Something has happened as people from different worlds are dragged together into a death game. Good and bad now having to work together to survive this death challenge as an unknown person wants them dead. Will everyone make it out or will the enemy actually win this?

Kixru grunted.

"Well, that was unexpected." He said.

He had figured she would have challenged him or maybe grudgingly accepted his help. He turned his attention to Cloud and Kain.

"You guys want help, or you gonna run like the Nobody oddball?"

"You again at least I got something to destroy now at the very least." Spotting a NeoShadow that tried to get to her failing almost right at the beginning as Rixku quickly slashed it's head as it vanished into darkness doing the same to a few guards before setting them on fire. Everyone else would be able to see this because she was a head of them and getting further.

Kain hefted his spear. He didn't trust this new person. "I suggest we go. These dark creatures are appearing, and I don't want to be around when the guards come too." He began to walk, assuming the others would follow suit. A Shadow appeared, and Kain angrily stabbed it. I miss Baron, He thought, It was home.

Kixru shrugged and jumped after Kain. He summoned his double bladed Soul Eater and slashed through two shadows.

"Nice spear." He commented to Kain's back. "You gotta a name?"

Kain turned to Kixru. "My name is Kain. I am a Dragoon that hails from Baron. My spear, is made out of pure DragonsBane, and is only used by the highest order of Dragoons." Kain slashed, eliminating another batch of Heartless. "And I'm going to guess you know what these creatures are. If so, please tell. I have never seen the likes of these creatures in Baron."

"Firaga!" Letting a big group of heartless and guards go up in a fire smoke as she heard one scream for a second but she remained unaffected. "Come give me a challenge!" She continued to walk toward looking around for any movement to slash or shoot at while she kept her anger from putting the whole place on fire.

"They are called Heartless." Kixru said in a bored tone, slashing through several Heartless as he spoke. "They are the darkness of peoples hearts in monster form. They like to eat other people's hearts, that makes more Heartless."

He scoffed.

"You've already met what's left behind after the heart goes."

suddenly,there's a storm at the forest and the ground become a black hole and suck Zeref in and Zeref ended up at the wierd place.-this dimension......it has more darkness in it.....-suddenly,Zeref surrounded by a dark creatures.-please.....don't attack me.....please......-suddenly,Zeref feels pain on inside of him unleash a dark aura within him,and the dark creature sense the danger and run away but it was too late because Zeref have unleashed death wave and all the creatures eliminated.-.....i'm......sorry..... http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-cry.png ....-Zeref said as he kneel down and cry for what his done....

Kain looked Kixru over. This is what happened to those who lost their 'hearts'? "You do not seem that unwell. However, I still do not trust you. Remember this, Kixru. Trust is important between allies." Kain slahsed more heartless and kicked a guard into a wall. "We are quickly being outnumbered," He said, "I suggest finding a quick route out. I do not wish to experience death nor what happens when one loses a 'Heart' according to Kixru."

"Dark Redemption!" Launching at the enemy with keyblades full of darkness as she was ready to kill them. She did know what made her do that but she regretted as she missed the enemy and the area became unstable fell down on Rixku. Then you could her the sound of multiple bones breaking and the sight site of a lot of blood from under the rubble.

Kixru grimaced.

"Well, power lies with numbers, or so I've been told." He commented as he beat off a few more Heartless. "So..."

At that time, he heard Rixku's plight. An emotion welled up in Kixru that he didn't expect. Concern. He was concerned about the Nobody of an annoying kid that Kixru himself had been replicated from.

"Crap." He said. "Looks like I will be doing a knight in shining armor thing. Do what ever you want, Kain."

With that, Kixru ran off to help Rixku.

Faintly aware of her broken bones and her bleeding to death as her thoughts focused on something very particular. "If it weren't for him I wouldn't be put through this. If her didn't go with Ansem I never would of been born and nor would of I went to Castle Oblivion with the creation of Replica Riku. Someone I could somehow cry for just like for Roxas. Nothing ever goes for good as I try to help with so many promises made that I have always kept but no good comes for me still...................." She hadn't realized she said this out loud as she did something very common at this point to somehow manage to do. She cried just because she had to with everything that had happened to her. She just couldn't stand it any more.

Kixru got to the rubble and heard crying. His normal reaction to this would be an eye roll, but not now. He felt...sad? Scared? He didn't like it.

"Hold off on the crying for now." He told Rixku. "You can do after you get out of there."

Kixru dismissed his double bladed Soul Eater and began to dig Rixku out of the rubble.

"Why am I even doing this?" Was the thought that played over and over in Kixru's head as he freed Rixku.

"You're to much like him. He cared for something like me. I wouldn't believe and I thought it a joke until he.....kissed me on the cheek before I left through a portal. I was somehow surprised and so much went through me I fainted from it.........I just can't handle it........." Her eyes looked dull and the rest of her looked pale but somehow surviving the blood loss as if she didn't even need it. Slowly standing up as she mumbled: "Curaga....." Before she turned and looked at the damage before saying something. "Funny I don't remember this at all. But I did it somehow, but how?" Looking around as she tried to find a trance of how she did it not finding anything as she became a little frustrated about it.

"Don't know." Kixru grunted. "Too busy getting mauled by Heartless."

Kixru glanced back the way he had come to see several Neoshadows advancing towards him and Rixku.

"Speaking of which." he said, turning around and summoning his weapon.

"So...who's the 'him' you say I'm like?" he asked casually over his shoulder.

"I mentioned Ansem so it should be pretty much easy to figure out. Riku is the person i'm talking about.............." Blushing a bit as she said this while her eyes and skin started to regain some color but not much as she began to think again. Summoning Soul Eater and Way to Dawn as she peered over her shoulder before throwing both blades as five NeoShadows were destroyed before she ran at the last two bringing the blades down on there heads as they vanished into black mist. "You're a little too slow dear Kixru.............'

"Ladies first." Kixru mutter, annoyance in his voice.

A smile touched his lips as he flung out an arm and Dark Fira flew forth. The dark fire flew an inch past Rixku and blasted a final Neoshadow behind her.

"Best watch your back." He said with a smug grin.

Kixru's smile faded as his face went thoughtful. Was this what having a friend was like? He had some of Riku's memories, but they were faded and seemed more like a story than anything else.

"You're lucky you're not tortured by everything he did. I have every memory he has ever had to the point of where I was now. I hate him but I like him all the same so much and so little. I remember things he's done to me and he remembers things I did for him. You ever seen a hooded person in the faded memories before just there watching?" She wasn't fazed by the darkness as it went behind her. "Friends. The word means so much and so little to me now after everything that's happened to me."

Kixru shrugged.

"Well, 'he' is not exactly high in my like book, so what ever." He said.

He walked over to a pile of rubble and sat down, sticking his sword into the ground.

"So, what now, Rixku? You running off again?"

"Does the title of Silent Twin of Darkness give you any idea's as to what I do. I run off a lot as I gather information in many painless and painful ways for Organization XII. Mainly stuff off Ansem the Wise but it's rather difficult when Riku's always waiting for me to try something so I plan and get the things before he can try to throw me out." She said this dully as she began to walk off.

Kixru stood up and grabbed his sword. He followed after Rixku.

"Sounds like a fun job." He commented. "Just don't get to cozy in it."

A angry smile crossed his face.

"The Organization has a thing for leaving people high and dry when they are needed."

"I already know that but it's a job and the possibility of getting a heart is something all nobody just have to help with so I get throw out by Riku as he grabs my neck and throws me into Twilight Town. Big deal I pull down with me." She had a very relaxed tone as she spoke about Organization XII. "We fit in there because we misfit so i'll see you later and maybe next time i'll give you a lesson on respect."

Kixru laughed.

"Our original never got that down." He said. "What makes you think you can teach me?"

He turned around and walked away, back where he had left Kain. He paused and looked back at Rixku.

"See ya around, Rixku. Have fun."

He turned back around and kept walking away.

"Because i'm not him. Sometimes I wish I could be though.............." Was what she said as she looked her appearance slipping to his for a second before fading back. "But he's done so much to me. Marked me forever with darkness I can't get rid of.........." She spoke silently as she continued on into the center.

Kixru shook his head as he continued to walk away from Rixku. She was Riku. Unfortunately, so was he.

He stopped in his tracks. Why in Darkness did he care? He had what he wanted. He had power. But, what now?

"To protect the things that matter." Rang Riku's words through Kixru's head.

What mattered to him?
