Yep! Just what it sounds like.

I'm writing a fic about the Keyblade War (Yeah, I know a lot of ppl do this), and I'd like a KH fan who can give me feedback. Please note that this fic will contain content ABOVE the pg-14+ level (violence, psychological "torture", a lot of non-graphic death, one or two semi-graphic deaths, and one FAILED attempt to get the main female protagonist in bed--nothing explicit!) It's gonna be set about 50-some-odd years before Birth By Sleep.

 

Rules:

1) Agree not to tell other ppl what's coming in the story.

2) Do not steal my ideas (if you like an idea and want to use it but with your own twist, ask me and I'll probably say yes).

3) No whining if I don't agree with something you say or choose not to use your suggestion--it's my story, I can do what I want.

4) If I go a month without updating, give me a reminder to write!

5) Do NOT spoil me for KH3D! Check the siggy and the text above my picture, people!

As a writer myself, I'd love to help if you need it. But if you already have someone, that's ok too.

Actually, no. Beta readers are different than editors. An editor's job usually entails going through and making sure the story flows cohesively, and that from a logistics standpoint, everything's ok. Beta readers is a less professional title, but can sometimes do the things the writer can't/won't do on their own like looking for grammar mistakes. Also overall, a beta reader's job is to give the "consumer's opinion" before the work is actually released.

 

Also, I'd be interested as well. I can be very critical, and am also writing my own novel series, so I can give honest opinions and not be too lenient.

You can still do your own, I can almost guarantee that mine's gonna be pretty different from yours. My brain comes up with weird plot ideas... and there are other Keyblade War stories out there.

Mine focuses almost completely on my female OC protagonist and what she goes through.
