This is a direct continuation of my previous RP, called "Charmed Again" if you are confused about any references, which I will do my best to explain, this is the link to the previos rp:

In 2012, the world is filled with many magical creatures, like Witches (both male and female), Demons, werewolves, vampires etc. The King family, whose original name were the Haliwells, now have three siblings, who are called "The charmed ones." their collective power is greater than no other, that is when they aren't fighting like regular siblings do. After working together and using a spell and potion to vanquish a demon named Xiev who murdered their grandmother, their bond has been reunited, thus enacting them as the charmed ones. While trying their best to live normal lives, they are always plagued with misilaneous creatures and demons, trying to either destroy the charmed ones, turning them evil, binding their powers by turning them against each other (You know, the usual) Will they live their lives comfortably, or will their downfall come swiftly and quickly?

 

Rules:

•Regular RP rules. Controlling other peoples characters are allowed, with their permission

•cussing is allowed

•Try to stay committed to the rp as long as possible. If you're planning on leaving, please kill off your character or have them leave or something

•To show that you've read the rules, post your favorite movie at the bottom of your sign up sheets

 

I already have a character that's one of the charmed ones and if the person who played the other two siblings (rikunobodyxiii) still wants to do ONE of them, he automatically gets that part and there will be one more sibling character available. However, if he's not up for that, then there are two sibling positions. And not to mention, you can be other things, like other good witches, evil witches, demons etc. theses are only a few descriptions:

 

Good witches/Charmed ones: these are witches who use their powers for good. They don't usually use their magic for personal gain, as the magic usually has a way of backfiring. Their powers consist of spellcasting (spells that rhyme usually), potion making, scrying (the power to find the location of someone/something using a crystal, map, and a personal belonging of that person/thing) which they use to vanquish evil and help people out, although some would rather renounce their powers and avoid magic altogether. Witches also hae a unique power (telekinesis, teleporting, etc.)

 

Evil witches: basically the opposite of good witches, their usual goal is to bring chaos to the world, or fufill their own personal desires. 

 

Book of shadows: Most families of witches, good or evil, have a family made book called the book of shadows, which contains pre-recorded spells, potion recipes, creature information/vanquishing information. The book of shadows are protected from the opposite alignment (evil book of shadows magically protected from good, and good books repelled from evil beings) and unless willingly destroyed by a family member of the owners of that book of shadows, virtually indestructible

 

Whitelighter: Guardians of good witches and future whitelighters, they help in anyway they can to guide their charges in the right direction. Their powers are Orbing (teleporting by means of turning their atoms into weightless balls of light) and healing, as well as the ability to speak the language of their charge.

 

Darklighters: they do the complete opposite of whitelighters, guiding evil witches and are bounty hunters killing whitelighters with the only weapon that can, a crossbow with an arrow tipped with a special poison. They also orb (with dark light)

 

Demons: set up by classes, demons can range from weak and feeble to strong and intimidating, varying in shape and size. They all have different varying powers, and have an organized order in the underworld, although most have their own intentions and desires.

 

Because I've listed a lot, I don't expect you to read all of the character descriptions, but do read the ones your interested in.

Species: witch (charmed one)

Powers: other than basic witch powers, he has molecular immobilization and a recently discovered power molecular combustion 

Alignment: good

Appearance:

Bio: Recently finding out he's a witch, and a charmed one at that, not to mention coping with his guardian's death who was his grandmother, he is desperately trying to adjust. He occasionally practices his magic, which he still needs to work out the kinks, and when an evil creature becomes a problem, works together with his two siblings to vanquish it. He is also desperately trying to find out what his mother's whereabouts are. He likes to use his families previous last name, Haliwell, more than the recent last name King. He occasionally gets into fights with his siblings, although being the youngest of the three, usually loses them.

"Oh yeah, that helps." said Volt sarcastically. "And what'll they do if people see a 6' demon, cause to be honest, I don't think anybody's gonna stick around when i show up, you guys may be able to travel freely, but, many people forget, I'm.....Not .....Human."

The older King siblings looked at each other, then back to their younger brother and nodded.

"Since, they won't say it, I will." Maradon cut in. "You are daft for thinking about going into the Underworld, Charmed Ones or no, Sean King."

The small fae walked up to Sean, almost toe to toe with him, her eyes staring straight into his.

"What your are doing is reckless and stupid."

Susan looked a little pale at Maradon's outburst. Verge just tapped his foot.

"Wrap it up fast, Maradon." He said, looking at his watch.

She Maharon Queen held up a finger to get Verge to stay quiet.

"You want to go into the worst place in all the cosmos." She continued. "And, want more bad news? This is it as far as an intervention goes, laddie. Your sister and brother won't be stopping you cause they want what you want and know that stopping you would do nothing good. And pretty soon, I'm gonna shut up and get ready to follow you, no matter where you are going to back you up, because you are my friend. This is your last chance to come up with a better plan."

Maradon then huffed then walked over to Verge's side.

"She'll be touchy for another second or two." Verge said. "After that, we'll be good."

Sean sighed, and looked at Maradon.

"I've tried other ways. But summoning spells won't work for some reason, whoever has her is going out of their way to keep her. How she's still alive I honestly don't know, but she's alive, and I will go to the ends of the earth, literally in my case, to find her. Don't you see? If she comes back, Susan can go back to college, and mom will take care of me and Verge, and everything will be back to normal. Who cares about the Charmed prophecy? We can have Grace orb her if we really need to. But the fact of the matter is, we can finally all have a life outside of magic." He looked to his siblings for reassurance. "Isn't that what you guys want? Isn't that what we all want?"

He wiped his eyes, as a few tears he tried to hold back had escaped, and looked up with a straight face.

"Alright, let's do this, if you don't wanna go, that's fine I'll go by myself."

 

Grace turned to Volt. "So... Zen is back at Alcatraz? Should we go there and spy on him, see if we can't get any more information about the demons and the seal?"

"Sure, but if we have to fight him......he's mine, me and him have an old score to settle from the last time i fought him......it's the same old story, he was defeated by a weaker demon, he want to hunt down that demon and kill him, ya know, the usual payback bit." said Volt.

Maradon threw her hands up in the air and walked over to Sean. She glared at him as she gave him a sharp kick to the shin.

"Now, you are being insulting, as well." She said in a frustrated tone.

Susan moved to say something, but Verge held out a hand for her to wait.

"Don't you dare think any of us would let you go alone. Your family. Family sticks together." Maradon continued.

She turned and looked at Verge and Susan.

"Am I right?"

"One of the truest things you've ever said." Verge answered.

He looked at Sean and winked.

"I got your back, little bro."

"Somebody has to keep you two out of trouble." Susan put it. "So I'd better be going."

She looked at Sean and smiled.

"Besides, I've just spent the last year getting to know you again. I don't want to loss you now."

Maradon nodded.

"There you have it." She said. "Now, get the magic thingamajig working so we can find your mum."

Verge gave Sean an apologetic smile.

"Sorry, she gets like this at times."

Sean looked up and smiled.

"Alright, I think we need to be in the underworld first before it will work, but you have the spell right? Maybe if I'm holding the device while Verge says the spell, it will put us pretty close to her. Ok Verge, say the spell."

 

Grace sighed. "Demons claim they're all unique, but they are all the same most of the time and predictable as well. You wanna know what really scares me? Humans. I used to be a human, and boy have I met the scariest of people before. The thing about humans, is they can be very unpredictable. You never know what they are planning on doing." She laughed. "Good thing our enemy is just a demon, huh? As stupid as that sounds." She walked up to Volt. "Alright, to Alcatraz, shall we?"

"Alright, Let's go........sound the trumpets and bang the drums, look out Zen, cause here i come." said Volt. 'I just hope he's not in his rage mode, then we'd be in trouble.' thought Volt.

Verge cleared his throat.

"Ash and Flame,

Torment and Pain.

Below the universe unfurled

Take us to The Underworld."

He chanted.

Maradon and Susan closed their eyes and waited.

Sean had also closed his eyes, and when he felt nothing happened he opened his eyes, only he didn't see the sight of the familiar living room he grew used to. The hardwood floors had become ashy gravel. The ceiling was replaced with dark red skies. The walls were now black obsidian.

"It worked!" He exclaimed in a little too excited tone for being transported to the underworld. He looked at the scrying device he was holding and noticed it was pulling directly I'm front of him.

"It's a strong pull, so she has to be close!" Sean shouted gleefully, and then quieted down, realizing there were demons nearby.

"Come on," He told the others in a quieter tone. Following the tug of the scryer, he ran through many naturally made corridors, past the distant views of flying creatures and large intimidating buildings and under the blood red skies that seemed to be ubiquitous in the underworld plane.

He eventually came to a stop, and looked around. He seemed to have come across a torture chamber.

"Oh no," He whispered to himself. He went through the cages, and after a few minutes of desperation, came across a cage with a beautiful yet desperate and raggedy woman sitting in the cages.

"...Mom?" He asked after a long silence.

The woman slowly looked up at Sean's face. "Is that- no, just another hallucination. It can't be... Sean?"

 

(This is the mother's character sheet, I kinda used Susan's picture as inspiration.)

Name: Elena King

Age: 38

Powers: Same powers as Sean who inherited it from his mom (except molecular combustion, which was an advance in Sean's power because of the King siblings becoming the Charmed Ones)

Appearance:

Bio: A skilled witch in her time, her meeting with her late husband Rufus was love at first sight. They began dating and soon they were married young, with a baby (Susan) at just 19, and two more kids soon after.. When Elena was 26, while fighting a demon, something happened, and she disappeared and was never heard from for 12 years.

 

Grace grabbed Volt and orbed to Alcatraz. She looked to Volt and made a shushing movement. Then she went into the prison, went through many areas of the prison, until she arrived to where Zen was, and hidden from sight, listened to what he was saying.

(Hey VIIth, would it be alright if a made another demon, i'm kinda on a role with character stories?)

 

"What do you think they're saying?" asked Volt.

 

Zen was walking around the area, but he wasn't alone. He was with Dread. "Dread, i can't help, those charmed ones nearly fried me.....and the seal on that prison may be destroyed, but you have to defeat the recently escaped demon to release the next....and I DON'T PLAN ON GETTING ELIMINATED!, do you know how much trouble i went through during the war, the Whitelighters sealed me and the others in the underworld, but the demons i refuse to speak of helped seal us in that prison." shouted Zen.

 

"Oh calm yourself, Zen, you think you're the only one who's had trouble fighting......I literally went through hell and back, just to capture the supposed mother of the charmed ones, I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF IT WAS HER YET, she hasn't talked......the Source and the Elders don't know I'm behind this, from what I've heard, the Elders believe it's the Source behind this....I have to keep that the supposed truth or I'M A DEAD DEMON, YA GOT THAT?!" shouted Dread.

 

"Fine, fine, I'll help you keep up the ruse, I still owe ya for using that spell to make me resistant to banishing potions, but that is where our alliance stops, ya got that?" asked Zen.

 

"Agreed, just keep the Elders believing that the Source is behind this....or you're going to be so deep in the underworld.....you're digging down to get back up." said Dread. Dread then burst into black flames and teleported back to the underworld.

"Wait, he was the one that kidnapped the Haliwell's mother?" She asked rhetorically. "That would explain the disappearance, which means she really is alive! I just hope they get her before he shows up..." She said, realizing that he must've gone back to the underworld.

Age: around the same as Volt, give or take 100 years

Species: Demon

Powers: Disperse into a cluster of blades, teleportation, can conjure darkness around him as a shield, a special seal he can use to either injure, capture, or destroy an opponent (Destroying and sealing take a lot of power, so he wont use them much)

Alignment: good

Appearance:

Bio: He's a personal guard of the Source himself, but during the great war he disappeared, he has remained in hiding, as he is the last of the Source's bodyguards, he is an old friend of Volts

Weapons: twin sword-like sai

Dread had finally got back to the underworld, but caught a funny scent. "Ah, so, they've found a way into the underworld, this should be fun." said Dread as he headed towards the dungeon.

 

Zen was continuing to passe the area, he hadn't noticed Volt or Grace yet. "What am I thinking, if this doesn't work, it'll mean my head, as well as Dread's, but I still owe him.........Man, if Volt shows up, he'll be a great stress reliever.......i will have revenge on him, and the surface world." said Zen.

 

"So Grace, how are we gonna approach this, i don't see how we're gonna beat him right now?, and i should mention, a friend of mine disappeared during a fight with this guy." asked Volt.

 

(Underworld)

In the underworld, a demon was hidden in the shadows as Dread walked by. 'So that's 'Master's' new right hand demon huh?, this is worth some looking in to.....I think it's time to reveal, that I survived.' thought the demon.

Both Susan and Verge rushed to Elena's cage.

"Mom, are you okay?" Verge asked as he tried to reach in the cage to touch her.

Tears followed down Susan's face.

"We are real, Mom. We are here to get you out."

Maradon was already on the getting out part. She studied the cage for weaknesses. It was a cage of the Underworld, so it wasn't going to be easy to unlock. But then, it wasn't exactly made to with stand the full wraith of the Charmed Ones and a fae Queen.

Sean looked at the cage and thought of trying to blow the lock up with his molecular combustion, but felt it wouldn't do anything, he sensed a sort of cut off of magic between the cage and outside. That would probably explain why she hadn't already escaped. But she didn't have the Charmed ones on her side.

He made up a short two liner spell.

"Door unlock,

No magic blocked."

He looked to his siblings and urged them to repeat the short spell with him. He turned back to the cage.

"Door Unlock, no magic blocked. Door unlock no magic blocked..."

 

Grace sighed. "We aren't going to fight him that would be very unwise. We only came for intel after all."

"Well, at least we know who he's working with, that gives us some clue to what's going on.....I say we get outta here before he notices us, I have a feeling he'll get our scent soon." said Volt.

 

Dread had arrived at the dungeon, but stayed out of sight. 'Let's see how this plays out' thought Dread.

Verge and Susan nodded nodded and joined in the chant. Verge could feel the magic working, but the Underworld was resistant to their magic. It would work, but it needed some sort of physical element to get it to work. That's when Maradon hit the magically weakened door with a rock, breaking the lock. The door creaked open, with Susan and Verge going in to see to and hug their mother.

Elena hugged her children.

"My how you've all grown. I've missed so much..."

"But no more." Sean interrupted. "We're gonna get you out of here, ok?" Sean turned to Verge. "Alright say a spell to take us home."

 

Grace nodded, grabbed Volt's hand and orbed back to the hideout.

She sighed. "I'm contemplating whether or not to tell the Haliwell's that their mother was kidnapped by Zen. It might motivate them, but teenagers are unpredictable, it could go either way."

Dread came out of hiding. "What, leaving so soon, but you didn't even recieve a true underworld welcome." said Dread.

 

"Well, I don't know how we'll deal with Zen, there was only one person who could've helped, but he disappeared years ago." said Volt.

 

Darkonda realized what was going on, so he teleported out of the underworld. He soon arrived, unintentionally, at Graces hideout. "Oops, I think I took a wrong turn." said Darkonda.

Verge managed a smile.

"That's okay." He said to Dread. "We were just popping in for a short visit and to escort our mother home."

Susan's face went hard. She wasn't going to stopped by some demon. Not after she and her brothers got their mother back. She looked over at Sean.

"See to mom." She whispered to him.

She let go off her mother and walked past Verge to eye the demon. Maradon took up a similar position, elbowing Verge. Verge got the message and started preparing a spell.

"We'll just be off." Maradon said, in a firm tone. "Sorry to take up your time."

Sean wasn't about to put any more of his family in danger. He stood up, looked at Dread and waved his hands, freezing Dreads atoms.

Elena looked at Sean's handiwork. "Molecular immobilization? Just like your mother..."

"I can do more too, you know." He told his mother trying to brag a little bit. Then he snapped out of it. "I don't know how long he'll stay frozen, quickly Verge! Get us out of here!"

Volt was just sitting by Grace when he sensed something. "Grace, do you sense that....it feels like another demon." whispered Volt.

 

Darkonda was just standing where he was, not wanting to risk getting blown up or something. "Alright, where in blazes am I, I meant to go to Alcatraz, yet, I'm here, WHERE IN BLAZES AM I!" shouted Darkonda, but soon relized he was being to loud in this place and shut himself up. 'Man, I hope no one heard that.' thought Darkonda.

Verge speed through the spell with Susan adding her chant in to get it done faster. As the spell took hold, Maradon gave Dread a kick in the shins. A moment later, the Kings and Maradon were gone from the Underworld.

Verge took in a deep breath when he opened his eyes and saw the Living room. Both Verge and Susan engulfed their mother with a hug and tears. Maradon stepped back to give the humans some space.

Sean followed his siblings lead and hugged his mother as well.

"Oh, this house hasn't changed a bit." She said to her children. "I'm so glad I'm out of that hellhole, no pun intended. Ooh, where's your grandmother! I have so much to tell her."

 

Grace nodded. "Back at Alcatraz, yes. Another friend of yours?" She joked.
