Ienzo knew he had done something bad. He was scared of Aeleus and was speechless. "You live in the castle?" Kairi broke the silence.

 

Ienzo nodded. "Yeah."

Ansem walked out of his office to see how his apprentices were doing. He encountered his apprentice Braig. 'Braig, what news is going on around here?'

'Nothing much sir, Aeleus, Even, Dilan went to go look for Ienzo.'

'So he ran off again.'

'Kids...'

'I see.'

"Ienzo, answer me." (I'll be taking over Braig.)

"Sorry, Aeleus." Ienzo muttered. "I saw her crying and I wanted to help. And if I didn't then she would be dead by now."

 

Kairi smiled. "Thank you my hero."

 

Ienzo became embarrassed and tried not to blush. "You never said why you were crying?" Ienzo asked.

 

"Well... I was going to visit my grandmothers grave when some unversed attacked me. So I came here and I got upset for not being able to visit my grandmothers grave." Kairi answered.

 

Ienzo felt sorry for Kairi and wanted to help her. "Aeleus! We have to help her. Please!" Ienzo begged.

"Calm down, young one. Kairi, where is your grandmother's grave site?"

"Just across from here." Kairi said while pointing to the entrance of the area they are in. "I will show you."

Aeleus followed Kairi. "Ienzo, Kairi when you see an Unversed, stand behind me. Do not run. If you run, it will chase you."

'It seems that this place is getting more and more dangerous now a days Braig.'

"So it seems." Braig heard a loud noise coming from outside the Castle. "Sir, did you hear that?"

Even ran over to Ansem and Briag, who were standing outside Ansem's office. "Lord Ansem! There has been an attack from some unversed!"

"Unversed, well we can't stand here we need to protect th castle!"

 

Lea and Isa were running to where they heard that sound. They saw Ansem and two others talking. "Can we help?"

"You are just children, there I nothing you can do right now."

Even nodded but then realised the guards were looking for Ienzo. "Wait! How are we going to fight them? The guards are gone."

"Where are these creatures coming from?!' Xehanort shouted as he destroyed more and more with the mysterious weapon. These mysterious creatures kept coming and coming what was he to do. All of a sudden a certain darkness that formed around him."What power is this?" he asked. Without hesitating Xehanort blasted the dark power at the monsters. Before he could destroy the others one hit him. Immediately, his head began to hurt. What was happening? A thousand scenes began to run through his head. Why was this happening to him.

Ienzo and Aeleus followed Kairi through the town to the graveyard on the opposite side of the castle. "Here it is." Kairi said pointing at the graveyard that was filled with ferocious unversed.

 

"Aeleus!" Ienzo begged. "Let's help her!"

'Braig, you go and see what you can do, make sure no one is hurt.'

Even turned to Ansem. "What should I do?" Even asked.

 

"Wait if these two apprentices can fight then they will be an extra sword arm." Even turned to the boys. "Can you fight?"

"Xehanort! Xehanort! Are you alright?" Braig said as he ran to Xehanort.

 

"Ienzo, Kairi remember what I told you to do when you see an Unversed? Do it." Aeleus ran after the Unversed and killed them all. "Ienzo, do you have a potion? I left mine at the Castle."

'Yeah, i got my own weapons' Lea said to show off.

 

'Even i need to you go and aid any one who might have been hurt, any of the civilians. And if you are willing to fight, i might not have the obligation to say no. Go ahead.'

(Can you please say who is saying the speech because it is getting confusing...)

 

Even nodded at Ansem. "I will protect the castle." Even ran towards the entrance of the castle and pulled out a small shield as a weapon.

"Even, I'm going with you." Braig said.

Ienzo nodded at Aeleus. "Yep. Even gave me one and told me always to hold onto it just in case."

 

Kairi ran through the graveyard. She passed many graves but then stops at one. She sits down and Ienzo and Aeleus walks over to her. "Kairi you alright." Ienzo asked.

 

"Yeah. I'll be fine." Kairi said. "Thank you for helping me. Aeleus, Ienzo."

"Mind if I drink a little bit? Kairi, will you be alright for now? Ienzo, you ready to return to the Castle?"

Ienzo nods and hands over the potion. "Yeah lets go."

Kairi stands up. "Are you going."

"Yeah. Cya later." Ienzo replied.

"OK, bye. And thanks again." Kairi smiled

"Before we go back to the castle, you want some ice cream?"
