1.) The answer to number 1: False. There was a rumor after E3 that Square was going to announce another game but was never proved true by Square.

 

2.) The answer to number 2: False: Tetsuya nomura only invisined Utada Hikaru as the artist for the Kingdom Hearts series. That's why he hasn't gotten any new artists to do it.

 

3.) The answer to number 3: True. Square was going to put in Atlantica and Halloween Town, but couldn't because they ran out of time and couldn't get the copy right for Atlantica. It's rumored that they will be in Birth by Sleep volume 2, but as you know, this hasn't been realesed as a game by Square yet.
