History-Previously he was only just a teenager when he was recruited to be a sleeper agent for a group that called itself the "Makers." who were the ones that were allways in charge of assasinating people until it was disbanded only to be now reformed in secret after only a couple of years with Kaien now being the top agent in his early 30's.

Agent Name- Eli Johnson

 

Bio- A slightly spoiled kid who had gotten used to being naturally good at things, he was pushed to the limit when he was pulled in by The Agency. A string of catastrophic failures had come before The Agency's experiment on him and everyone was shocked when Eli made it out without a scratch. Under the misnomer of Agent Nine (they had a really bad track record with the experiments) he began working underground for The Agency to insure the good of the world (and get basically anything he asks for). Eli put his new abilities to good use.

History- Born into a decently well-to-do family, Eli wanted more than anything else to get away from his sheltered life and find a girl who would really like him for him, not just his money or popularity. You could say that at least half of that wish has been granted.

Signature Ability- Electronic manipulation (he can control machines through touch alone and he can charge electricity in his palms which can be sent through a conductor or used to power up his punches, but can't be launched like Cole from inFamous)
