Welcome to Pokemon Gijinka Academy (PGA for short,) a huge school campus located on an island off the coast of the Unova region. The academy is refuge to Pokemon gijinkas. It is a place where they can meet others like themselves, as well as hone and learn to use their abilities, as well as get a regular education (there are regular classes here too.) A Pokemon gijinka, is a human who is born with a Pokemon soul. It is not not yet known why these humans are born like this, however as a result, they are able to communicate with the species of Pokemon whose soul they share. They can also use that Pokemon's abilities, and in some cases they recieved some of the physical characteristics of that Pokemon. The academy is home to many gijinkas young and old. Few people know of it's existence. The academy has been around for decades, and has been able to be a secret for so long due to the presence of a few kind humans in the world.

 

However, society in general fears gijinkas. They are considered abominations and freaks of nature. Some parents send there children here out of shame after finding out their child is a gijinka. There are also humans who wish to capture gijinkas and use them for malicious purposes, as though they were a regular Pokemon. There are even some gijinkas who wish to use their powers for selfish deeds. However, the school has usually been good at spotting those with ill intentions.

 

Some gijinkas, save for their powers, and in some cases hair or eye color, can pass for "Normal" humans. There are others however who aren't so fortunate. They have the physical traits of a Pokemon, or have difficulty controlling their powers. It gives them away as gijinkas immediately. These type of gijinkas rarely leave the island.

 

The academy building, where classes take place, is a large nondescript building that's several stories tall. P.E. classes, are held either outside in a field set up for it behind the building, or in a small gymnasium nearby. Next to the campus on either side, are the towers for the boys and girls dormitories respectively. A walking distance away, there is the Academy Village. Despite being called a village, it is as big as a regular town, and contains all the things towns do. Including a movie theatre, several restaurants a shopping mall, and more. The island itself is tropical, there is a beach with swimmable oceans, and a large rainforest. Wild Pokemon do live on the island. These Pokemon are not allowed to be captured by anyone. They are usually studied in their natural habitat for the science classes except for on the anniversary of the academy is this rule bended.

I have no set plot for this. Anything you want to do is fine with me. Remember, we need students and teachers.

 

Rules

 

1. All Forum rules and RPG rules apply obviously.

 

2. No legendaries (The last thing I need is someone being an Arceus gijinka and beating everyone.) Rotom and Phione do not count as legendaries

 

3. Try to be active. If you must leave give someone permission to control your character.

 

4. You can use as many characters as you can handle, but keep track of them all.

 

5.There can be more than one of the same species, so don't worry if someone else joins as the Pokemon you wanted.

 

6. Have Fun. I will be enforcing this. If you're not having fun, then get out.

"hi" alexia said softly.

"Yes, this is the Gym. I'm Professor Lucas, the gym teacher. Class is about to start, so you chould get changed. The boy's locker room is to the left." Lucas said. He looked at his clipboard to see how many other students he was waiting on.

"Allright, sir...?" Galleil said while hurrying towards the locker room.

(I tried it a little. Though only to create EV teams. Never actually did any battling.)

Luke was sitting outside in a field, seeing as he didn't have a class at that specific moment. "I wonder what the other guys are doing?" Luke asked himself as he threw random razor leaf attacks at a nearby tree. "Meh, what do i care, i don't trust any of them, never have, never will." said Luke as he threw a razor leaf, cutting off a tree branch.

(i dont think the RP will last long)

Aria was trying to hide from everyone to take a second for herself. She was sitting up in a tree staring at the sky. "I wonder, will I ever be normal?" Aria asked. Then the tree branch broke by a razor leaf attack. Aria fell to the ground on her butt. She then saw who made the attack. "Dude, really? What is your name?" Aria asked Luke.

 

Zack was having his planning period and waiting on the bell to ring for students to come in the room. He was watching the news on the TV in the back and drinking coffee.

 

Paul found a place where no one could see him. "Okay, I am at the school. Yes, I will capture them, not kill them, yet." Paul said over his phone.

(officially the first class is Gym to wake you all up!)

"Oh, sorry, didn't see you there, names Luke." said Luke. he suddenly heard the bell. "Blast....i've got to get to gym.....you coming or what?" said Luke as he walked to the academy. "Let's just hope that the others here always catch me in a melo mood." said Luke.

"Alright, seems we've got a couple late students." Lucas said. "Class will now begin! First of all, I want you all to stretch and then run two laps around the gym." He checked off those who were there on his checklist, putting a dash next to those who wee absent.

"Sure Luke. I am game for this school, lets just hope they find me in a happy mood. I have been through a lot and my 20th birthday is in two days." Aria said as she followed Luke to the school.

"Alright then, let's get moving....if you want to get there faster, hold onto my arm...hope you're not afraid of hights, keep in mind though, i rarely trust anyone, because of what happened 7 years ago." said Luke as he extended his arm. "The question is though, do you trust me?"

"Well, I dont know what trust is anymore, but I am up for a good time." Aria said and took hold of Luke's arm.

Luke launched a vine whip attack towards a branch and smirked. "Well, here goes nothing....really, i'm still rusty with this." said Luke as he used his vine whip to start swinging towards the school. within a few seconds he was right close to it and noticed an open window. "Well, you're going in." said Luke as he threw Aria through the window, following soon after. unfortunatly, Luke hit the wall just inside, but noticed something ironic. "Oh look, the gym's right there." said Luke after he fell off the wall.

Aria landed perfectly. "Thank you Physic power." Aria said as she looked over at Luke who hit the wall. "Looks like you still have much to learn about landing." Aria said and noticed that they were at the gym.

"That one was better than the landing where i hit a Gyarados, i was recovering from that hyperbeam attack for a month........not my best landing." said Luke. he was shuttering from the memory. "It was one of my most painful landings, right up there with the time i landed on a Charizard's tail, i got burned twice on that one."

"So you have some history of bad landing. Well I guess since I am of the soul of a Gardevoir, I am more able to land then those who are of, well types like you." Aria said laughing. "So, shouldn't we get to class?" Aria asked him.

 

Suddenley, Paul spotted Aria and Luke and came over to them. "Why are you two not over there doing your assignments? You think you will get special treatment for being a gijinka, while not here you wont." Paul said to them. He then waited for them to make the wrong move so he could put a tracking device on them.

Yukino starts to stretch touching her tows and coming back up observing some late students walking in.

Alexia had finished her 2 laps already and was sitting on the bleachers. "too easy" she said

Yukino flys over to the bleachs and sits down near Alexia and accidentally hit her with her tail "Oops sorry"...

Alexia got up after the impact knocked her down. "its ok" she said.

Once everyone finished running around, Lucas spoke up again. "Alright, I want you to split up into two groups, we're going to play a little soccer." he said, holding the ball in his hand. "I need two people to be captains."

Alexia raised her hand "ill be a captian"

"Alright Alexia, you're a captian. Who wants to be the other captain?" Lucas asked, looking at the students.
