February 7, 201213 yr Thank goodness. That piece of Tyranny of the Majority (or some other word you can probably guuess) should never have been passed in the first place. No one's rights should ever have to be put up for popular vote. There is a chance that it'll be appealed to the Supreme Court. If so, things are about to get a lot more interesting.

The group fighting for Prop. 8, which passed in 2008 after thousands of gay couples had already married, appealed Walker's decision arguing that it should be vacated because Walker is gay and has a same-sex partner. The 9th Circuit Court judges denied this motion. ... I don't even know what to say about this.
