Vanitas looks like Xion! Right, right? Please tell me I am not the only one who thinks this. Sure the eyes are golden but the hair and as far as I can tell with those features, they just remind me a lot like Xion's. And I know that he is suppose to be a guy, but I think he's a she. Maybe the mask changes the voice or something? I don't know.

 

I just don't see why they would be creating a new character now. And besides in Days Roxas/Ven (Because I think Ven is Roxas somehow in some way don't ask me how ) sees Xion based off Sora's memories of Kairi, well then shouldn't she look exactly like Kairi?? Color and all? Maybe she is Vanitas??

Well, actually I just viewed some info thats intresting. This explained it before I even saw the vid lol:

 

Some time before the events of Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Ventus served as Master Xehanort's apprentice. The Keyblade wielder was sent to the Keyblade Graveyard, where he was forced by his master to face several Neoshadows. Ventus lost the battle, and was knocked unconscious. Master Xehanort then proceeded to use his Keyblade to unlock Ventus's heart, resulting in Vanitas's formation. The dark enigma, who appeared from an orb of dark energy, would be the source of the Unversed as well as a key component in Master Xehanort's plans.

Vanitas is the dark side of Ven's heart.

And Roxas is the nobody of Sora.

They all look the same. Which means the all have a connection.

Even though Nomura said there's no connection between them, I just think he wants us to figure it out for ourselves to our own imagination.

They've already used Blonde and Red hair for Kairi and Namine. I guess black was the next option. It looks good on Xion though. I can't imagine her with any other color hair.

ventus looks like roxas because when he venstuse died or something his heart need 2 go some were so he went 2 sora and when sora became heartles on kingdom hearts 1 roxas, sora's nobody came in the game then ven was reborn some how he took the image as roxas

Well from what i saw in BBS videos Vanitas looks like a Black-haired, Golden-eyed version of Sora with some sort of red chin-like thing lol!
