Posted

SOOOOO, there gonna be new Gow game called: God of War Ascension

Here is trailer

I'm pretty hyped right now, I loved orginal trilogy and have waited for new Gow game for some time.

I'm pretty sure that this game will tell more about Kratos' past.

I think we don't need to know so much more about the past, though I really hope this is like a game that kind of introduces Gow4. I really think they should explain the end of Gow3.

Never played GoW. Should I buy the HD collection of the games so I can understand the story?

Buy the one where you get the first and second game and then buy the third game which is the best cause there YOU KILL GODS AND HAS SEX WITH A GODDESS It is do gory and fun.

If you like fighting/platformer with lots of blood and brutality and very good and fast fighting system from third person with intresting story which doesn't go ahead of gameplay, then yes. All games have one sex scene, which is kinda useless. For story, you don't need to play every game to understand it, I started with GoW3 and still understanded story by watching beginning..

tutti frutti. If you get the one with GOW1 and GOW2 and later get GOW3, you pretty much get a solid idea on what happened to Kratos, as well as what he has been through. Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta explain what happens before GOW1 and before GOW2 respectively, but you can pretty much youtube those if you're not into buying those two games, but they are shorter than their numbered counterparts. I find GOW to be a pretty solid series.

But I as much as I like the series, I more so want to see what happens after GOW3 over going over more detailed information on Kratos's past. The only real thing that I can see the developers going into is from his childhood leading up to the first five years of his servitude. Other than that, I'm more so curious as to what on how the developers will add onto Kratos's past.

I have God of War 1 and 2. Never played it, except my dad. Should I play it? I'm not that much into blood filled games and violence. .3.

Well, if you really can't stand blood and brutality then big NO. But, if you think that you will get used to that then you can give a try. There is of course games pretty much same, but with less blood and stuff like Castlevania Lord of Shadows or Devil May Cry games.

Should have rephrased that. Not really Interested in Bloody violent games, but can stand them from time to time. Eh, I'll try it out. I mean that Dusk does have blood. .w.
