This is a direct continuation of my previous RP, called "Charmed Again" if you are confused about any references, which I will do my best to explain, this is the link to the previos rp:

In 2012, the world is filled with many magical creatures, like Witches (both male and female), Demons, werewolves, vampires etc. The King family, whose original name were the Haliwells, now have three siblings, who are called "The charmed ones." their collective power is greater than no other, that is when they aren't fighting like regular siblings do. After working together and using a spell and potion to vanquish a demon named Xiev who murdered their grandmother, their bond has been reunited, thus enacting them as the charmed ones. While trying their best to live normal lives, they are always plagued with misilaneous creatures and demons, trying to either destroy the charmed ones, turning them evil, binding their powers by turning them against each other (You know, the usual) Will they live their lives comfortably, or will their downfall come swiftly and quickly?

 

Rules:

•Regular RP rules. Controlling other peoples characters are allowed, with their permission

•cussing is allowed

•Try to stay committed to the rp as long as possible. If you're planning on leaving, please kill off your character or have them leave or something

•To show that you've read the rules, post your favorite movie at the bottom of your sign up sheets

 

I already have a character that's one of the charmed ones and if the person who played the other two siblings (rikunobodyxiii) still wants to do ONE of them, he automatically gets that part and there will be one more sibling character available. However, if he's not up for that, then there are two sibling positions. And not to mention, you can be other things, like other good witches, evil witches, demons etc. theses are only a few descriptions:

 

Good witches/Charmed ones: these are witches who use their powers for good. They don't usually use their magic for personal gain, as the magic usually has a way of backfiring. Their powers consist of spellcasting (spells that rhyme usually), potion making, scrying (the power to find the location of someone/something using a crystal, map, and a personal belonging of that person/thing) which they use to vanquish evil and help people out, although some would rather renounce their powers and avoid magic altogether. Witches also hae a unique power (telekinesis, teleporting, etc.)

 

Evil witches: basically the opposite of good witches, their usual goal is to bring chaos to the world, or fufill their own personal desires. 

 

Book of shadows: Most families of witches, good or evil, have a family made book called the book of shadows, which contains pre-recorded spells, potion recipes, creature information/vanquishing information. The book of shadows are protected from the opposite alignment (evil book of shadows magically protected from good, and good books repelled from evil beings) and unless willingly destroyed by a family member of the owners of that book of shadows, virtually indestructible

 

Whitelighter: Guardians of good witches and future whitelighters, they help in anyway they can to guide their charges in the right direction. Their powers are Orbing (teleporting by means of turning their atoms into weightless balls of light) and healing, as well as the ability to speak the language of their charge.

 

Darklighters: they do the complete opposite of whitelighters, guiding evil witches and are bounty hunters killing whitelighters with the only weapon that can, a crossbow with an arrow tipped with a special poison. They also orb (with dark light)

 

Demons: set up by classes, demons can range from weak and feeble to strong and intimidating, varying in shape and size. They all have different varying powers, and have an organized order in the underworld, although most have their own intentions and desires.

 

Because I've listed a lot, I don't expect you to read all of the character descriptions, but do read the ones your interested in.

Powers: other than basic witch powers, he has molecular immobilization and a recently discovered power molecular combustion 

Alignment: good

Appearance:

Bio: Recently finding out he's a witch, and a charmed one at that, not to mention coping with his guardian's death who was his grandmother, he is desperately trying to adjust. He occasionally practices his magic, which he still needs to work out the kinks, and when an evil creature becomes a problem, works together with his two siblings to vanquish it. He is also desperately trying to find out what his mother's whereabouts are. He likes to use his families previous last name, Haliwell, more than the recent last name King. He occasionally gets into fights with his siblings, although being the youngest of the three, usually loses them.

(I couldn't resist using lines from a movie in this post, see if you guy's can guess which one.)

 

Zen was struck by both the potion, and the arrows, but it seemed that only the arrows affected him. "Do you really think that a simple banishing potion will work on all deamons, the only way to defeat a deamon like me, is to eliminate them, permanently." said Zen.

 

Volt was a little shocked that the potion didn't worked, but soon got an idea to stall Zen. Volt ran off and grabbed an old prison guard uniform. he then walked up behind Zen. "Sir, urgent news from the underworld." said Volt. Zen looked at Volt, confused, as Volt made sure Zen wouldn't recognize him. "What's the matter, never seen in black and blue before?" asked Volt.

 

"Who are you?" asked Zen, giving Volt the stink eye.

 

"Excuse me, i think the question is 'Who are you?', WE'RE IN A WAR MAN, there's no time for stupid questions, i should have your horn for that, snatch it right off you're head, and i'm feeling gracious today to, carry on before i report you." said Volt as he walked off. when he said 'We're in a war man', he whacked Zen in the back of the head.

 

"Lucky for you losers i gotta run, so long." said Zen as he left for the underworld.

Sean was stunned. Was a potion and a power of three spell really insufficient to vanquish this demon? Or maybe someone wasn't concentrating enough on the spell. It was most likely him, all he could think about was getting back his mom.

He turned to his siblings. "I'm sorry guys, my bad. I guess I'm not focused enough for a power of three spell right now... How about we get mom? Then I promise I'll be in 'Charmed' condition in no time!" He said, hopefully convincing them to help.

 

Grace heard the familiar ringing coming from the elders.

"Uh oh, I don't think the elders are happy right now..."

Volt came outside again, back in his hooded cape. "Hey Whitelighter, whatever your name is, i was wondering if i could accompany on your journey, you'll need my intel if you're going to defeat those deamons that were sealed away, that, and i want to redeem myself for my past deeds, is there a way i could do that?" asked Volt.

Grace grunted "This whitelighter has a name and it's Grace. And it's usually forbidden for anyone non-whitelighter or elder to go up there," She pointed up. "let alone a demon. Even if you were to go there, they'd have to erase your memory of your time up there, are you ok with that?"

"As long as it's only the memory of there, because you're gonna need my knowledge of the other demons, if they escape." said Volt. "These elders, maybe they'll have seen my change of heart during the last war against those sealed demons......let's go."

Grace nodded. "This is gonna be interesting..." She turned to the Kings almost forgetting that they were on Alcatraz. "Oh, here I'll orb you guys home before I go up there with Volt, you guys might as well get started on finding your mother, I think you've waited long enough."

"I'll grab a sandwich, then I'll be ready." Verge said.

"I am ready to search." Susan said.

"Looks like I'll be goin' with ya." Maradon said, walking over to the group.

The rest of the Maharon's disappeared.

"Once we are in the Underworld, it'll just be me, though. Maharon's can't tunnel into that place."

Verge stood up and took in a breath.

"Hey." He called to get Volt's attention. "Thanks for the assist, man."

Grace looked at all the people she would have to orb, and realized she'd be wasting time Orbing the old fashion way of touch.

"Ok, I'm about 200 years old, but I'm still a new whitelighter. I haven't tried this before, but we are gonna waste time doing this like I usually do, so I'm gonna try and orb you guys to your house without me going there myself."

She cracked her knuckles and looked at them. "If you guys appear in the air, try to fall on your butt. I'll try not to orb you into a wall either."

Before anyone could object, she waved her hand and Maradon, Sean Susan and Verge all orbed clumsily away.

She looked to Volt. "Alright, our turn." She grabbed volts arm, and orbed with him up to where the elder's awaited.

(Btw I made their mom's character sheet, can't wait to use it I tried to find a picture based on Susan's look and other previous comments I made about her earlier)

"Hey." He called to get Volt's attention. "Thanks for the assist, man."

 

"No problem." said Volt as he saw everyone get orbed away. He then felt himself get orbed with Graces help. "This is gonna take some getting used to." said Volt.

 

'Master' and Dread were in another part of the underworld, trying to figure out the source of the quakes that were happening. "Sire, only one thing troubles me, every time a quake happens, a new demon appears." said Dread.

 

"I know, i fear it is happening again, regardless, i must help the elders keep balance, or it will be chaos." said 'Master'.

Susan and Maradon were a bit queasy through the orb trip, though Verge found it fascinating.

"I wonder how I could replicate this in a spell." He though during the trip. "No more need for cars for us."

Then, all of a sudden, the trip ended and the Kings fell on their butts in the middle of their living room.

"Thank goodness." Maradon grunted as she got up.

Susan stayed on the ground.

"I'll be fine in a minute." She said with a wave of a hand.

Verge practically jumped up.

"So, what's the game plan?" he asked.

Sean had appeared a few feet in the air and fell on his stomach. However he quickly brushed himself off and looked at Verge.

"I think I saw a spell to take us to the Underworld in the Book of Shadows, if not Verge can write one. Trust me, I've done enough spellcasting for one day. After we get that, all we need is something of the Underworld, which we'll get once we're down there, and something of mom's. Anyone have any ideas for that?"

 

Grace and Volt appeared a large white room in front of the Council of Elders, where some of them seemed very furious.

One of them stood up. "What is a demon doing here!?"

Grace replied, "He's with me don't worry, as far as I know he won't cause any harm."

One of the older Elders stood up in Volt's defense.

"Yes, I believe I recognize him," He looked to the other Elders who weren't so friendly, and laughed.

"Oh give him a chance, I hardly think he could over power all of the Elders here." he looked to Volt. "What do you wish to bring to our attention?"

Volt respectfully bowed to the elders. "As you've probably heard, do to Dragor's sudden appearance just yesterday, i fear the seal you created has been destroyed, that incantation Dragor used must've released his energy and allowed it to destroy that seal......i also fear that they have grown strong enough to be resilient to any banishing potion you can conjure, as Zen was not defeat by said potion." said Volt. Volt then looked up at the elders, and you could see the truth in his eyes at this point. "Centuries ago, i changed sides to help defend the balance, and almost lost my own life in helping you imprison many of those demons....i ask that you give me a chance to undo what i've done in the past, by helping you defeat these demons for good." said Volt.

The Elders looked at each other.

One spoke up. "A regular potion may not work on them, but that's what the Charmed Ones are for. The Prophecy of the Haliwell's ultimate magic is supposed to insure things like this are covered! Just tell them to do a power of three spell, and that should take care of it."

Grace interrupted. "They are all off-kiltered right now. Until they settle their individual problems, the power of three won't work, you have to expect that from young witches, especially siblings."

"Good witches aren't supposed to use their magic for personal gain!" An Elder yelled. "Their magic will backfire, they can't abuse their power like that!"

Grace spoke again. "With all the demons and issues that have come into their lives, let alone all the missions you send them out on, I think using their magic to find their mother is justifiable."

The friendly Elder that had let Volt speak nodded. "I guess we'll see how the 'powers that be' determine if they can or not." He looked at Volt. "However, until they settle their problems, it would be wise if you were to help us, at least until they are back in tip top shape."

Once again, Volt bowed to the Elders. "I thank you for this chance, I promise, i will not fail, i will do what i can to stop Zen and the others." said Volt. Volt knew that the Elders have been around for a while, but doubted they remembered he also lost his brother, who changed sides with him, at the hands of Zen.

Grace sighed an grabbed Volt. "Alright, let's get out of here before they changed there mind."

Before she orbed however, the Elder that was friendly to Volt came up to him.

"I'm sorry, but we do have to erase your memory of being here, regulations and all that." He waved his hand in front of Volt's face, and then Grace orbed to away to her hideout in San Fransisco.

"Great, now I gotta tell you all over again what happened."

(I'm gonna put the name of a character i'm gonna create after Zen is defeated)

 

"Hmm, what, what happened?" asked Volt. "Last thing i remember is a large white light, then i'm here....you guys are confusing, ya know that, i had an easier time understanding Croak, and that guy was a dimwit." said Volt.

"They basically said you can help with getting these demons until the Haliwell's can fight demons again." Grace sat down, a bit tired after everything that happened, and the sun slowly starting to set. "I would go to the Haliwell's house to watch over them, but I wanna give them their space, and I know they can take care of themselves. They're the Charmed Ones you know!" She said jokingly, laying on the couch. "They may have the strongest magic known to anyone when they put their powers together, but they are usually bickering with each other so much, they rarely even get close to their full potential. They're just kids after all, I hate how the Elders treat them, and I just wish demons would leave them alone too, no offense." She looked out the window where the sun was almost set. "I care about all my charges, but I've formed a pretty good bond with them, and in only a year too." After some silence, she looked to Volt. "Sorry, way off topic. What're you gonna do now?"

"I don't know, i've spent so much time wondering the earth, then i come back here, staying on that blasted Alcatraz, but i don't feel like going back there, a lot of bad memories." said Volt, he seemed to be staring off into the distance at the mention of bad memories.

 

'Master' and Dread had finished walking around and were back in the throne room. "It troubles me that we haven't found anyone who has escaped that seal yet." said 'Master'.

 

"Perhaps that is for the best sir." said Dread. 'At least until i can conquer the surface.' thought Dread.

Verge hoped up and ran up the stairs for the Book of Shadows and began flipping through it to find the right spell or learn if he needed to create the right spell.

Susan sat up and thought a moment.

"There is some old jewelry of mom's in the attic." She said, filling through what they still had of their mother's. "Maybe an old hair brush."

"Ash could do for the underworld." Verge shouted downstairs.

He had no idea what Sean and Susan were talking about, but he was sure that would be helpful.

"I'll go and get the Jewelry." Sean said. He went upstairs and opened the secret attic up by waving a hand in front of the wall. He opened the door and peered inside, where there was a dresser next to it with a jewelry box that seemed to be a little dusty. He opened up the box and saw that there were many jewels that belonged to their mother, all of them that we're given to her by their father. There were many to choose from, but there was one in particular that stuck out to Sean. It was a diamond necklace of a triquetra, or this:

It was the very same symbol that was on their Book of Shadows, which represented the Charmed One's. Had their mother known what they would become? It might of explained why Sean's powers were bound until a year ago, she might have been trying to save them from the Charmed life.

He grabbed the triquetra necklace and came back downstairs, holding the necklace to Susan.

"I think I found the perfect one." He said.

 

Grace sat up. "We have time, you don't have to worry about it for now."

"I just hope that overgrown fleabag Zen doesn't show up again, i hate that guy, well, i hate all those sealed demons but, you get the idea." said Volt. Volt then sat down and started sharpening his blades.

Susan looked at the necklace, smiled and shook her head.

"Yeah, I'd say that was pretty perfect." She said.

She got the scrying device and set it up on a table. Maradon held up a handful of ashes.

"Got the other part." She said.

Susan took the ashes and put them on the device.

"Go head and put the necklace on the thingy." She told Sean.

 

Verge found what he had been looking for. A spell to transport people to the Underworld.

"So far, so good." He thought.

He took the book with him and ran down stairs.

Sean looked at the necklace a little while longer and then set the necklace in the compartment of the device.

"Alright, now that that's settled, we have everything we need, except the spell." As he said that he glanced over at the stairs and saw Verge come down with some writing. "Yep, we're all set. You guys ready? Grace won't be able to hear us or find us even if she orbed into the uderworld herself, I read about it on a page about whitelighters in the book of shadows, we're gonna have to rely on ourselves to get us in and out safely. But we got this, right?"

"Hey Grace, i'll tell ya this now, to give you an advantage against Zen, i already told you about his ego, but that's not all, he's also overconfident.......he believes that nobody is crazy enough to attack him when his back is turned......will that info help?" asked Volt.

Grace smiled. "I guess anything will help at this point. I just hope we can get all these demons before its too late and innocents start dying. The Cleaners can't fix deaths, only make the deaths seem non-magical."
