I'm thinking that it'd be all of the scenarios fully completed. (All treasure chests found and the like.) That's the only requirement I can think of. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. m(_ _)m (I'm getting my copy in 2 weeks, if the guy I pre-ordered it from ships it on time and everything. ^_^)

Like any other game, we'll probably have to get certain scores for minigames, as well as probably completing the journal 100% (if there is one)...and obviously completing the scenarios...

well theres the tresure chests... mm... maybe there'll be tournaments you have to complete a certian amt... i dont think there'll be a jounal since theres no jiminny.. hmm.. x_x

True, but in 358/2 Days, Jiminy wasn't there and it was Roxas' diary thingy. ^^;

so i tried so hard on normal to get it and i had to play it on proud mode....WTF!i hate how the guide book never told u how to get it

i think u just have to complete all their storys and u unlock it maybe but their still the theory of getting all the treasure chests

Actually when you beat all scenarios you get the lost Episode. Which is not the secret ending but rather an extension to the end of Aquas story. If I remember, Nomura stated in an interview that the secret ending Can NOT be achieved at ALL on Easy mode. I'm sure though on Normal there's some sort of requirements, and ofcourse on Critical/proud mode it's just beat all worlds and bam secret ending.

There is a journal in the game. Terra, Ven and Aqua each have their own journal, treasure list, Minigame list and the boss unversed. They do, however, share the secret report list. When you beat one scenario, on the title menu, you are given the option of Trinity Report. There, you can check if you have all the treasure chests, Secret Reports, Battle Sequences (This, I haven't got a clue about since when I beat Ven&Aqua, I only had 39% completion which WTF? me.), and the like. I guess that if you get 100% in all categories, you get to see the secret ending.
