-Prologue-

It has been one month since Jack warned Rui about the upcoming battle against the Demon Lords. He and his friends have been training like crazy to get ready, but what they don't know. Is that the upcoming battle with take place in Hell.

Chapter 1

Rui clashed blades with Scar as they were training. Rui backed up. Scar wiped some sweat off.'' Wow. Your already getting use to your powers. Even though they only returned a month ago,''said Scar as he sealthed his sword. Rui did the same.'' Yeah, but somethings been messing with me. I don't know why, but I fear something bad will happen with my Hollow.''said Rui. Scar stared at him.'' Maybe you should ask Kokayo about it. Rememeber hes been a Vizard longer then you.''said Scar as he waved bye and walked away. Rui then started walking away until he felt a sharp pain in his head. He holded and screamed in pain as he fell on his knees and passed out. The last thing he heard was Scar seeing if he was okay.

Rui woke up in his inner world. He looked around and saw Yubel. He saw she was different. She had black and white hair, a claw on her left hand; fur around her arm, two black wings on her back, eye on her forehead, and she had yellow eyes this time.'' Rui. It's been awhile.''she said as she had Tensa Zangestu.'' You learned Second State didn't you? I guess you unlocked my other power. That's why I'm like this. Look. I'm not here to fight. I've grown a liking to you. I'll let you use my powers, but you must make sure you don't come into contact with the Demon Lords.''she said. Rui standed up.'' What do you mean? Why do I have to stay away from them?''asked Rui.'' They're-''she said as Rui disappeared.

Rui then gasped and saw he was in Scars house.'' You passed out. You just fell on the ground for no reason.''said Scar. Rui stared at Scar,'' I did? Sorry.''said Rui as he stared out of the window. He thought he saw someone on a roof of a house. He blink and the image was gone. He then layed back down.' Make sure you don't come into contact with the Demon Lords.'Yubel said as Rui rememeber.' Sorry Yubel, but I must if I need to defeat them.' Rui thought as he fell asleep.

The man was standing on the roof. He had short brown hair, scar on his left eye, brown cape around his neck and covered most of his chest. He had chains on his wrist, dark boots on, his eyes were blue, sword on the side, and he had a black shirt with Blue jeans on. He smiled a bit and stared at the sun; which was setting. The man got up. He was see though.'' I guess I must force you to Hell.''said the man as he faded away.

Chapter 13

Rui and Yamamoto saw the flames heading towards them. Rui then sended a Getsuga Tensho at it as it was destroyed.'' Why are you doing this?!''yelled Rui as smoke filled the hallway. '' Rui! Keep heading straight! That's where Cody's heading!"'yelled Yamamoto. Rui then nodded and started to run as fast as he can down the stairs and then down the hallway. He then emerge from the smoke, but Cody then slashed him down. Rui coughed up blood, but manage to send a Getsuga Tensho towards Cody.'' Fool.'' Cody as he then fired a Getsuga Tensho to counter Rui's.'' How?''asked Rui as he manage to stand up.'' This is the strongest blade ever created.'' Cody said as he then showed Rui a white blade. It was a white blade, white gurad, white and grey handle, and it had a chain of a little dark orb.'' Shine towards the moon, Scared. Thats what's called. Scared contains every blade inside it ever made. Meaning I can do powers you haven't seen at all.'' Cody said.'' That blade...it was sealed in the Hell.'' Rui said.'' That's right! Was sealed until I got it unsealed. All I need is the Dark Orb to complete it's powers. Now, your in my way.'' Cody said as he then rushed to Rui, Rui countered his blow and kept clashing blades with Cody. Cody dodged a slash and then fired a Getsuga Tensho towards Rui at point blank. Rui then saw the wind protect him and he was blow away.'' Speak of the devil.'' Cody said.'' Nah, I'm not devil anymore, just a Agent of Nova now.'' Noah said as he had lightining around him.

Gin and Kokayo and a few eilte soldiers stood infront of a case. Inside it was a black round object.'' We can't allow Cody to get this Kokayo, you understand?''asked Gin.'' Right. Man, first Rui and now Cody, This isn't funny anymore.'' Kokayo said as he had his blade go into it's Shikai. They then saw a explosion appear by the stairs. They saw Noah clash blades with Cody.'' Thanks. You bought me straight to where I needed to be. Now, let's end this already.'' Cody said as he then had cherry blossems and cutted down Noah like nothing. He then caught Gins blade as it extended.'' Childs play.'' Cody said as he then pulled Gin towards him and Cody then had wind form around his blade.'' Wind Dance.'' Cody as he then appeared behind Gin and about 10 slashes appeared on Gin. Kokayo clashed blades with Cody, Cody then knocked Kokayos blade out of his hand.'' Have a taste of your own medicince.'' Cody said as he then had fire appear around his blade.'' Blaze, Inferno!''yelled Cody as he then slashed Kokayo. Cody then killed off the soldiers with the Wind dance. He then destroyed the case and picked up the orb.'' Thank ya for giving me the Orb Of Darkness. Now Scareds power will be complete after thi-''said Cody as Rui appeared in his release form.'' Cero Getsuga Tensho!''yelled Rui as he then hit Cody, causing him to go through the wall and into the city.

Cody landed on a building, but saw Rui fire another Getsuga Tensho towards Cody, slashing him and destroying the building. Cody landed on the ground.'' You took me by surpirse, I'll give you that, but.'' Cody said as he torn off his shirt. The Dark Orb was in the center of his chest.'' It has accpeted me as it's master.'' Cody said as the Orb then started having aura coming out of it. Cody then stepped out it. He had a dark robe on, black wings on his back, a black tail, and some of his skin on his face was black.'' Shall we test my new powers Rui?''asked Cody. Rui then rushed towards Cody ready to cut him down.'' Your not the Cody I knew!''yelled Rui as they clashed blades.

Love it love it love it. Now its Rui VS Cody! Can't wait to see how this turns out!~

Chapter 14

Rui and Cody clashed blades over and over. Rui jumped in the air as he dodged a sword strike from Cody. Rui then brought his sword down to slash Cody on the chest. Cody saw the sword and had darkness protect him.'' There's no way you can win. Your weak.'' Cody said as he kept clashing blades with Rui. Rui then backed up as he then felt his release form disappearing.' Damn it. Not now.' Rui thought as he kept clashing blades with Cody.'' Your not the Cody I knew.'' Rui said as he then jumped on top a building.'' Whenever was I the Cody you knew? I was planning to the steal the orb sooner or later. Just that with this blade's help, I was able to gain even more power.'' Cody said as his eyes were yellow and red. He then flew towards Rui and kept clashing blades with him. Rui then jumped off the building and landed on the ground. He saw Cody put his sword away and put his wrists together still have his hands opened sideways.'' I'm done playing games Rui. Time you see the true powers of the Dark Orb.'' Cody said as about three dark hands formed from his dark aura clothing and white and black balls started forming into one on his hands. Rui was glad he was still in his Bankai. He then had his Hollow mask form as Cody smiled.'' Dark energy DoomKiser!''yelled Cody as he then fired a white and black blast towards Rui and it exploded on impact.

Noah limped towards the battle.'' Damn it...'' he saw Shadow and Scar wounded but ready to fight.'' We need to stop him.'' Scar said.
'' Yeah. He's not our friend anymore.'' Shadow said as they had a no mercy glare. Noah stared. He smiled.' So this is what it feels having friends.' he thought as he saw Sky, Kokayo, Ukaite, Yamamoto, and Gin, all wounded, but ready to kill the tratior.'' But Rui won't let ya...'' Noah said as he lend against the wall.'' I know he won't, but we need to take him out. He's a treat to not only us. but to the whole world if he had the dark orb.'' Gin said as he held his wounds.'' Everybody ready?''asked Yamamoto. Everyone nodded execpt Noah as they then disappeared towards Codys and Rui's location.

Rui emerge from the smoke as he was wounded and his mask was gone. He stood there holding his arm as Cody landed on the ground.'' This is to bad. I really hoped stealing your powers, but seems your still weak.'' Cody said as he rushed towards Rui and started clashing blades. Rui kept getting small cuts as he couldn't fight that well after being wounded to much. He dodged a slash, but was cut on the cheek and punched towards a building. Rui stood up, but fell on one knee. Cody laughed.'' It's over!''yelled Cody as he then rushed towards Rui as Shadow threw his scythes, Cody dodged. Scar threw Zabimaru, but Cody knock it away. He dodged Gins blade, Kokayo's and Yamamoto's fire slashes, Ukaites sword strke, and Sky's blast as he was in Bankai. He then landed on a building and saw them all protecting Rui.'' It's over Cody. This ends here!!''yelled Yamamoto as they all were ready to kill. It was not over Cody vs Rui, but now Cody vs the whole agency.

Chapter 15

Cody stared and started laughing.'' What ends? You mean this poor excuse of Agency? I argee. It ends now.'' Cody said as he then got into a battle pose. Rui stood there wounded.'' Guys. Ya can't kill Cody!''Rui yelled. Yamamoto turned around and faced Rui.'' I'm sorry. Either of us do. He's been a member for quite some time, but we must do what we must.'' Yamamoto said as he then held his blade and jumped in the air and clashed blades with Cody.'' I see. You really think you can defeat me?'' Cody said as he smiled and some more dark covered his face. Cody then had dark aura form around his sword and started clashing blades with Yamamoto, but Scar and Shadow started attacking Cody. Cody dodged the attacks and saw Scar have his blade disappeared.'' Scatter, Sebon Zakura!''yelled Scar as he then had Cherry Blossoms rush to Cody. Cody then countered with his own.'' Don't forget. My blade knows all the abilities of the other swords out there.'' Cody said as he then jumped in the air and blocked a attack from Shadow. He then grabbed the chain to one of his sycthes and brought Shadow towards him.'' Come here.'' Cody said as he then slashed Shadow on the chest defeating him. Cody then had darkness wrap around his feet and he then disappeared towards a building.'' Like that? That's called Flash-''Cody said as he then saw Rui in his Fullbring.'' Oh yeah! This is called Bringer Light!''yelled Rui as he then punched Cody in the face.'' La Muta!''yelled Rui as Cody was blasted towards the ground.

Cody stood up and spitted out blood.'' That I can't copy, but Rui. When you attacked me at the beginning of our fight. I absorbed some of your powers. So I know have this.'' Cody said as he then had a Hollow Mask appear. Rui then got out of his Fullbring and brought his blade as Cody then put his wrist together and palms opened.'' Dark energy DoomKiser!''yelled Cody as he then fired a blast greater then his last one. Rui then was shallowed by the blast as it exploded. Cody laughed.'' I love this power! I can rule the world with this power!''yelled Cody as he then had Dark lightining form around him. He then turned around and saw Scar.'' Look who came to play.'' Cody said as he then rushed towards Scar. They started clashing blades.'' Give up!''yelled Cody as he then stabed Scar, Scar then grabbed Cody's arm.'' Finally caught you.'' Scar said as he then pointed two fingers in the air.'' Hado 99 part 1, Chains of Mercy! Hado 98, Arms of Hell!,Hado 97,Swords of god! Hado 96, Ittokaso, Hado 95, Cage of Solidtary! Hado 94, Five Element Spear, Hado 93, Metor Rain, Hado 92,Hole of Dispair! Hado 91, Star tri blast, Hado 90, Black coffin!''yelled Scar as he said all the 90 Hados as they all surronded Cody. Scar then got the sword out of him and backed away from Cody.'' This is it! Hado 99 part 2, God's Judgement!''yelled Scar as all the Hados then attacked Cody all at once. Scar got seveal cuts on his left arm. The others got to Scar, Shadow got Rui out of the rubble. Rui stood there holding his wound on his stomach and held his blade.'' It's over.'' Rui said.

'' What's over?''Cody said as he then walked out of the smoke of the Hados. He was bearly wounded. He faced the others.'' Scar. I gotta admit. Knowing all Hados in the 90s takes guts. Even when it takes a toll on your body.'' Cody said as he had his arms crossed. His face covered with more darkness.'' Now. Can we end this?''Cody said as the Dark aura around made three more hands and they all then started powering out a redish and orange ball. Rui then rushed towards Cody.'' This is the end.'' Cody said as he then fired a blast that shallowed everyone up and destroying about 1/3 of the city.

Chapter 16

Smoke filled the air. Part of the city and some of the HQ was destroyed. About half of the people living in that area surivied. Nova soldiers started arriving in the area to help get the wounded out of there and see if Rui and the others were still alive. Cody walked in the ruins and smiled.'' What a great sight. I wish I can just stay here without worry, but. It seems they are alive no doubt.'' Cody said as he saw Nova soldiers pointed their weapons at him.'' I guess I can't walk any further. I'll play with ya for a bit.'' Cody said as he then drew his sword. The soldiers then started fireing. Cody rushed towards them blocking all the attacks. He then jumped in the air and landed behind them. They all then fell to the ground as they were cut. Cody kept walking looking for Rui and the others.

Rui slowly opened his eyes. He looked around. He was inside a ruined building. He then saw someone in front of him. He saw Shadow there wounded.'' Shadow...'' Rui said as he tried to stand up, but a metal rod got him in the leg. Rui shooked Shadow.'' Yo man. Come on. Wake up.'' Rui said as he saw Shadow open his eyes a bit.'' See that your safe buddy...please....defeat Cody...'' Shadow said as he pass out again. Rui then punched the ground.'' Damn it. I can't win...not like this...'' Rui said as he then saw Yamamoto, Scar, Kokayo, and Gin in the same building.'' Guys...'' Scar stood up, but he had broken left arm. He held his blade. Yamamoto layed there as one of his legs were broken. Kokayo was wounded from protecting Gin. Gin had a broken leg. Rui then struggled to pull the rod out.'' Damn it.'' He then heard building be blow away. Rui turned and saw Cody smile.'' There you guys are. I'm surpisried ya all surivied, but it ends now.'' Cody said as he raised his blade, but gun fire hit him. He had darkness form around him.'' Target hit. Everyone focus your fire power on Cody. He's trying to kill Rui!'' A commander yelled as soldiers started to fire at Cody.

Cody then rushed towards the soldiers and killing them, but started to fight swordsmen who were soldiers. He kept killing or wounding. Rui then struggled again to get the rod out.'' I can't do it. There's no way I can win.'' Rui said as he started crying a bit.'' What kind of a hero can I be if I can't stop my own friend who betrayeled me?'' Rui said as he started punching the ground. He then had tears fall down his face.'' Rui...'' Noah said as he stood there still wounded. Rui turned to him.'' Noah...''Rui said.'' If I use this move, then I'll forever lose Demon Lord powers, but I can use a special healing justu that can switch our wounds. Mine's aren't that serious, but I can still fight if I wanted to. I'll take your wounds if you take mine.'' Noah said as he sat down.'' Let's do it Noah.'' Rui said as Noah walked up to Rui and place his hand on Rui's shoulder.

Cody finished killing off the soldiers. He then turned around and saw some black and red aura rush towards him. He clashed blades with the aura figured. Cody backed away as the aura faded and Rui standed there with Noahs wounds.'' Bankai second state. Boloki Zangetsu.'' Rui said as he stood there ready to fight.'' But you had serious wounds.'' Cody said.'' Yeah. But Noah switch mine with his wounds.'' Rui said as he then rushed towards Cody and started clashing blades with Cody. Rui kept attacking and wounding Cody.'' What?! Where's this power coming from?!''yelled Cody as he then fired a Hado 33, but Rui cast it aside him his left hand. Rui then disappeared and attacked Cody from behind. but Cody regained his balance and tried attacking some more, but Rui started getting the upper hand. Cody looked as he couldn't find Rui. He then heard some noise and saw his feet were chained to the ground.'' Hado 99 part 1, Chains of mercy.'' Scar said as he then saw Rui rushe towards Cody. Cody then cut the chains away, but saw Rui near him.'' It's over Cody!''yelled Rui as he then slashed Cody directly on the chest destroying the Dark Orb.

Chapter 17

Rui held his blade as he slashed Cody. Blood glushed out of his wound. Cody then fell on the ground looking at Rui. He smiled a bit.'' Seems I was defeated. I never knew you were this strong and had this much power left inside you. Guess I was a little wrong on trying to take over Nova. Rui, you are the hero. Please, defend this city with all your might.'' Cody said as he clapped his hands together. Green aura then formed around.'' Rui, This is my gift to you for defeating me. Please, keep fighting for everyone you want to protect..'' Cody said as his body faded away and the green aura started healing everything. The city was repairing itself and everyones wounds were healing as well. Rui's wounds healed, but not his clothes as his bankai faded.'' Cody!'' Rui yelled as he fell on his knees and on his fours and started crying hard as it started raining.


Two weeks have passed since the battle, It kept raining. Rui and the whole agency stood in front of a coffin. The picture of Cody was on it and his sword as well. Rui stared at it. Shadow and Scar stood at his side as the rain poured on them and the coffin. Yamamoto was standing there.'' Cody, he was a brave warrior. Braver then all of us. He was the agent who had the guts to even betrayel the agency. He shall be in our memories.'' Yamamoto said as soldiers shot their guns to show honor. Rui then turned around and starting walking away as he had tears fall down his face a bit. He saw it stopped raining as the sun came out. He smiled and walk away.


Rui sat on top of the HQ as he was remembing the day he met Cody. It was a cloudy day and a little boy sat under a tree. It was raining. The little boy was Rui was barley 10. A man walked up to little Rui. Little Rui looked up as he was crying. The man was Cody, at the age of 13. Cody got on one knee and put his hand on little Rut's head.'' Your like me. How bout you come with me? We'll walk down the same path together.'' Cody said as Rui opened his eyes. He tears falling down his face. He then heard footsteps. He turned around and saw Shadow and Scar.'' There you are. We've been looking everywhere for you Rui.'' Shadow said.'' Let's get going.'' Scar said. Rui nodded as he stood up.'' Yeah. Your right. Cody would've want that.'' Rui said as he looked up the aky and drew his blade and pointed at the sky.'' Let's walk the same path together.'' Rui shouted as they started walking away.
