Ok so me amd some friends have descined a video game and I want to know weather anyone would play it

 

 

okay so the story goes like this

 

A boy wakes up in this place called the Dreamscope and has no memories of anything at all not even his name so he walks arong the dark fog and then falls unconstance, a message plays through his head and it goes like this

 

I’m coming to get you Taiki....

Thy how shall be slashed by thy blade of night, shall forever walk thy lonely skies of this mind.

Thy Spore, the creature of darkness may only then be thy slayer shall destroy by thy blade of sun.

Thy Blade of night and thy blade of sun may not forever part for thy Blade of life shall come to bring.

However, for not fear thy chosen key for thy demise of high lord Hekuna shall leave thy Dreamscope fresh and wide.

Thy Dreamscope is real do not hear differently or thy spooks shall get or may thy knights...

Hahaha I’m coming to get you Taiki.... In addition, when I do, the world shall kneel before me.

and then he wakes again but thistime he is under a tree on a hill coved in long grass and then he looks up to the sky and sees a crack in the sky, then a voice calls out to him telling him his name and that he is the one who will save the Dreamscope and the Skylands from the "Spore" but before he starts his jouney he must find a girl who has the power over the worlds and to control time and then the vioce dissapears,

 

so he sets out on his jouney to find the girl and then falls through a crack into another world a world of snow he walks up to a house and finds the girl who does not know her name but knows his and then they are attack by a pack of black wolves and then the girl turns in to a white wolf and attacks them and when they attacked him they left a little dark magic in his scar and then he got the power to change in to a wolf as well

 

after the battle he tellls the girl who she is and what she is needed for at first she does not trust him but then you show her your sword and then she descided to go with him and that is the start of your journey.

 

and that is the start of our story so far i have wroten 50 pages of story so far and it is a lot more better in its full detale but I would like to know weather it is anygood and if we should keep going of stop

Sounds like Fable and Alan Wake mixed in together. I wouldn't play it but, if it was a book, I would read it.

In all honesty, iy doesn't sound like a game, it sounds like a book. Would you mind going over some of the mechanics of the game? I mean, it's great and all that you have a story, but if there's no structure to back it up there's no point in making it a game.

The general premise is.. meh, but I could see it working, it comes down to how well fleshed out it is, and how the story is delivered.

How can I tell if I would play it if I know nothing about the gameplay?
