Okay, today I was about to upload a video. Then, all of a sudden this blue thing on top of my "upload" profile says and offers me this "Make money on your videos! Set up your account for monetization in four easy steps". Which means YouTube is offering me to make money off of my YouTube videos since they gets some good views. So I just need some opinions here. Should I accept the offer? Or just ignore it?

agreed with Lee kuro 10....

If you upload your own original content (not stuff like playthroughs, amvs, etc) then yes, go ahead and do it. If you don't upload your own original content, then no (because you could get sued).

Youtube does this for all kinds of accounts, it's even done it for mine. But since I upload only amvs/gmvs/whatevermvs, technically it'd be illegal for me to make money off of it.

So if I record playthrough of video games like say Zelda, Mario, or Assassin's creed then I would get sued if I accept this offer? Wow that's really awesome. Why bother giving me this offer if this means getting sued and not being to upload what i whatever I want? That seems to be like such a scam to me. Like Lee Koro 10 said.

Ignore it. I heard it was a total scam.

What makes it a scam. i'm not sure if you know all the details. But can you explain to me what things they do to make it like a rip-off?

Because they don't check every user's channel when sending out the offer. They just send them out automatically when they see the user has a steady growth of viewers.

Go with the golden rule. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

If you're doing video's of games, I wouldn't. People get sued of silly things. Take the safest route and don't make any money. Besides, how are you going to get this money anyway? Where is it coming from?
