As you've guys had read/watched, This mod is still in alpha but it is pretty much playable and they been patching it up every few weeks even though the zombie needs some bug fix. Now, in my experience, I don't have a mic so I had to use the chat to communicate to other players. So here is how it all began:
I first spawned at a beach somewhere, with only a handgun, food, water, bandage, and some flares. I spotted a dock nearby and went to investigate. I've spotted my first zombie and the noobie I am, I shoot at it and a couple more zombies ran out of nowhere and chasing me, I ran, and happen to find a rifle in a hut and quickly pick it up and shoot at the remaining zombies that were chasing me. I panicked and wasted a lot of ammo but I've managed to kill them. I moved on to the dock and into a small town.
The town was crawling with zombies, but then I heard some gunshots and the zombies turn attention to a player that was shooting at them. I happen to find a building with a second floor so I rush up and try to have a good view of how many they are. There were lots of them! Now I was trying my best to distract some of the zombies to come to me as their wasn't really good at running indoors and I managed to distract most of them and let the player hide.
I had to slowly come down the ladder and sneak past some zombies that was walking around the stairs trying to find me and I've managed to meet the player. His name was some complicated internet name. I met one player so far so lets call him player. He was bleeding so I gave him my bandage and he gave me some of his ammo to me. He had been playing for a few days and had always been solo. So we decided to team up.
Sadly, more zombies had spawn into the area we were in and had to get out of town. He happen to have a crossbow and to find the ammo for it while we were hiding. He was forced to use his rifle to shoot some zombies because he was already surrounded and no crossbow ammo. That's what happen to him and I happen to be there to save him. He told me he had a car, but he just need those fuel oil cans. I found 2 fuel cans and escort him to where I found them. it was at the dock and its a little bit far but we manage to grab it. That's when things go downhill.
2 crawlers spotted us and he flinched and accidently shoot them with his rifle which cause most of the zombies to found us. We swore and ran to the car. While we were running to the car, a few zombies hit him, which cause him to bleed. I tried to distract some zombies so he could use his bandage but to no avail, the zombies kept coming to him. He told me to just take the fuel can and go while he shoots at the zombies.
He quickly use those camping fires thingy to distract almost the whole zombie in town to come after him while I make a run for it. Sadly, a couple more zombies spotted me and I quickly make a run for it. I found the car and quickly fill it up. When I turned back, he was already being eaten by the zombies. Most of the zombies were already coming after me so I quickly go inside the car and drive away.
His last words to me was "Good Luck and lets meet again on another server". I can still hear the zombies chasing after me while I was typing "Thank you and lets meet again". I ran and never look back. But things got even worse after that, the sun is down and the night rises. I only got food and no drink. I need to find a nearby lake to fill up my drink or I will dehydrate. Not to mention I had to start my camp fire so my character will heat up otherwise I might die.
I park at a place where there is no zombie and start a camp fire. ate my food and wait. Sadly, my peaceful time had stop. I heard a few zombies growl and were chasing after me. The car was already surrounded by a few zombies since they come from that direction and I got only a few ammo left.
I switch on my chemlight and ran into the forest while even more zombies turn up and were chasing me.
Shit just got real. (The end)
The escape situation happens to be something like this.
Hope you guys enjoy my incredibly long experience of this mod! Its really fun! It'll be cool to have the KH13 members to try it out and we can team up and play together. Its really fun playing with someone. =)
