I know the answer for most is probably going to the Joker

 

 

My Top 5 are

 

1) Harvey Dent aka Two-face

    Yea he's Batman villain and was pretty crappy one until B:TAS gave him great back-story which made one of best villains after that.

    My vote is for joker. Even though bane looked brilliant in the movie with the costume that he wore in the movie but still I like joker more.
