Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 1, 2012 (edited) This Anime/Manga takes place after seven years gap when their comrades missing for so long.....(for anyone knows this anime/manga,beware of the spoilers...)and now,i'm doing a synopsis about this story of Fairy Tail 7 years post time-skip: Chapter 1 : Year X791 - Fairy Tail In Hargeon Town, seven years after the destruction of Tenrou Island, Romeo Conbolt, now branded with the mark of Fairy Tail and wearing clothes similar to Natsu's, stares at the sea while Alzack Connell and his wife, Bisca, watches over him, telling him that they should return to the guild or Macao will worry. Romeo agrees and turns his back on the ocean. Bisca tries to cheer him up but Alzack shakes his head, stopping her. Meanwhile in the town of Magnolia, inside a tavern bearing the mark of Fairy Tail, the new master, Macao, expresses his worry about his son. His advisor, Wakaba, tells him to calm down, reminding him that he is no longer a kid. The two then begins to argue since Wakaba refuses to address Macao as "master". Since the destruction of Tenrou Island and the disappearance of the most powerful Mages of the guild, Fairy Tail is reduced into a small guild with a few job offers and only a few of its former members remaining. One of which is Laki Olietta who is picking on the now overweight Droy. Jet tries to discourage him from eating, using Levy's name, but Droy tells him that Levy is not coming back. These words are heard throughout the guild and everyone's smiles immediately vanishes. Suddenly, five men enter the guild and begin to belittle the Mages. The atmosphere immediately turns hostile with Macao reminding the group that they are not welcome in their guild. The leader, Teebo, smirks and reminds him that he is talking to members of the guild that now represents Magnolia, Twilight Ogre. Teebo then reminds the guild about their payment for the month. Macao tells the group that they haven't had any job offers to make money to pay for the debt but promises to pay the group next month. Teebo then kicks Macao, sending him a short distance away. Seeing their master being attacked, the members of the guild prepare to attack but Macao tells them to stop. The Fairy Tail members stop and are forced to watch as the Twilight Ogre guild members trash their guild. The group then leaves with Teebo reminding the guild about their payment for next month. With the members of the rival guild gone, the Fairy Tail members see Reedus' sketchbook littered on the floor, with the pages torn off. Everyone sees the pictures of their missing comrades and begins to cry. The group then recalls their desperate attempts to find their comrades seven years ago and the downfall of Fairy Tail. Wakaba then notices Macao crying and tries to cheer him up by saying that he did a good job as master but Macao begins to shake, remembering that Romeo hasn't smiled for the last seven years. Suddenly, the guild hears a sound and goes outside to check, only to see Blue Pegasus Guild's Magic Bomber - Christina. Ichiya then jumps off Christina and greets the members of Fairy Tail. The other members of the Trimens then follow and immediately begin to flirt with Laki but stops when Ichiya told them to. The group then reveals they had detected something in the Eternano Waters surrounding Tenrou Island. Ichiya then says that Tenrou Island still exists. Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 4, 2012 Chapter 2 : Fairy Sphere With the information from Blue Pegasus, Max, Jet, Droy, Warren, Bisca and Alzack head out to sea in one last attempt to find their missing guild mates. While optimistic, Warren reminds them not to get their hopes up as it is not certain that their friends are still alive. Suddenly, the group spots a girl with long wavy hair standing on the ocean. The girl raises both her hands and Tenrou Island resurfaces inside a sphere bearing the mark of Fairy Tail, much to the group's surprise. The girl then turns her back on the group and runs towards the island. The group follows, thinking that she may lead them to their missing friends. Suddenly, the group spots something that made them stop their chase, Natsu's motionless body, half-buried in the ground. Back at the Fairy Tail Guild, the fourth master, Macao, asks Romeo if it was alright for him not to go with the others. Without looking up, Romeo says that even if they managed to find the island, there would be no way of knowing for sure if their friends were still alive. Macao tells him that they have to believe that they are but Romeo responds by citing the seven year time since their disappearance. Just then, members of the Twilight Ogre guild enter the guild. Seeing the group, Wakaba reminds them about the extension on their payment but Teebo, the leader, tells him that their master wouldn't allow it. Romeo, fed up with being bullied, turns to fight the group by summoning Fire Magic despite Macao's protest. However, Teebo easily blows out his fire and goes to attack himself. However, someone enters the guild and kicks Teebo from behind, sending him to the wall and saving Romeo. After the defeat of Teebo, the other members of Twilight Ogre are defeated and the remaining Fairy Tail members see their saviors, their missing friends, unchanged despite the passing of seven years. As tears begin to form in the eyes of the Fairy Tail members, Lucy begins to recount the events that happened to them after Tenrou Island's supposed destruction. Thanks to the mysterious girl's appearance, Alzack, Bisca and the others managed to find and wake up Natsu. After commenting a bit on the appearance of the search party, Natsu remembered that they had just been attacked by Acnologia while Droy wondered aloud where everyone else are. Mavis, the first master Suddenly, the group saw the mysterious girl who introduced herself as the first Fairy Tail master, Mavis Vermilion, much to everyone's surprise. Mavis then lead the group to the other members, explaining as she did how she used the strength of everyone's bonds and faith to activate one of the three great fairy Magics and the absolute defensive Magic that will protect the guild from any evil, Fairy Sphere. But by using the Magic, everyone inside Tenrou Island was sealed in a frozen state for seven years. Makarov began to get teary eyed when he found out that the first saved them but Mavis tells him that she's just an ethereal body now, having converted everyone's strength into Magic. After telling the guild the power of unwavering faith and resilient bonds, Mavis disappears, happy that her guild became a happy one. With the story finished, Natsu spots Romeo and compliments him, citing his growth since their time apart. Hearing this and seeing his friend's face, Romeo's eyes begin to well up in tears and he smiles for the first time in seven years as he welcomes Natsu back home. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 5, 2012 Chapter 3 : The 7 Years of Emptiness On one of the night they returned, all the members danced, sang, and drank as if they were trying to fill up the lost seven years. Natsu was surprised to hear that Romeo can use fire magic. Romeo demonstrated the fire magic he learned, and told them that he's actually learning these kinds of magic from Totomaru behind Macao's back. Though Gajeel was commenting on what Totomaru is doing these days, Pantherlily more happy about Gajeel showing a happy mood about this. Although Natsu wants to meet Totomaru again so he could eat more different flames, Romeo declined because of Totomaru's past with him. As Makarov drank, he commented on Macao becoming the fourth master of Fairy Tail. Macao quickly replied that he was merely a substitute, and wishes to give back the position to the third master. However, Makarov told Macao to keep his position because it seems interesting. In front of Alzack and Bisca, Erza was shocked to hear that the two gotten married. But as Bisca is about to fully revealed the fact that she was the one that proposed, Alzack stopped her. Not only that, but they also have a little girl named Asuka. Wendy saw her art done by Reedus about how she would look in seven years. However, she was disappointed that her assets didn't grow, to which Reedus ask if there's anything wrong with the art. Happy then asked if the Exceeds would be worried about them. Pantherlily assured that there's nothing to worry about as Exceeds feel time different than humans. The members of Lamia Scale suddenly entered and congratulated on their return. As Gray was surprised to see them, Max told them that both Blue Pegasus and Lamia Scale helped out in searching for their whereabouts. Lyon was disappointed that the Pegasus got to them first, but Lamia are still stronger in terms of strength. |Sherry revealed that during the seven years, Lamia Scale became the number 2 guild of Fiore. Lucy asked if Pegasus is Number 1, which Tobi and Yuka declined. Before Yuka could continue, Jura Neekis told them that their safety is what matters most. Turning around, Lyon saw Juvia for the first time, and immediately went up to the girl and ask if this is what's called a love at first sight. Juvia was embarrassed, and thought up a love chart based on her observation. Gildarts couldn't be happier saying that his daughter is Cana, but Cana was embarrassed to have her father this sticking to her that close. Warren wondered what kind of setting is this, while Vijeeter felt like they were tricked. The guild members enjoyed the return in their ways, and while it may have been only a week for the members on Tenrou Island, it's seven years for the other members. As Lucy walked home, she commented that they have been partying for the past three days, and couldn't wait to get home. However, the landlady blocked her way. While the landlady was happy to see her back, her rent is a different matter. Landlady told Lucy to pay back the rent she owe for seven years, or she will never let her go back in the house. Sitting on the riverbank, Lucy couldn't believe by the sum of money she owes. She then remembered the seven years she lost. As she thought about Cana and Gildarts' event, she remembered about her father, and she bet that he's worried about her. Lucy then made the decision of meeting her father. However, she quickly explained that she's not going to borrow money. Erza hears some news about Jellal from Bisca and Alzack, while Jura was talking about the Ten Wizard Saints meeting and a certain guild to Makarov, all while Lyon told Gray about Ultear and Meredy. Natsu and Happy, however, are trying to find their safe. But what was truly concerned them was that face that Zeref is still alive. At the merchant city, Acalypha, Lucy asked why Natsu and Happy tagged along. Natsu and Happy replied that their safe disappeared, and remembered that Lucy's Dad had lots of them. As they arrived at Love and Lucky, Lucy asked if they could see Jude Heartfilia, to which the receptionist apologized because he passed away one month ago... 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 7, 2012 Chapter 4 : Father's Seven Years After visiting Jude and Layla's graves at the cemetery, Natsu, Lucy and Happy head back home. On the way, the group overhears two girls gleefully discussing their fathers and how they wish they were dead. While Lucy keeps quiet, Natsu explodes at them for their inability to read the atmosphere, telling them to leave immediately. After the girls leave, Lucy states that even though she didn't much like her father in childhood, especially after the Phantom Lord incident, her relations with him after the incident with Naked Mummy have been better. Though she's sad, she is unable to cry. She wonders if she truly does hate her father, but Natsu tells her that not crying does not mean she hates him. Meanwhile, Makarov is visiting the Twilight Ogre guild headquarters. The Twilight Ogre Guild Master, Banaboster, demands the money owed to them but Makarov states they will pay back in time and that threatening their debtors will not make them pay up. Makarov states that Fairy Tail always pays back what it owes, including the pain Twilight Ogre inflicted on Fairy Tail in the past seven years. With their powers, Makarov, Erza and Mirajane cause a ruckus in the guild, much to the surprise of Wakaba and Macao who believed they would just talk. The latter comments that it is making him feel nostalgic. Elsewhere, Lucy is sitting alone when her landlady appears and drags her back to her apartment. When Lucy expresses her surprise about her apartment being clean, the landlady states that for the past seven years, she was cleaning the house every week and then tells Lucy to look at her desk. Looking at the desk, Lucy finds birthday gifts sent by her dad every year for the past seven years. There is also another letter that came in the morning. After reading the letter in which her dad proclaimed his love for her as his daughter, Lucy starts to cry. Natsu and Happy then come to bring her with them on a job. The landlady suggests that they should take it easy on her for while while stating that the letter had seven years worth of rent in it. Realizing that they are the only ones without money, the two prepare to set off and promise to buy food for Lucy. However, she yells for them to wait for her so she can come with them. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 9, 2012 Chapter 5 : Sabertooth Two young men talk to each other about the return of the Fairy Tail members from seven years ago. One of the men, Sting Eucliffe objects to his partner, Rogue Cheney's lack of interest in the subject, as Rogue looked up to Natsu Dragneel a lot when he was younger. At the Magic Council building, Org tells Lahar and Doranbolt about the return of the missing Fairy Tail members. Though Lahar thinks Doranbolt should be relived by this news, Doranbolt admits to himself he hasn't even thought about them in a while. Org then starts telling the men how not much has happened in the seven years of their disappearance. The Magic Council has been keeping a close eye on Sabertooth, but Tartaros nor Grimoire Heart has done anything significant. Doranbolt asks if Org is saying Fairy Tail somehow caused this silent period. Org laughs and walks away, saying how he must be getting old if he is putting so much importance on the guild. Two weeks after the return, the news spreads quickly of it. The Fairy Tail guild starts to bond back together again, and Lucy slowly tries to figure out how her relationship with her father was. Later on, Bisca and Alzack tell Natsu and other members that had disappeared about the new number one guild in Fiore, Sabertooth. They also reveal Fairy Tail has become the weakest since their disappearance. Just then Cana comes over asking where her father might be. Erza says he is at the old Fairy Tail build, so Cana takes it as an opportunity to go do her own work. At the old building, Makarov shows Gildarts a secret passage that leads to Fairy Tail's greatest secret, Lumen Histoire. Gildarts asks Makarov why he is showing this to him, to which Makarov says Gildarts will be the next Fairy Tail master. Meanwhile, the Dragon Slayer Duo reminisce about seven years ago, when Rogue was Gajeel Redfox's apprentice. Rogue says to forget about the past. Then the two are confronted by an archer from a Dark Guild. He shoots his arrow at them, but Sting catches it and eats it. He then uses a Dragon Roar close to the archer's face which causes him to run away. Sting calls him a coward for abandoning his comrades, who lay defeated behind them. The two are then praised by their Exceed partners. Frosch and Lector. As they walk away, Sting suggest they duel Natsu Dragneel, but Rogue is not interested. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 9, 2012 Chapter 6 : Porlyusica In an open field, Natsu is battling against Max Alors but is having a difficult time competing. Max states that everyone has been practicing for the past seven years and dodges or blocks several of Natsu's attacks until Natsu activates the Lightning Flame Dragon Mode and uses Lightning Flame Dragon's Roar to devastate the field, narrowly missing Max. Though Natsu claims it's not as strong as it used to be, Max ends the battle, admitting that he could've been killed. After Natsu collapses, Wendy compliments Max's improved strength while Carla wonders why the guild didn't fight Twilight Ogre with their strength, Max stating that it wouldn't have solved anything since they still owed them money. Gray comments that aside from monstrously powerful members like Gildarts Clive and Laxus, the rest of the guild from the island is not strong enough in this new world, Lucy agrees seeing how much trouble Natsu had against Max, Happy wonders if there is a way to raise magical power by a great deal quickly. The team visits Porlyusica who immediately tells them to go home, though they, aside from Wendy, ask if she has anything that can help them. She angrily states she doesn't and quickly chases them away with her broom. Back at the guild, Makarov states that he is retiring and the new guild master will be Gildarts Clive, though he is shocked to find Mirajane in Gildarts place holding a note. In his letter, Gildarts states that he is not suitable for the position of 5th guild master of Fairy Tail but as his first order of business, he allows Laxus to return to the guild and subsequently nominates Makarov Dreyar to be the 6th guild master of Fairy Tail. He then states that he is going traveling again and apologizes to Cana for leaving like this and that she can stare at his card if she wishes, though she states that she doesn't need to. He states that when he returns, he hopes Fairy Tail will be #1 again and that it is their job to make it so. Makarov angrily claims that he will never retire again. When the guild comments on how hard it will be to be #1 since Sabertooth is now #1 and Lamia Scale and Blue Pegasus are also stronger, Romeo claims there is a way. Elsewhere, Natsu and the team have finally escaped Porlyusica when they notice Wendy crying. Natsu gets angry at the old lady for doing that to a child but Wendy states it wasn't her but it was because her voice and scent are similar to Grandeeney, the dragon that raised her. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 10, 2012 Chapter 7 : And We Aim For The Top The others question Wendy's statement that Porlyusica was like Grandeeney, but Wendy once again repeats that they have the same scent and voice. Gray comments that it was strange that Grandeeney could possibly transform into a human, Lucy adding that Porlyusica's relationship with the other Masters went back before, when the Dragon Slayers were still being trained; thus, she couldn't be two people at once. However, Wendy notes aloud that she had a different attitude and tone than Grandeeney, also adding that Grandeeney was a really gentle dragon. Suddenly, Porlyusica grumpily states from behind them that she was sorry for not being "gentle", shocking Gray and Lucy, who didn't hear her. Porlyusica states that she had nothing to hide from them, and that she would tell them everything. She states that she was a real human through and through. Natsu expresses his confusion that a human would hate humans. Porlyusica states that she didn't know anything about the dragons, remorselessly apologizing, but reveals that she was the "Grandeeney" of Edolas, as she got lost and stranded in Earth Land years ago. Porlyusica reveals that she had many chances to go back to Edolas, but that she decided to stay in Earth Land, as she liked it.She, however, states to Wendy that Grandeeney had talked to her through her heart with Magic, and that she had compiled a stack of papers with notes that contained information on Sky Dragon Slayer Magic, which would help Wendy get stronger: Milky Way and Shining Wave: Air Drill, two secret Dragon Slayer Magics left to her by Grandeeney. Porlyusica cautions Wendy, stating that if not practiced carefully, her body would be destroyed. Wendy bows happily and thanks Porlyusica, also uttering Grandeeney's name. Porlyusica, while walking away, smiles. Back at the Fairy Tail Guild, Macao and Romeo are arguing about the participation of the Fairy Tail in something. Most of the guild members disapprove, but Romeo goes on to reveal that the Grand Magic Games were created in the last 7 years and that the winner would be considered the strongest guild in Fiore as well as getting a 30,000,000 (jewel) prize. This motivates the missing Fairy Tail members as they are invigorated, excitedly planning to prepare for the battle. Natsu asks Romeo when it was occurring, the latter replying that it was in three months. With this statement, all the missing members are fired up even more. The grown-up Fairy Tail Mages, however, dissuade them, telling them that they had come in last place in every competition. The missing core members then shout out that they were going to aim for the number one guild spot in Fiore; they shout that they are Team Fairy Tail! 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 11, 2012 Chapter 8 : The One Magic Having decided that they will compete in the upcoming Grand Magic Games, the returning members of Fairy Tail decide to use their remaining time to train in order make up for being absent during the last seven years. The members of Team Natsu, Juvia, Levy, Wendy and Carla are accompanied by Jet and Droy to the beach to train. However, the group gets distracted and begins to relax, swimming in the water, building sand castles, eating and sunbathing, much to Jet and Droy's dismay. While playing in the water, Lucy and Levy begin to talk about the other returning members who all went to a different training site. As Lucy teases Levy about her wanting to go with Gajeel on his special training, Jet and Droy watch the two and decide to let them relax for a while. That afternoon, the group splits up to train. Lucy summons Capricorn in order to help her remedy her weakness, the lack of Magic during critical moments. Lucy seems to be doing well at first, doing what her spirit instructs her to do, but soon collapses out of exhaustion. While Lucy regains her breath, Capricorn tells her that her mother also underwent the same training she is doing in order to improve her Magic. When she was able to talk, Lucy begins to talk to Capricorn about the Magic of One, the source of all Magics, the thing that Hades was longing to get. Lucy tells Capricorn that, after hearing her mother talk about it, she thinks that all Magic originated from Love. Capricorn smiles at Lucy, happy with her explanation. Throughout the beach, the other members are training. Gray, Juvia and Erza are practicing their Magic by themselves, Levy is helping Wendy read the notes given to her by Porlyusica while Happy encourages Natsu as he sprints through the beach with two big tires tied to his waist. That night, the girls decide to bathe at the hot spring, unaware that the guys are trying to peep at them. As the group relaxes, Lucy points to the stars and the group begins to wonder what the other members were doing, wondering if they were looking at the sky just like them. Lucy then decides that she will put more effort into training. Suddenly, Erza summons her swords and attacks the gate to the hot spring, sensing someone suspicious. Outside the hot spring, the guys sit together, injured and regretting the fact that they dared to peep at the girls. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 15, 2012 Chapter 9 : Song for Stars After a successful first day of their training, Natsu, Gray, Wendy, Erza, Levy, Lucy, Happy, Juvia and Carla are confident that they still have enough time to upgrade their Magical power and catch up with the world. As Lucy talks to Happy about the remaining time for them to train, Virgo suddenly appears, telling Lucy about an emergency. Virgo informs the group that the Celestial Spirit World is in the crisis of destruction and asks them to accompany her to save it. Natsu immediately agrees to go, saying that they are friends. Virgo, in order to allow them access to the Celestial Spirit World, gives the group some Celestial clothes and summons a Magic Circle that transports the group to the Celestial Spirit World, leaving Jet and Droy at the human world to wait. The group arrives at the Celestial Spirit World and finds themselves standing in front of a giant archway. The group is then welcomed by the Celestial Spirit King whose appearance surprises everyone (except Erza). Lucy steps forward and asks him about the crisis but the Celestial Spirit King chuckles and welcomes the group back from their seven years sleep, announcing the start of the party and leaving the group dumbfounded.he Celestial Spirits then reveals that the crisis was all a ruse to give them an excuse to summon them at the Celestial Spirit World and that they will never be able to enter it again. The group then begins to party with numerous Celestial Spirits joining in. Gray and Wendy greet Loke and Horologium while Juvia is approached by Aquarius who begins to belittle her for not having a boyfriend. Elsewhere, Levy is admiring all the new books and is pleased to learn that Crux is willing to give one to her as a gift. Meanwhile, Happy and Carla are approached by Plue and numerous other Nicolas. While Erza is getting admired by Taurus for her beautiful body, Natsu treats himself to some food, only to stop when he realized that he's eating crab and lamb in front of Aries and Cancer. Elsewhere, Lucy and Gray are admiring the Celestial Spirit World and are pleased to learn that they are the first to be invited there. Lyra then begins to play her harp while the group bonds with the other Celestial Spirits. Hearing Lyra's song, Lucy remembers her father and begins to cry out of joy, telling everyone that she loves them. After the party, the group prepares to leave, with all the Spirits promising to be excellent partners and asking the others to look after Lucy. Natsu and Gray, however, are preparing to return to training, thinking that they still have three months left. However, Virgo informs the two that time is different when you're in the Celestial Spirit World. The two are happy to hear this, thinking that one year at the Celestial Spirit World is equal to one day at the human world. However, Virgo tells them that it's the opposite, one day at the Celestial Spirit World is equal to three months at the human world, leaving the group dumbfounded as they are transported back the the human world. The group is then welcomed back by Jet and Droy who inform them that they only have five days remaining until the Grand Magic Games. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 16, 2012 Chapter 10 : Crime Sorciere Lamia Scale's Guild Master, Ooba Babasaama, is determined to win the Grand Magic Games, as does Lamia Scale's Mages. Blue Pegasus's Guild Master, Bob, and Ichiya comment that with Lamia Scale's strongest Mages taking part in the games, they will have to work hard as well. Sting hears from Frosh and Lector that Fairy Tail is going to take part in the Grand Magic Games and asks Rogue if he is looking forward to it, but Rogue replies by expressing his disinterest. Raven Tail and Iwan Dreyar are sinisterly planning to utterly destroy Fairy Tail in the Grand Magic Games. Meanwhile at Fairy Tail's training beach, everyone is desolate as they are devastated that they lost their 3 months of training time by going into the Celestial Spirit World. Virgo asks Lucy to punish her, but Lucy tells her to go home. Suddenly, a pigeon lands on Erza's head and Erza notices a message that tells them to go to the suspension bridge deep in the west woods. They go to the bridge and as they get there the bridge suddenly reforms. As they walk a little deeper, they are met by Jellal, Meredy, and Ultear. Jellal reveals he was rescued from prison by Meredy and Ultear and had founded a guild called Crime Sorcière, that's sole purpose is to rid the world of evil so that Dark Mages like Zeref will never rise again. Jet recalls that he has heard of them, and that they have destroyed many Dark Guilds over the past few years. Jellal also reveals to Erza that he has regained all of his memories of his misdeeds at the Tower of Heaven. Gray and Juvia also greet Ultear and Meredy, respectively. Jellal, Meredy, and Ultear then ask Fairy Tail for a favor, to investigate a powerful yet sinister Magic force that was omnipresent during the Grand Magic Games. Erza speaks for Fairy Tail and agrees, and Ultear also offers a method for Fairy Tail to regain their lost training time. Ultear reveals that there is actually a second container of Magic in Mages that she can exploit with her Arc of Time Magic to accelerate their Magical ability. Ultear warns them evilly that they will experience tremendous pain as a result, but Natsu is content and happily hugs her. While Fairy Tail is having fun in their reunion with Crime Sorcière, Erza is quiet as she watches Jellal with a troubled expression. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 21, 2012 Chapter 11 : It's Merely a Portion Of Time That Has Passed Natsu is undergoing Ultear's special method for awakening second origin. His body is covered in magic lines and he experiences excruciating pain. Gray, Juvia, Wendy, Levy and Lucy watch the scene in horror of the pain they will have to face, declining Meredy's offer of a sense link to experience what Natsu is experiencing. When Carla asks where Erza is, Happy states she went off with Jellal. On the beach, Jellal is asked by Erza if he has recovered all of his memories. He states that they are all truly back and he remembers everything from Nirvana to killing Simon. When Erza asks is she can still treat him the same, he responds that it'd be nice if she could but that he prepared himself for death if she wishes to take revenge for Simon. Erza declines, saying that Simon wouldn't want it and that Jellal has tried to atone for his sins by eliminating dark guilds. Jellal responds that he's not sure about that, though he tried to atone, he felt that no matter what he did, he could never make up for his actions and that he may be better off dead, which Erza slaps him for. She angrily calls him a coward and he states that he's not as strong as her. She asks if he wants to die for not being strong enough but states that being alive is a sign of strength. He's not the same Jellal as before, she states, which he agrees with, causing her to grab him and accidentally push both of them backwards off the rocks Jellal was sitting on. They end up on top of one another, Jellal tells her that she's right as always, she responds that she's not trying to be right. Tears start to well in her eyes, and she states that she didn't think she'd ever be able to see him again. The two of them lean in and remember all their past events together from childhood to the Nirvana incident. The two kiss, but Jellal pushes Erza away, claiming he has a fiancee. Erza reacts in embarrassment and Jellal looks away, causing Erza to notice that he was really lying. She says that he should live for the person he loves as well. Later, those who went through Ultear's time arc -aside from Erza- are unable to move. Strangely, Erza does not feel any pain caused by Ultear's magic. Crime Sorciere takes their leave as it's not safe for them to be in one place too long. Meredy instructs Erza to send word by carrier if she finds anything on the strange magic at the Tournament Games. The three of them take their leave and camp out in a cave where they discuss whether Fairy Tail can handle the mission, though all three agree Fairy Tail can do so. Meredy surprises Jellal by asking why he lied to Erza about having a fiancee. Ultear asks if it'd have been better to tell the truth. Jellal states that he can't fall in love with someone who walks in the light and he only wishes for Erza to be happy. Meredy and Ultear then criticize him for not being able to choose a more convincing lie. Elsewhere, Erza already knows that Jellal was lying about his fiancee. She is happy that the two of them have finally found the answer to their complicated relationship and smiles. Happy attracts Erza's attention and draws a broken heart in the dirt while stifling his laughter, causing her to kick him into the sky 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 23, 2012 Chapter 12 : The Blooming Capital - Crocus In the capital of Fiore, Crocus, Natsu Dragneel, Gray Fullbuster, Lucy Heartfilia, Wendy Marvell, Happy and Carla are sitting in the middle of the city complaining about the after effects of Ultear Milkovich's spell's effect, while Erza Scarlet stands beside them scolding the group on their embarrassing behavior. Lucy wonders why Erza isn't in pain like them as well. Gray suggests that she probably already had her Second Origin to begin with. Makarov Dreyar, Bisca Connell, Alzack Connell, Asuka Connell, Jet, Droy and Levy McGarden find the group. Makarov announces that they are going to show everyone the power of Fairy Tail. People around the city start laughing and mocking them, saying how they're weak. Natsu gets angered and tries to go fight them, but Erza stops him. Makarov says that whoever wants to laugh, can laugh. Makarov tells everyone to aim for number one so that they can face Mavis Vermilion again someday. Lucy recalls how only five members of the guild were selected to enter the tournament and that the Makarov chose Erza, Gray, Natsu, Wendy and Lucy. Wendy and Lucy were surprised that the Makarov chose them, since they thought that Laxus Dreyar or Gajeel Redfox would be more suited for the position, but Makarov told them that they haven't returned yet. He then whispers to himself that he wished he could have gone with Laxus, Gildarts or Mirajane. The group then goes over some of the rules of the tournament and the possible events. Levy says that she brought her Gale-Force Reading Glasses and already read the book. She then tells everyone the most important rules, which include the Guild Master not being able to participate, only members of the guild being able to participate, each event being a secret until the competition, and the rule that all members must be in their sleeping quarters at 12:00. Lucy, Natsu and Happy then run off to explore Crocus. Erza goes to their sleeping quarters, Honeybone Lodge, and inspects the place for anything suspicious. Juvia Lockser meets up with Gray and asks him if he wants to go eat alone with her. Gray surprisingly says yes, but Lyon Bastia interrupts them and tries to take Juvia away. Gray and Lyon begin arguing, and Lyon forcefully makes a bet with Gray that if Fairy Tail loses the tournament, Juvia has to join Lamia Scale, but if Lamia Scale loses, Lyon will give Juvia back. Wendy and Carla visit the King of Fiore's Castle, Mercurius. While they talk, a mysterious devil-like creature looks down on them from the balcony, smiling. Natsu, Lucy and Happy notice a fight going on in the middle of a street and they realize it's the two Dragon Slayers from Sabertooth, Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney. The two Dragon Slayers recognize Natsu, while Frosch and Lector surprise Happy by being Exceed. The two Exceed team up and start verbally bullying Happy. Rogue and Sting make fun of Natsu, saying that he's the Dragon Slayer that couldn't actually defeat a dragon. The Sabertooth Mages brag that they probably could've defeated Acnologia, though Lucy says that they've never seen him and don't know it's strength. They brush the comment off and say that they're a different type of Dragon Slayer. Lector explains about First and Second Generation Dragon Slayers, then announces that the Sabertooth Dragon Slayers are Third Generation, meaning they have lacrima, and were taught by dragons. Natsu asks if their Dragons disappeared in X777 also, but they say no, and reveal that in order to be True Dragon Slayers, they killed their dragon parents. Elsewhere, Erza sits alone in Honeybone Lodge, angry the rest of the group is late. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 26, 2012 Chapter 13 : Sky Labyrinth Erza yells at Natsu, Gray and Lucy for being late. Natsu can only think about his encounter with Rogue Cheney and Sting Eucliffe, and remembers their words that if the main event is a battle they will show Natsu the true power of a Dragon Slayer. Erza then asks where Wendy and Carla are. Everybody starts worrying about Wendy and what she might be doing. Elfman and Lisanna then show up, having returned from their training in the mountains. The clock finally hits midnight. The announcer for the tournament, which is a giant pumpkin-man, greets all the guilds as he floats above the city. He declares the Preliminary Event will begin to reduce to total number of teams down from one-hundred thirteen to eight. Lucy right away takes note that there is no way one-hundred thirteen guilds are in Fiore. Erza also questions the setup of the tournament, and questions if the ones they should be looking for are the event organizers themselves. The whole city then starts changing as the announcer says the goal of the task, which is to reach Domus Flau, and the first eight who do, will move on. The whole city then changes into a huge ball that floats in the sky. The announcer says the "Sky Labyrinth" event has begun. Erza quickly points out though that they only have four participating members currently, as Wendy is missing. Elfman volunteers to temporarily fill in, and grabs Team Natsu. As they run into the labyrinth, Erza calls out to Lisanna to search for Wendy, but not to get into any trouble. Once inside, Lucy summons Pyxis to point them east, the direction where Domus Flau should be to them. After doing so, they continue on. Eventually they encounter Teebo and other members of Twilight Ogre. They charge at the Fairy Tail Mages wanting revenge, but are quickly defeated. The labyrinth then starts spinning. Lucy and Natsu almost fall, but are rescued by Elfman. Gray then finds a partial map that Twilight Ogre had made of the labyrinth. The team then figures if they steal other teams maps then they can piece together the maze. After defeating several guilds Fairy Tail successfully reaches the end, where the announcer congratulates them. Lucy asks if they were first place, but to the Mages surprise, the announcer tells them they barley managed to get eighth. Elsewhere in the city, Lisanna and Happy find Wendy's bag laying in the streets. 1 dusk reacted to this
Hazimie 1,595 Posted May 30, 2012 Chapter 14 : New Guild The Grand Magical Tournament begins at long last with great celebration and fanfare as the massive crowd cheers for the Mages. In their preparation room, Team Natsu and Elfman are contemplating their uniforms, the latter realizing that Wendy's clothes will not fit him, with Natsu commenting that they're actually perfect for him and that Elfman has buffed up recently. In the infirmary, Wendy and Carla lay in their beds, with Porlyusica, who has apparently come to cheer for Fairy Tail, stating that their current state is due to a large loss of Magical Energy. All Wendy is able to recall is a black creature. She tearfully apologizes for what has happened and asks Elfman to go in her place. Porlyusica states that the tournament goes on for five days and that she can get her healed within that time. Outside, former member of the council Shitou Yajima has joined Chapati Lola as commentator of the games. As the preliminary eighth place winners, Fairy Tail, arrive at the arena, they are booed by the crowd for their past poor performances during the time the Tenrou team was missing. However, the master and the remaining members of the guild are there and cheer for the guild as a surprising guest arrives. Mavis Vermilion joins in the cheering for Fairy Tail stating that she was bored on the island and that only those with the Fairy Tail crest can see her. The seventh place team, Quatro Cerberus, arrive on the field followed shortly by the all-female guild; sixth place Mermaid Heel. Fifth place in the preliminaries was taken by Blue Pegasus' Trimens and one new member in a bunny suit. Fourth place in the preliminaries was taken by Lamia Scale, their guild master angry for their seeming inability to place higher. Among the team members is Sherry's cousin, Chelia. Lyon reminds Gray about their bet regarding Juvia, though Gray angrily claims that no bet was made but also that Fairy Tail will not lose regardless. The next team is the surprisingly newly legitimate guild; preliminary third place Raven Tail, shocking Makarov who believed that they were still a Dark Guild, though this is clarified that they are now recognized as a official guild. Master Iwan nevertheless states to his father that he has been waiting for such an opportunity. It is revealed that the creature which attacked Wendy and Carla was sent by Raven Tail as well, angering the Fairy Tail team. Two more guilds are set to arrive, only one of them being Sabertooth and the other being an unknown guild. Erza wonders if they have anything to do with the dark energy Jellal mentioned. 1 dusk reacted to this

Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 1, 2012 (edited) Chapter 15 : The B-Team As the first six teams who passed the preliminaries of the Grand Magic Games were revealed, two more had yet to appear. First, is the second place team: The Fairy Tail 'B' team consisting of Laxus, Mirajane, Gajeel, Juvia and seemingly a mysterious individual from the past. The other Fairy Tail members are shocked as they believed they should've been the only Fairy Tail wizards present. After everyone expresses shock about the fact that two teams from the same guild arrived, it is explain that each guild can send more than one team, which Lucy says accounts for the large number of teams in the preliminaries. Natsu angrily states that even if they're from the same guild, he won't hold back it they have to fight, which Gajeel agrees to. It is soon revealed who the mysterious individual really is, as Erza asks him how he came, with the reply that the master allowed him to come and that he and the real Mystogan are kind of similar. Though Mavis realizes that he isn't actually a member of the guild, she allows it since his soul is similar to that of Fairy Tail wizards and Makarov tells her that he is quite strong, having once been among the Ten Wizard Saints. While Iwan looks on from above at Gajeel, Erza and Jellal discuss the mysterious source of magic. Although Raven Tail has been acting odd, they don't seem to be the source as the magic has existed previously while Raven Tail is making their debut this year. Soon after, the first place team of the preliminaries, Sabretooth, arrives. Sting and Natsu immediately share words while Rogue and Gajeel notice one another as well. The programs of the tournament are announced, with the first round being 'hidden' and followed by a battle. As per the rules, the first place team in a game will earn 10 points following a 2 point deduction for every additionally lower spot. Each team may choose one member to compete but in the battles, the sponsor will have a right to choose by various factors like fan votes. In battles, the losing team earns 0 points with the winner earns 10 and 5 each in case of a draw. The first game is announced to start and each team must choose one member to participate; from Mermaid Heels, Beth is selected while Yaeger represents Quatro Cerberus. Nullpuding from Raven Tail goes while Blue Pegasus sends Eve. From Sabertooth, Rufus offers to go while Lyon chooses to represent Lamia Scale, causing Gray to step up for Fairy Tail's 'A' team and subsequently Juvia for the Fairy Tail 'B' team, with Gajeel telling her he won't forgive her if she intentionally loses. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 2, 2012 (edited) Chapter 16 : Vanish Into the StillnessAs the Grand Magic Games finally begin, Meredy and Ultear are looking down on the arena from above. Meredy knows that even though they warned Fairy Tail about the mysterious Magic, Jellal went to the games anyway, making their meeting with Fairy Tail useless. Ultear disagrees, saying that, for Erza and Jellal, it was anything but.Mavis decides to explain the rules stating that each guild (team) must send out five members to compete, but that based on what Porlyusica said, there is the possibility of substitutions. Of the eight teams that went to the finals, two are from Fairy Tail. With this, she ends the discussion, to the surprise of other guild members. Though, she later explains the points system and explains that since the tournament goes for five days, the team with the highest end total wins.Gray steps up as the eight representatives are called out, with his teammates telling him not to lose to Sabertooth, Raven Tail or the Fairy Tail 'B' team. When asked, Shitou Yajima states that his favorite for the game is Rufus of Sabertooth, but that he also likes Gray. Jenny states that she supports her guild member, Eve. Juvia tells Gray that she does not plan to lose to him with Gray returning the statement. Lyon states that he will do anything...for Juvia. Nullpuding of Raven Tail states that with two members, the Fairy Tail Guild has an advantage, to which the Pumpkin Man says that it is a rarity for such a thing to happen. Rufus states that such a thing could even prove disadvantageous and that he is not worried, with Quatro Cerberus and Mermaid Heels agreeing.Soon, the field opens and separates all the contestants in a large field resembling a large city. The rules are that each member must find their opponents and hit them but nobody knows where the others are. Whoever launches an attack first gains one point and the one who is hit loses one point, thus the game becomes 'hide and seek'. To make matters harder, numerous clones of each contestant will walk around the city to confuse everyone. Attacking a clone will result in a one point deduction. The game starts immediately after.Juvia quickly loses one point due to her actions against a clone of Gray being seen as an 'attack', angering her teammates who realize she is likely disadvantaged at the game. As Gray walks down the street, he hears a sound and turns to see Nullpuding of Raven Tail, who he immediately attacks. Unfortunately another Nullpuding shows up and states that it was a clone and Gray loses one point. Gray realizes that Nullpuding used his clone to confuse Gray and realizes a use for them as decoys.Later as he walks down the road, his name is called out, distracting him and leaving him open to be attacked by the real Nullpuding, giving Fairy Tail's 'A' team a score of -2 and Raven Tail a score of +1. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 3, 2012 Chapter 17 : In a Night of Falling Stars As the game continues, Raven Tail leads with +1 while Fairy Tail's 'A' team is in last place with -2, while the 'B' team has -1, with only twenty-seven minutes remaining in the game. In the commentator's box, Shitou Yajima suggests that one of several methods for finding one's opponents is sensing their Magical Energy, while Jenny suggests that her guild mate, Eve, will find a more creative way. Meanwhile, it seems that Raven Tail only wants to attack Fairy Tail as Nullpuding repeatedly goes after Gray. While Lucy looks on at the game and at the Raven Tail members on the side, the female mage of the guild, Flare Corona, looks back, seemingly calling her out until her guild mate tells her to stop. Makarov also laments on how Iwan's guild is purposely going after only Gray and Happy tries to encourage him. As Gray walks the streets, he narrowly dodges an attack from Beth, who is then attacked by Yaeger of Quatro Cerberus, who is then subsequently attacked by Lyon. As Lyon prepares to attack Gray, Juvia jumps down from above and kicks Lyon (who was distracted by the sight of her underwear) in the head. She states that she promised the master that she would not lose. As part of agreeing to be Fairy Tail's B team, the members of the winning team are allowed to make the members of the losing team do whatever they want for a day, shocking Gray, who heard of no such rule that the master applied to their team. Natsu and the rest of the team agree to the terms as they also have an idea of what to do if they win. However, Nullpuding shows up again and attacks both Gray and Juvia. Suddenly, snow starts falling and Jenny and the rest of Blue Pegasus figures out that it's Eve's doing. His plan is that, since the real Mages will shiver in the cold, he will identify them through their breath which will become visible due to cold temperatures. Using this idea, he lands hits on Mermaid Heel, Quatro Cerberus and Raven Tail. However, Lyon soon finds him and they begin a fight as the rest of the Mages battle one another elsewhere. However, Rufus of Sabertooth hasn't moved at all. He hasn't attacked anyone, nor has he been found. He claims that the game is too easy for him and states that he remembers exactly where everyone is and has been as he unleashes his Memory-Make Magic, shocking others, who realize he is using Creation Magic. Using this spell, he lands a direct hit on every Wizard in the game other than Nultping, who barely dodges and jumps to attack. However, he attacks a "memory" of Rufus as the real one attacks him, sending him back down. Everyone expresses amazement at his Magical skill. Soon, the game ends with Sabertooth in the lead, followed by Raven Tail, Lamia Scale, Blue Pegasus, Mermaid Heel, Quatro Cerberus, Fairy Tail 'B' and Fairy Tail 'A' in last place. The audience ridicules the guild for their poor performance, angering Natsu who has to be calmed down by Erza and Elfman and told not to do anything. Gray apologizes for his performance, but Lucy says it's only the first round. He walks off in disappointment, swearing to get back at Raven Tail and Sabertooth. Next up are the battle segments and all teams are scheduled to fight one another as a Mage is called up from each guild. First up is Lucy from Fairy Tail's 'A' team and Flare from Raven Tail. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 4, 2012 Chapter 18 : Lucy vs Flare The first fight of the first day of the tournament is about to begin and it's Team Fairy Tail A Lucy vs. Team Raven Tail Flare. Although in last place, Lucy gains the chance to earn 10 points, and tie with Team Sabertooth. Before the battle begins, Lucy expresses her anger with Raven Tail for attacking Wendy and only going after Gray in the last match and so she resolves to win her battle. In the stands, Mavis wonders what Raven Tail's objective is, with Makarov stating that it's to embarrass Fairy Tail, but Mavis feels that's too simple a goal for them. The battle then between Lucy and Flare lasts for 30 minutes and if anyone is knocked out within that time, they lose. Lucy begins by summoning Taurus to attack Flare. As Flare dodges Taurus' axe, Lucy summons Scorpio, who activates his Sand Buster. Flare controls her hair and tries to use it to block the attack but Taurus uses a suction ability to control the sand and attack Flare with Sandstorm Axe Aldebaran, while everyone comments on Lucy's improved skill. As Flare is pushed back, amazed at how the blondie is attacking her, she uses her Hair Shower - Wolf Fang, causing her hair to take the form of a wolf. However, Lucy summons Cancer, who promptly cuts the hair and renders the attack useless. Angered, Flare directs her hair underground and it comes back up near Lucy, grabbing her legs and immobilizing her before Flare knocks her to the ground. She states that she can control her hair as she wishes, slamming Lucy down. Lucy responds by using her Fleuve D'Etoiles to free herself while Flare tries to hit her again, sending both girls flying away from one another. Lucy notices that her boots are ruined and assumes it must be from when she was grabbed. Flare is shocked that her hair has sustained this level of damage. She sends her hair underground once again and Lucy looks around while Flare points to where the rest of the Fairy Tail Guild is, watching in the stands. Lucy sees Flare's hair rise up behind Asuka, but before she can say anything she is quickly silenced and thrown to the ground, with Flare telling her that if she disobeys and says anything, something bad may happen. Up in the stands, the Knight Squadron Chief Arcadios is commenting on the battle and that the "matured fruit" is ripening, such that it may be completed this year. He tells his Lord Zeref that he should just sit back and wait.
Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 6, 2012 Chapter 19 : The Noble Loser With Asuka as her hostage, Flare forces Lucy to not use Magic, move or say anything at all or else something unfortunate might happen. Lucy reacts angrily at her cowardice for taking a hostage but is quickly tossed around by her hair, causing the entire audience to wonder how the tables had turned so fast, since both participants were even a few moments ago. Remembering the pain inflicted on Wendy and the humiliation Gray endured, Lucy attempts to give up the fight by surrendering, but is silenced by Flare, who states she will not allow her to do so and continues to hurt her. She raises Lucy into the air and decides to place the mark of Raven Tail over her Fairy Tail mark, despite Lucy's attempts to stop her. Elsewhere, Natsu has disappeared as Erza and Elfman wonder where he has gone. Natsu runs through the crowd, noting his sense of hearing and that something was definitely off. Near the Fairy Tail crowd, he finds Flare's hair and snaps it, saving Asuka and allowing Lucy to fight back against her opponent by calling out Gemini. Gemini transforms into Lucy to activate a Magic that they had practiced together. Gemini's transformation skills catch everyone's attention, with Levy noting that it can only transform into someone with similar magic power to itself. The Celestial Spirit Mage and her spirit then pool their energies together to form a spell that Hibiki of Blue Pegasus recognizes instantly: Urano Metria! However, before it is cast, the power dissipates, leaving Lucy extremely weakened. Flare realizes that her teammate helped her out from the sidelines, as does Mavis, who notes that such a thing is against the rules. When Lucy collapses, Flare is declared the victor as the rest of Fairy Tail shows the shocked and angry looks on their faces at being cheated. Flare enjoys her victory and the crowd makes fun of Fairy Tail once again. As Lucy is on the ground, sad at her disappointment, Natsu shows up and tells her to save the tears for their victory, as he offers her a hand.
Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 7, 2012 Chapter 20 : Orga of the Black Lightning With Team Fairy Tail A having lost their first battle to Raven Tail, the rest of the matches are set to begin. Natsu returns from checking up on Lucy, who claims she's feeling better and decided to have a shower. Erza reminds Natsu that the other teams in the tournament are currently fighting their battles, which he forgot about, and makes him stick around to watch. Below, Ren Akatsuki from Blue Pegasus is battling Arania Web from Mermaid Heel. From the announcers' booth, Ren's guild mate Jenny Realight cheers for him. Ren compliments Arania, stating that her skills had improved since last year while Arania wonders if a man from Blue Pegasus could really bring himself to hurt a girl. With a distraction from the cheering, Arania manages to attack Ren with her Web Magic. Sherry from Lamia Scale also cheers for Ren, earning a scolding from her guild master who states she shouldn't cheer for someone from another team. Though another guild member states it should be okay since the two are engaged. Ren states that they aren't engaged but merely resigned to be together, stating that he's not at his best when she's not around. With this, he manages to unleash Aerial Phose and defeat Arania, winning 10 points for the Blue Pegasus Team. The third battle is then decided to be between War Cry of Quatro Cerberus vs. Orga Nanagear of Sabertooth. Although Orga seems to be favored more by the crowd, the members of Quatro Cerberus encourage their guild mate, saying the his soul will forever be wild. The gong is then struck, signalling the start of the battle. War Cry immediately unleashes his Tear Magic. However, before the full effects of the Magic can be used, War Cry is defeated by a single Lightning Magic attack from Orga, giving the latter 10 points and thus putting Sabertooth in the lead. Sting scolds Orga for not making the fight entertaining and Orga, getting the wrong idea, starts to sing about his guild. Seeing the one hit win of the Sabertooth member, the members of Team Fairy Tail A are dumbfounded while their watching guild mates admit that the power and popularity of Sabertooth are truly amazing. The fourth battle is then announced to be Mystogan of Fairy Tail B vs. Jura Neekis of Lamia Scale. The two Wizard Saint Level Mages then meet at the stadium, each promising to win for their guild. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 8, 2012 Chapter 21 : Bad Omen Jellal Fernandes, disguised as former Fairy Tail Mage Mystogan, and Jura Neekis of Lamia Scale are selected to represent their teams in the final battle round of the Grand Magic Games' first day. The crowd cheers wildly for Jura, showing his high level of popularity. Makarov notices that Mavis seems tense, but tells her that Jellal was one of the Ten Wizard Saints just like Jura and so their skills should be evenly matched. However, Mavis points out that she needs to use the restroom, surprising everyone since she's a spirit. The battle begins with Jura using his Earth Magic, but Jellal is able to dodge it and set up Sacred Song around Jura. Jura comes out unharmed and sends an attack at Jellal. He reflects it, though Jura does the same, hitting his opponent. Jellal starts using his true Magic, utilizing the spell Meteor, which Jura takes a notice to. With this speed, Jellal hits Jura, and sets up Grand Chariot as well. Jura defends with Rock Mountain. Jura finally catches on and understands that he is actually fighting Jellal in disguise, though he keeps it to himself. Being pushed this far, Jellal disregards his disguise, and begins to use Star Destruction, which will immediately expose him. Ultear and Meredy, watching from afar, stop him by using Meredy's Sensory Link. Ultear force-feeds Meredy hot peppers and tickles her, which Jellal feels on the arena, making him fall down. Jura gets the victory, and Fairy Tail loses. The crowd boos Fairy Tail again, and Jura is confused about his victory, though his guildmaster is still happy. Mostly all of Fairy Tail is discouraged, especially Mavis. Meanwhile, Carla wakes up after having being knocked out, and has a terrible premonition. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 9, 2012 Chapter 22 : The Drunk Falcon After their humiliating defeat, the members of Fairy Tail regroup, but are still hopeful that they will be able to make a comeback and start partying. During the party, numerous members become aware that Lucy and Gray are not present. Concerned, Juvia forms a scenario in her head with Lucy seducing Gray. However, this proves to be false as the two appear behind her. With the two present and Wendy and Carla unable to go due to their injuries, Makarov faces his guild members and encourages them, telling them that they are the guild that doesn't know the meaning of giving up. The party then commences, causing the bystanders outside to comment that they're noisy even though they lost. Elsewhere, in the castle of Mercurius, Arcadios is having a talk with the king, asking him if he has any request concerning the second day fights. The king tells him that he wants to see Sting and Rogue fight, but thinks that they should leave the best for last. He then tells Arcadios to have Bacchus battle someone from Fairy Tail. The king then dismisses Arcadios who quietly leaves, saying to himself that soon something will be complete. Meanwhile, Natsu and Gajeel are trying to pick a fight with their guild mates while Laxus discourages them. At the same time, Cana is approached by a man who challenges her to a drinking contest, despite Macao and Wakaba's warnings. However, the man proves himself to be capable of defeating Cana in the contest, making it her first loss. The man then turns to leave, taking Cana's bra as a prize. Macao and Wakaba try to stop him from disgracing their guild mate, but the man easily and effortlessly dodges their attack and smacks them in the heads. Erza then arrives and realizes that the guy is Bacchus, the Quatro Cerberus S-Class Mage. Bacchus then leaves after telling them that he will be replacing War Cry as one of his guild's representatives. As Bacchus leaves, Erza tells her team mates that they had fought multiple times in the past and no one has yet won, surprising them. Meanwhile, Carla is explaining her vision to Porlyusica. According to her, she saw fragments, which includes a white knight, a Magic array, and Mercurius being destroyed, with Lucy singing something inside the city. Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 12, 2012 Chapter 23 : Chariot The second day of the Grand Magic Games officially begins and the participants are to race on top of interconnected chariots while avoiding being thrown off. In the lead is Kurohebi of Team Raven Tail followed by Ichiya of Team Blue Pegasus, Yuka of Team Lamia Scale, Risley of Team Mermaid Heel and Bacchus of Team Quatro Cerberus. Natsu of Team Fairy Tail A, Gajeel of Team Fairy Tail B and Sting of Team Sabertooth are all lagging behind due to their cases of motion sickness, much to the watching crowd's surprise and amusement. In order to take the lead, Yuka proceeds to use Wave Boost to increase his speed and attack Ichiya and Risley behind him. Risley easily dodges the attack by using her Gravity Change while Ichiya uses his Perfume Magic to boost his speed as well. Seeing his opponents doing their best, Bacchus unleashes his strength and destroys a chariot, causing the other racers to lose their balance and giving him the chance to win the game, earning his team 10 points. He is then followed by Kurohebi, Risley, Yuka and Ichiya. Meanwhile, the three Dragon Slayers are still lagging behind and the crowd begins to laugh at them. Natsu and Gajeel, however, are determined to finish the race for their guild and continue while Sting gives up and asks them the reason why they joined the tournament. Natsu replies that he did it for the members of his guild who waited for him and his friends for the past seven years and who had selflessly defended the guild against the naysayers around them. Hearing Natsu's words, the guild members begin to cry just as Natsu and Gajeel reach the goal, winning two points and one point for their teams. With the race finished, Sting leaves the field and is angered by the reason that Natsu has given him.
Hazimie 1,595 Posted June 20, 2012 Chapter 24 : Socks Lucy visits Natsu and Wendy, who are recovering under Porlyusica's care. Lucy inquires about Natsu health and Porlyusica informs her that he should recover quickly, as he merely has transportation sickness. Lucy leaves afterwards, leaving Carla and Porlyusica alone. Porlyusica is curious to know why Carla did not inform Lucy about her premonition. Carla replies, saying that she doubts her own vision and that it had to just be a dream. Lucy later arrives back at Domus Flau just as Kurohebi and Toby prepare to fight. Before the match begins, Lucy looks over at Team Raven Tail and notices that Flare is is covered in bruises, even though she has not partaken in any event yet. The masked man of Team Raven Tail warns Flare not to disgrace their guild again, and threatens to beat her some more. The match begins with Toby using his Paralysis Powder: Mega Jellyfish, but Kurohebi disappears before Toby's eyes. He then uses Sand Rebellion, a Sand Magic spell. Jura realizes the opponent uses Mimicry, which allows him to copy other people's Magic. Mavis takes note as this as well, praising it as a rather rare Magic. As the two fight they make a deal that if Toby wins he gets to find out Kurohebi's real name, and if he loses Toby will tell Kurohebi his "super secret". After agreeing, Toby gazes into his opponents eye, and almost immediately after he is defeated. The Team Fairy Tail A members are all impressed, noting how Kurohebi used no cowardly tactics, and wasn't even trying his hardest. Defeated, Toby reveals his secret of not being able to find one of his socks, having been searching for it for months. Kurohebi points to Toby's neck, where the sock has been hanging the whole time. Toby, relieved, thanks him and Kurohebi then holds out his hand. Everyone -thinking he is showing good sportsmanship- is then surprised when he rips the sock off Toby's neck and tears it to shreds before his eyes. Kurohebi then walks off laughing, while Team Raven Tail laughs at Toby. Preparations for the next match soon begin. Bacchus is called to the arena, as well as somebody from Team Fairy Tail A. Just as the announcement is being made, the King of Fiore appears, telling Arcadios that he is looking forward to Erza fighting Bacchus. This catches Arcadios off guard, as he has arranged for Elfman to fight Bacchus, having accidentally misinterpreted the King's earlier battle request. As Elfman walks onto the field, Bacchus asks to wager with him; if he wins he gets to spend a night alone with both of Elfman's sisters. Elfman, greatly angered by this comment, declares he will tear Bacchus apart. Meanwhile, Natsu wakes up in the room all alone, and notices the smell of somebody he doesn't know nearby.
