The remnants of America is starting to reform its self, and the wild wasteland is becoming tame. But not easily. The Brother Hood Of Steel And the New California Republic have joined and formed The Brotherhood Of NCR. But as always, there is still opposition, remnants of the Legion and the Enclave have began to resurface across thee nation. Even with past enemies coming forth, things are still looking up for the new nation.

 

The BNCR quickly rebuilds the nation with a organization they created called The Wasteland Express, a group that transports supplies to the people across the nation. They usually consist of a group of two or more and trek across the country, depending on their rank and experience. This is your story, you just turned 16, and now your old enough to join the Wasteland Express. Prepare to leave the bustling city Shady Sands, and head out into the wastes.

Name: Roy Oak

Special skill: Very cool headed, practically makes a way out of no way.

Apperance: short, dark hair. Little on the pale side. An average build of a 16 year old teenager. Usually has bored expression.

Bio: Roy Oak was raised in the capitol of the BNCR by his loving Ma and Pa. When he first entered school he shown to be very bright, but as the years progressed he began to become very lazy. When he turned 13 he began waiting for something exciting to happen, as nothing happened he began to get more and more bored with his life. At the age of 16 he dropped out of his school and joined the Wasteland Express against his parents protest.

Name: Ebony Lockheart

Age: 16

Special Skill: Leadership, insane aim

Appearance: Long red hair tied back int a pony tail, fair skinned, average height.

Bio: Ebony never went to school making her own living by doing odd jobs. When she turned 16 she joined the wasteland express hoping to get something better out of life.

Name: Dawn "Akatsuki" Daybreak.

 

Age: 28.

 

Special Skill: Photographic Memory.

 

Appearance: Long silver hair, Green snake like eyes, Wears both a long black trench coat that covers the entire body from the top of the neck to the bottom of the knees as well as also wearing a black bodysuit that covers the entire body too except for both the arms and legs, Finally does he carry a scythe as long as himself with two blades that he calls the "decapitator" which he says that he onlys uses on those that have been "forsaken by god" despite not being very religious himself.

 

Bio: Akatsuki was never allways referred to as Dawn Akatsuki Daybreak but rather a man who used to call himself "Slade Ivory", a man who used to love being happy at least allmost all of the time, however after the world had changed, did he become who he is now, depressing, moody, short tempered, sarcastic and sadisitic, allways looking for a fight whenever there is one.

Roy woke in a intense pain. His limbs felt like they were made out of stone, and his head was throbbing. He had signed up to be courier for the Wasteland Express two days ago and almost immediatly, they had sent him out to intense training on the abandoned part of the city. For the past two days he had been running from a group of five men, all armed, trying to apparently kill him. There had been other people hiding from the men with him, but they had been subdued by them. Some had even attacked the armed men, but they were quickly taken down. Roy had fallen in asleep in a closet, waiting for the coast to clear. His stomach growled as he wearily opened the closet door, and peeked around before completely coming out. the room he was in looked like it use to be a child's room, toys were strolled across the floor; along with blood smeared on the wall. Roy noticed a large wrench at his foot and picked it up and attached it to his belt, ya know, just encase. He opened the door to the room and looked down the hallway, and continued down the hall. A giant radroach scurried twoards the teenager, who pulled out the wrench, smashing it. The mutated bug's blood splattered on his T-shirt and face, quickly wiped it away. "Ew.." He said quietly to himself. He heard something from down the hallway and quickly hid into the shadows. *you guys lol*

Ebony cursed under her breath after tripping over yet another toy in the hall way. She was already sick and tired of running from the men with weapons, she didn't need this right now. She didn't dare find a source of light to stop her tripping and started taking smaller footsteps down the hallway. Ebony noticed a bug dead in the room. Someone's in here then. She thought looking around the room her thoughts went to the dagegr in her belt. She had found many things while running but this dagger was her favorite. It almost looked new when she first found it glinted stabbed into the dirt left for the taking. Her hand hovered over it, as she walked through the room. She spotted a closet door and breathed out slowly. This better not be a huge mistake. She thought before putting her hand lightly on the door knob.

Roy's mind raced as he had retreated back into the room with the closet when he had heard footsteps from down the hall. He heard the door creak open, and the young man began to hold his breath. 'What did sign up for?!..What kind of training is this?!..' He thought quietly to himself. The person was now IN the room. Roy pulled out the wrench and waited for the person to open the closet door, so that he could bash their skull in when the moment was right.

Ebony opened the door holding her knife out infront of her. She had expected soomeone to be in there but was caught off guard by the boy her age holding a wrench in his hands. She scrambled away fromt he door swiftly taking her dagger from her belt and holding onto it firmly. She stared in complete awe at the boy, it has to be a trick right? I haven't run into any other people besides those armed men since being dropped off here. She thought backing up into a corner a shadow now over her face. She didn't know wether to try to talk to the guy or run as fast as she could out of the house. She chose the second and backed from the room not daring to turn her back to the guy. Ok once your out, run don't stop just run. She decided reaching for the door with her free hand.

Roy stood there, stunned. That was the first face he had seen in at least a day or so. The red haired girl darted out of the room before he could ask any questions, so the teenager quickly followed behind the girl. "Hey, wait!" Roy called out to the girl as the ran down the ruined hallways, he suddenly paused when he heard footsteps behind him. He quickly turned to see a masked man climbing up the stairs towards the two, causing Roy to run even harder. He ducked behind a corner and took his wrench into his sweaty hand. He felt a mess, and looked it too. His short black hair was maded down on his head by the sweat running down his forehead and back. His white t-shirt, well it was once white, was blackened since he had been outside for the past 48 hours; and it to was soaked with sweat. His jeans were ripped and dirty, and his boots were covered in mud. The man had made it to the top of the stairs and now was running in the direction of Roy, who was still waiting behind the corner with wrench in hand. As the man passed the corner, the teenager lashed out at the man with the wrench. The masked man was too close to Roy to dodge his assault, so he had no chance of counter-attacking. The teenager smacked the man in the face with the wrench cracking the mask, knocking the man to the floor. The man reached for strange looking gun, but Roy didn't let up. He was quickly onto the man and began to beat the man in the face with the wrench, blood splattering through the cracks of the mask. The rage of being chased like a animal took over. White hot furry poured through each blow, showering the teenager with blood. After he calmed down the 16 year-old caught his breath. He picked up the man's gun and noticed that it was a dart gun, the men were testing them, not killing them. He dropped the gun and fell to his knees, vomiting, he heard the footsteps of more men heading up the stairs.

Ebony stopped before she could reach the stairs from the sound of footsteps. She backed away from the stairs then rememebered the boy in the other room. Great, I'm trapped. She thought opening the door to the room again to see the boy on his knees infront of a man that appeared to have been beaten to death. She didn't take time to ask for questions and spotted the window as a way out. She grabbed the boy by his arm and dragged him along with her out of the house, luckily it was a one story so they had to trouble. She ran down the street dragging the boy behind her. Why am I trying to help this guy? She wondered looking around for a safe house.

Roy barley noticed what was happening until he felt someone grabbed his wrist, practically dragging him out of the small ruined building. As the girl dragged the 16 year-old down the street, he noticed how ruined this part of the city was. The buildings were rusted and partly caved in, in some cases. "Where are we going?!" Roy finally asked.
