Can anyone help me find MW3 gameplay on youtube?

Everytime I search for MW3 gameplay on youtube I get a mod for MW2. I don't know why I'm having trouble finding it buy anything would help.

    I know all people are showing is this patched version. But ehh it seems people are playing it so it's not too bad I guess.
