How many secret endings have you unlocked?

How many secret endings have you unlocked? (In Kingdom Hearts, of couse).

 

I've unlocked every except for the one in KH I D:

There are the following secret endings:

 

KHI and KHI Final Mix(same here)

KHII and KHII Final Mix (but since most of people don't own the Final mix, I've considered them as only one)

KHBBS and KHBBSFM(Same happens here)

    I've posted in the first post that I'm including them and the U.S version as only one, because most of the people don't own the FMs =/
