Master Xehanort

Can someone explain the purple ball? U know the one Master Xehanort makes wen he summons Kingdom Hearts, they say he can summon it due to the X-Blade being created but the X-Blade wasnt made until after. And if he can summon Kingdom Hearts why cant anyone else?

    If I had to guess, MX has been studying the Keyblade War and Kingdom Hearts for a good portion of his life. He was probably able to figure out during that time how to summon it as well.

     

    But summoning it is useless unless he has a means to actually unlock its power, which Xehanort was about to have, with the X-Blade. Then when Xehanort was defeated and the X-Blade was destroyed, KH just went away again.
