so there is this guy i met through youtube wich is making this fan game of kh like a fighting game and he has a youtube channel (naturally) and i thought you might wanted to check out his videos and his channel

He's playing Mugen. He isn't making any games. He might have made the characters but that's about it.

I know the game is fun, I play Mugen too, and he's not the one who made it.

Also making a game and, making characters which you can play as in that game is, not the same thing.

Making characters for Mugen is pretty easy as long as you're dedicated. All you need is a program called Fighter Factory, watch some tutorials on Youtube (or figure out how to use it from somewhere else) and then, you'll be able make very basic characters for Mugen.
