In a world just like our own, there are many magical creatures, both good and bad, and even demons. You can choose to be a witch, (both a guy and girl can be considered a witch) a demon, any magical creature you can think of, or a whitelighter or a dark lighter, both are like guardian angels, white lighters for good witches, dark lighters for evil witches. They can orb (aka teleport) around and heal their charges (people they protect) if you're still confused on anything, you can ask me or just watch the basics of Charmed on YouTube or read it on Wikipedia, cause this rp is basically the show Charmed, with me adding a little twist.

Rules: basic rp rules apply, since Possessing someone may be an essential factor of this kind of rp, just make sure u have their permission.

(I was kinda hoping to have two siblings to my family, me being the youngest. Or you could be the grandma too. You can start out either knowing about magic, or you could not know about magic. Just throwing that out there in case you need help giving your character a bio) here's mine.

Powers- along with the usual abilities of a witch to cast spells, he has the ability to freeze time around him for a certain amount of time, and can blow things up, by freezing atoms to freeze things, and accelerating atoms to cause an explosion. The freezing part of his powers doesn't effect good witches.)

Alignment-good

Bio-Sean is part of a family that has had the most powerful witches alive, although it is unknown if he or his siblings will live up to that. His dad was murdered by a demon, and his mom misteriously disappeared. He's living with his grandma, also a witch. He does not yet know he's a witch (but if you want to be one of my siblings, at least one of you has to know about magic. Most likely the eldest, but the middle sibling can choose to know about it or not.) due to the fact that his powers haven't started yet, and the family is hiding magic from him until his powers develop.

Personality-Sean is a very friendly and trusting person who doesn't like to take things seriously. He hates his dad, who died when he was 5, which affects his realtionship with his oldest sibling, since his oldest sibling loved his dad.

Leon shook his head. "N-no. I'm fine. I'll try my best even... if dogs....scare me..." He summoned his sword, and its shape changed to that of a dagger. "Lets go."

Verge nodded. He grabbed his note book and went out the door.

"Okay, what ever was following us before seemed to stop after the howl." he said aloud, but in the tone that his friends knew to be his thinking-things-out voice. "That means it either went to check on the howl, or was chased away by the howling...oooor, the howling and the thing following us disappearing are not connected, but that's not helpful, so we'll over look that till we prove the other two wrong. First step, check where the howl came from."

Verge looked around. He pointed in the general direction the howl came from.

"Over there?" He asked Leon.

Leon's heart raced. Him being part feline, his natural reaction to dogs was that of fear. But he had to be brave. "S-sure. I'm going to guess whatever followed us whent to check on the howl. Whatever it was...it felt powerful. I'm sure it wouldn't get frightened by some dog."

When he entered the room, there was a large window with a view of the neighborhood. "what the heck, this room doesn't even exist!" he said to himself. He then saw a large black book on a stand in the center of the room. When he walked up to the book, he could see written on the book in gold lettering "book of shadows" "Book of shadows? Whats going on?" he opened it to the first page. The title read power invoking spell. "a spell book? Why do we have this?" he suddenly had been overcome with the urge to read the spell aloud. He began to read,

"hear now the words of the witches,

The secrets we hid in the night,

The oldest of gods are invoked here,

The great work of magic is sought,

In this night and in this hour, I call upon the ancient power,

Bring your power to me a King,

I want the power, give me the power." as he said the final word, a wind started to surround him. However, as fast as it had happened it stopped. "what the..." and ran out of the room closing the door behind him and leaving the book open to that page.

"Ha, of course I'm right, you're not even so much a werewolf as you are a teenager." Xiev was amusing himself, this kid could be an interesting prospect to keep his eye on. He got a sense then. 'The boy!' the thought darted into his head. Something had happened. He turned back to the kid, and attempted to keep his facade up. "Well, kid, it's been a pleasure, keep down the howling." And with thet Xiev turned and began to walk away, but caught himself to say something he found himself needing to say. "This won't be the last time we meet, count on it." But with that he blew away with the wind. He founding himself bounding toward Sean's location, and as he came closer and closer to the house, he found himself more curious to find out what had just happened.

"You never know." Verge said, tapping his teeth with a finger nail. "Elephants are scared by mice. Vampires, of mortals wielding bits of wood."

He shrugged.

"You never can be sure what scares something."

Verge shook his head to get his mind back on track.

"Anyway, we're just looking. We see something dangerous, we tell someone with some training and experience to deal with it. Just checking."

With that, Verge started walking toward the howling had come from.

Sean went to his room. "What just happened?" he thought to himself. Then he laughed "ah who cares? That stuff isn't even real." still, in his mind, he felt something had happened. He didn't make it up. He sighed and went to bed. (when u guys are ready, let's move on to the next day, but take ur time. Just let me know when)

Leon nodded once more, and stumbled after Verge. "Where exactly are we going to find someone with experience, that won't attempt to kill me?" Leon asked, remembering thelast event, where a Monster slaying 'veteran' tried to kill Leon, for the fact he was a Neko.

Verge stopped a moment and considered.

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that time." he said, his hand around his chin. "Well...I met an old Leprechaun that did this type of stuff. We could try him."

Verge continued his pace.

(and btw, someone should either do the oldest sibling too, or tell another friend to do this rp, cause I was planning on having three siblings. Oh and the sibling should be a girl, although it doesn't have to be I guess)

Leon nodded. He'd had better experiences with the Leprecaun sort then other 'magical' creatures his father had shown him. Leon stumbled to catch up with Verge, lacking any thing else to say. The awkward silence bothered him, as energetic around his friends as he was, it was hard to be silent.

Xiev stopped. Whatever happened had stopped, but something had changed. He decided to leave it be, and see what occurred the next day. Just then he spotted Verge and Leon. "Well this is interesting." Xiev said to himself, adjusting to his new targets.

(If we don't get somebody to fill in for the oldest sibling, I can take a crack at it.)

 

Verge stopped and stiffened. He held out a hand to stop Leon. He sniffed the air.

"Brimstone." He whispered.

He took a step back.

"We're being watched." He said out of the corner of his mouth to Leon. "I think we got a demon."

Leon stopped. A demon? Here? Leon thought, turning his head slightly around. his ear twitched, trying to detect something, if anything. "I don't hear anything." He whispered back. Leon readied his dagger anyways, just in case.

Verge raised his hand slightly.

"Witch." he said. "Always good at sensing magic. I'm particularly good at magic, too."

Verge backed up a little more.

"Not really sure it is a demon, but the...sense of it sounds like what my grandma described."

Verge took a deep breath.

"I'd say we should, I don't now, go away. This is definitely out of our league."

Leon nodded, eager to leave behind both the demon and the howls. "Can i stay at your place for the night? My mums out of town for the next couple of days." Leon asked. He put his dagger away, allowing it to return to the fabric of space.

"Sure." Verge said as he turned around and walked back the way he and Leon had come. He summoned three imps to him. One of them, a little taller then the others with a green cap, saluted up at Verge.

"Make sure we aren't followed, William."

William, the one with the green cap, nodded and grinned.

"Not a problem, boss" William answered.

Verge waved a hand and turned him and Leon invisible.

"Move quick." Verge hissed to Leon. "The spell won't last long."

Xiev snickered to himself. "Heh, not too bad kid, I'll give you that." He jumped and was swept away from the boys. With enough effort he could locate them even with their petty invisibility spell, but he figured he would leave them be for now. He had a few exciting discoveries to mull over. "So that family is magic; the boy Sean could be the one who's being drawing me here all along then. Not to mention that Verge. Maybe I'll use him as leverage if I ever need something from Sean." Xiev mulled this over in his head. "And I can't forget the werewolf, a young mind, like the rest of them, but a whole different set of abilities too." Xiev allowed a small grin to creep over his face.

They would all make fantastic pawns in the game Xiev was about to play with them.

Verge snapped awake. He had dreamed he was being chased by demons and werewolves...and pink ponies. These last monsters were what really bothered him. Maybe he was spending too much time with Heather.

"Oh well." He thought. "Best get up."

But, as usual, the world beyond his bed was a cold, inhospitable world. Maybe if he stayed in bed, the world would just leave him alone, and he could spend the rest of his days in the warm embrace if his bed.

"Get up. Verge." He told himself.

Sitting up, he worked up the will power to get al the way out of bed and shuffled to the bathroom.

Sean woke up around the time Verge could be heard walking around. "the walls were always thin," Sean said to himself. He didn't dare tell verge though, it was always fun listening to his embarrassing secrets. He then remembered last night and that spell. He ran out of bed to see that door. It was gone. "what?" he sighed and went to the bathroom to brush his teeth.

"Morning" was what Verge tried to say to Sean, but it came out more like an attempt to mumble something in Russian then anything in coherent English. He faced himself in the mirror. Looking into his eyes, he could see his own soul. His soul was speaking to him, trying to get him to do something important. And Verge knew exactly what his soul was saying.

"But I can't go back to bed." He argued with himself. "Got stuff to do."

Verge looked over at Sean with half closed eyes.

"I don't suppose you could pretend to be me for my classes today, huh?"

Sean laughed, "Sorry dude, I got problems of my own right now." he didn't want to tell Verge about Wayne, the 6'4 junior who of all freshmans, picked Sean to taunt. Yesterday, Sean accidentally tripped, throwing food all over Wayne. It looked as if his eyes were gonna pop out. "oh, just wait" Wayne had laughed maniacally. "cause come tommorow after school, your dead King!"

So he had that going for him.

Leon himself finally woke up. He got himself up from the guest bedroom, where he normally slept at Sean's house. He yawned and schretched. His tail absentmidedly swished from side to side. He walked out to the bathroom, and was greeted by a equally sleepy Sean and Verge. "Hey." Was all Leon could mumble.

"Great." Verge commented as Leon came in. "The sleepy disease is spreading. If we go to school, others will catch it. For the good of everyone, we should be quarantined in bed till, oh, 9 O'clock."
