Keyhole of Sleep in The World That Never Was?

Posted

Sora and Riku needed to unlock seven keyholes of sleep for their mark of mastery exam, right? However, one thing bothers me. Why was TWTNW included in the list of worlds? I, mean I suspected that the Keyholes of Sleep would be included in Disney worlds, and Traverse Town apparently, only. TWTNW is basically a Nobody world, so why does it have a keyhole of sleep?

That's revealed late in the game. If you really want to know though

It doesn't have one. Xigbar, Young MX, and the others invited Sora (and Riku followed along too) to The World That Never Was after he unlocked the seven keyholes of sleep. They were supposed to return to the realm of light, but instead ended up there. If you're wondering about the absence of a 7th keyhole, Traverse Town has two. (or so the cutscenes implied, I haven't actually seen many of the English subbed scenes, so I could be wrong) Or the more likely thing would be that Destiny Islands had its keyhole unlocked

Also Destiny Islands had one, but i dunno if it is included as islands were awake after all

That's what's confusing me. Destiny Islands has been revived after defeating Ansem SoD in KH1, so it shouldn't be in the RoS and have a KoS (Keyhole of Sleep). I think what Tsunamo showed me seems logical.

There is another Keyhole of Sleep in Traverse Town on the 2nd visit. That is true. Probably because Joshua said it's split into two, or each world doesn't necessarily have to have one Keyhole..
