At the end of the New trailer Sora is shown sitting in the organization chair in TWTNW heres how I think he gets there based on the trailer. In the beginning YMX tell Sora: "aren't there Hearts Confined within you too"? then YMX & Vanitas tell him "hearts other then your own"? afterwards Sora becomes puzzled & wonders what that means he says: "there are hearts confined in me"? Fast forward to the scene where Xemnas tells Sora: "the memories & Emotions you've had up until now... Can you really say they all originally came from you?" Sora then looks as if he's trying to make sense of what Xemnas is saying while trying to remember those feelings & memories, (what makes me say that is cuz he's touching his heart). My theory is that since Sora keeps hearing about other hearts, feeling, & memories being in him he realizes that YMX, Xemnas, even braig, know more about him he then becomes so curious to the point where, even though he tries not to allow himself to be manipulated by them, it backfires on him. then in that final scene where Sora is completely surrounded by the guys in black coats, & YMX tells him: "lets go together" maybe Sora attempts to fight them but has become so manipulated that he just goes with them or he fights them but is defeated & captured. Also in the scene where he's having the flashbacks of Namine, xion Kairi, Riku, Aqua, Terra, Ven Im thinking maybe his memory of them is being erased.

 

 

 

 

P.S. Also because of the whole "darkness becomes light, "light will drop into Darkness" I'm also thinking that theres a possibility that Sora could be a Boss fight for Riku.

I was sort of thinking that his heart was lost like Kiari's was, but yours makes more since. *claps*

Interesting theory. I have my own theory about it though. While Sora and Riku are in the Dream World, Xehanort kidnaps their sleeping bodies and takes them to TWTNW, which is why Young Xehanort keeps appearing. Riku wakes up before Sora and Mickey goes to rescue them, hence the scene where Riku and Mickey are going after Sora in the chair when Xemnas and Ansem SoD stop them. Maybe Xehanort found out about the Data inside Sora and captured him to extract it.

That is sort of confusing. So you think your playing as sora, but it's actually Ventus' dream, so your technically playing as Ven? I'm not sure. Besides, The mark of mastery exam was for Sora and Riku, not really for Ven. But it was to get Ven awake, right?

what if sora decided to replace ven in sleep so he cud rescue terra and aqua while sora slept
