing how Sean used them. "Well....? I'm waiting... "

(That will be it for me for a few hours, so we may want to break for now)

Susan looked up as she saw the beginning of another spell.

"You get the book." She told him. "I've got the other spell."

Verge nodded and stood up. A few Maharon set up and lite som candles for Verge. He began to chant.

"I call upon the Ancient Power,

To help us in this darkest hour,

Let the Book return to this place,

Claim refuge in its rightful space."

Energy bent around the Book of Shadows as it disappeared.

Susan stood up.

"Give me your sword." She ordered a Maharon.

"Do it." The Queen ordered.

The Maharon did as he was told. Susan took the sword and stared chanting

"Power of the witches' rise.

Course unseen across the skies.

Come to us, we call you near.

Come to us and settle here."

She cut her hand with the Maharon sword.

"Blood to blood, I summon thee.

Blood to blood, return to me!"

The same energy that took the book plucked Sean back to Susan's arms.
