Okay,will,Howdy everybody!

I was just thinking of who the english voice actors would be for KH: BBS.

well, I mean we already know Jesse McCarthey is Ven.

but whos gonna be Terra,Aqua, or master Xehanort.

My predictions for whose who are as follows.

 

Aqua: Gwendoline Yeo (best senario)/ Miley Cyrus (worst serino?)

 

Terra: Crispin Freeman

 

Xehanort: Cory Burton

 

Eraqus: Hironobu Sakaguchi (if he can speak english, if not, then Sir Ian McKellen)

 

Vanitas: Haley Joel Osment/ Zac Efferon

 

but these are my guessess,who do you guys think, would voice who? or who would you guys prefer?

 

My theory for why Crispin, Cory,Haley and Gwen as voice actor's for the charaters is mostly there Japanesse counter part voices the charaters, and that I figured, who knows? alot of people are saying Soras Seyiu voices Vanitas (Van) so thats my theory.

Actually, Josh Keaton has recently confirmed his role as young Hercules in the English version, it's on his personal website.

I say Billy West should play Vanitas.

 

He could probably do the laugh well.

Well I'm OK with Efron as long as there's no singing, Miley Cyrus she's hot but her country-ass voice is not needed. Seth is my dude, i luv Family Guy, Cleveland Show and American Dad, I wud luv to get sum laughs from a KH game.

And Zac as Terra...yum. ROTFL That would be hilarious, as I previously said. But I don't want Cyrus. Nope not at all.

My personal choices:

Terra - Sam Witwer

Aqua - Anna Kendrick

Master Eraqus - Ron Perlman or Chow-Yun Fat

Master Xehanort - Christoph Waltz or Keith David

Vanitas - Johnny Yong Bosch

There was that rumor going around that Johnny Yong Bosch would be voicing Terra. I don't remember if that's ever been disproved though. Many people on the other forums I'm part of want either Laura Bailey or Kari Walghren as Aqua. Personally, I also think that Mae Whitman could voice Aqua. Jesse McCartney's already been confirmed as Ven. Richard Epcar confirmed his role of Xehanort (obviously not the old man). Vanitas will most likely be voiced by you-know-who, who hasn't actually confirmed it but it's so incredibly obvious we don't really need a confirmation. I suggested elsewhere for Keone Young as Eraqus a while ago...

if anybody is played by zac or miley Im gonna learn japanese and buy that one. Jesse is CONFIRMED for Ven though.

I really don't see why everyone is so worried about Terra's voice though. I mean, for the most part, the english voices sound pretty similar to their japanese counterparts.

 

Well, taking the JP voices as an example: Okiayu Ryoutarou was chosen to voice Terra because he could produce a voice that was a combination of Master Xehanort's dry voice, and Ansem SoD's deep resonating voice.

 

Taking that into account, it's pretty common sense that nobody on DC can fit Terra, and I'm pretty sure that Disney's smart enough to know that.

Alyson Stoner played Xion.

well alyson stoner is at least a GOOD ACTOR.

This is just my opinion, I think Alyson Stoner should play Aqua

Because Days and Re:CoM weren't exactly large projects. Something about Hayden being either too expensive or busy with whatever she was doing. Alyson just happened to be there, so they took the chance. Besides, not everyone thought she was bad. You'd be surprised how many people liked her. And, do I really need to mention the obvious fact that Hayden's voice aged so she couldn't do young Kairi anymore?

I think Alyson was a good replacement, and she was pretty good with Xion. I do hope that Hayden will return for a bigger game to play Kairi, like with Kingdom Hearts 3. And on that note, I wonder if Brittany Snow would ever return for Namine or if Meaghan now has the role

Yeah, I wonder about them too. I'm not sure if they switched to Alyson and Meaghen permanently, or just because Kairi and Namine were younger in Days and Re:CoM and therefore required a younger voice.

I just figured they mainly switched because Hayden and Brittany are big time actresses...that thought always makes me sad though to think that they would prefer to do other things besides this wonderful game series. I hope I'm wrong lol

I believe the perfect voice for Master Eraqus would have been the late Noriyuki "Pat" Morita (Mr. Miyagi from the Karate Kid). He has that deep voice that portrays the wisdom and power from an old warrior sensei. I sure wish he were alive right now to voice him..

Speaking of Eraqus, how about Keone Young? I think he'd make a pretty good Eraqus. He voiced Grandpa in American Dragon: Jake Long, Mr. Sanban in Kids Next Door, and Jeong Jeong in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

That's still up for debate. I've spoken to many people on several forums, and despite the reception here, Mark playing Terra is rather popular. He has the ability to do both Terra and Eraqus, and age is irrelevant as long as they can produce the right voice. And I really don't think it needs to be in spoiler tags, but okay.

 

But like I said, it's still up for debate.
