Hey guys, just got the English version of FF XIII-2. And it's really fun to play, I just throw myself into battles now because of how fun it is! How many of you got it and what do you think of it? And for those of you who don't have it, are you going to get it? Discuss.

Wait, didn't you notice the crazy bird lady? She should be marked on your map.

She's in the area you start off in

tutti frutti. I seriously can't believe I missed her in the demo, she sticks out like that worst sore thumb in history. Thanks for the tip off.

That doesn't make the game any harder at all.

I just beat the game and I never had to use any of those special potions to heal my HP :P. Wayyy too easy.

I haven't really needed those special potions myself. The only issue I was really concerned with was how to regain that lost health if you ever had to regain in for boss battles in the release version of the game. Though I'm going to still wait a week or so until I decide on getting the game itself.

I'll be honest, the game isn't that great. Sure the gameplay is better, but the game is so short and the story isn't that engaging.

And right when the story gets interesting... you receive a "To Be Continued."

Made me feel like I beat the game for no reason :P.

Have we been playing different games? I'm only halfway through the game, and I've already spent almost as much time on it as the original (Which I did most of the sidequests for, though I didn't max my Crystarium...)

It only took me around 24 hours to beat this one, while XIII took me around 40.

If I beat a console RPG in less than 30 hours, I consider it short.

Even Eternal Sonata took me longer to beat xD. Then again, I did rush through the game because I was only interested in watching more cutscenes that had Lightning in them.

Oops, I bet you were disappointed.

Playing it and lovinig every second!

Huh... I'm currently weighing in at 37 hours, on chapter four. Did you do any sidequests? Because that's where most of the game's content is...
