So it seems that a lot of people are thinking that Young Master Xehanort is actually Master Xehanort, after Riku beats him and Master Xehanort appears. I don't know if they think that the reports said it or the cutscenes shown it, but that information is incorrect.

If you look at 3:06 during the video, when all the Organization members start to disappear, Young Master Xehanort is in fact right there. This is right after Master Xehanort has been shown, and you can even see him in a few more seconds after the scene with YMX.

Now you know that he is completely different character, and that no, he doesn't turn into MX.

You havent seen the translations have you? Its a younger Xehanort who can basicly manipulate time and is from the past. He wanted 13 vessels possibly 13 xehanorts riku was to become a vessel but he resisted the darkness. MF is YMX.

Um...I was going to say yes, he is going to grow into MX. And I do believe that he will but I can't exactly explain why YMX is there without just calling him an illusion or a dream. It's pretty confusing and until I've watched all the cutscenes I don't intend to completely go against you on this.

What I will say is that during one scene, YMX goes to say that he was told by Ansem SOD about his life in the future and went on to live by this plan, this makes me believe that YMX does grow into MX, but I can't explain why YMX is there, because apparently he's one of the 13 Xehanorts. Which is strange, as I do not believe he has the ability to manipulate time (except for possibly being able to stop it). Only Ansem SOD can time travel, in my knowledge.

It's all pretty confusing right now and until we get all the scenes subtitled properly, I don't think we can really say for sure a lot of the things in this game.

He actually is MX, but a younger version of him from a completely different timeline. In the current timeline though they are indeed two seperate entities.

You mean the same translations that literally just popped up right around when I post this? Yeah I just did.

But as for him being the same Xehanort that grows up to the old Xehanort, I'm pretty sure he's a different Xehanort. So technically, I'm right, but it's not how it's seen. But it seems someone's got it.

Thank you sir. Props to you.
