Did Super Smash Bros. Brawl rip off Zazie's music?

I've discovered similarities between the SSBB menu music and Zazie's 1999 hit Tout Le Monde. See for yourself. Here is the SSB menue music. Listen to it up to the :28 mark:

 

 

Now, listen to Zazie's Tout Le Monde from up to the :58 mark:

 

 

Notice the similarities? Do you think the people behind the menu theme of SSBB ripped off Zazie?

Zazie is a popular singer in France. Tout Le Monde is her signature song.

Kind of similar... most likely just coincedence though. I've noticed some similarities between the Star Fox music (which was used in Melee) and Jurassic Park music as well (I think it was Jurassic Park...)

And the main theme was one of the first things revealed about the game, back in 2006
