(This is a 1X1 Rp between me and Stardustblade358, no one else may post here.)

 

This is a Rp that will take place inside the "The World" and everyday life on the outside

 

~Background~

 

"The World R:2" Is a popular MMORPG in which almost everyone plays. The server of the original game called "The World" was destroyed in a fire in the year 2015 and by the eve of christmas, "The World R:2" was released. It is the year 2016 and now, something has appeared within "The World" once again, making people fall into Comas.

 

~Classes~

 

"The World R:2" has a variety of classes in which the player can choose for their PC (Player Character). Here are the Classes available along with their strengths and weaknesses.

 

Adept Rogue - A class which uses multiple weapons from other classes in different situations. Leveling up takes more time for this class and each weapon chosen must be learned seperately. To choose the classes you'd like, the player is given 4 points to spend on their classes and you start with the class you choose first. To gain the other Classes, you must go through a 'Job Extend' Quest.

 

Blade Brandier (1 Point) - A class which wields a katana or fast pace like sword, it's strength and speed is above average and is a well rounded class.

 

Edge Punisher (1 Point) - A class that uses a huge double handed sword to fight. They are slower than most other classes but are capable of dealing incredible damage at higher levels

 

Twin Blade (1 Point) - A class which uses twin swords, it is the fastest class and allows for easy combos. They also have great agility in order to attack quickly, leaving no chance for a counter attack

 

Flick Reaper (2 Point) - A class which excells in mid-range combat, usually using scythes, which is able to swipe away any on-coming attacks from other close range classes. This class can however be over powered by long range attacks easily

 

Lord Partizan (2 Point) - A class that wields large lances with incredible piercing power. Their physical strength and defence are very high and they can cause the most immediate damage. However, they are weak against magic attacks and their levels go up the slowest.

 

Tribal Grappler (2 Point) - This class uses their own fists as weapons, along with gloves or knuckledusters, having high HP and agility for powerful, fast hits. Their defence is very low and this means the player has to keep an eye on the battle at all times.

 

Macabre Dancer (3 Point) - A class which allows the player to use both light and dark magic for healing and attacking purposes. The player levels up quickly, wielding large bladed fans in each hand along with the power to cast status ailments.

 

Harvest Cleric (3 Point) - The player learns spells for both healing and supporting quickly in this class, but very little attacking magic or physical strength can be gained. They also have high HP and Defence, wielding staves for casting magic.

 

Shadow Warlock (3 Point) - The player learns spells for both Attacking and inflicting Status ailments quickly in this class, but very little

healing magic or physical strength can be gained. They also have high HP and Defence, wielding books known as Grimoires for casting magic.

 

Steam Gunner (3 Point) - This class depends on guns which are best used at long range, but can be used to knock enemies away at close range with the bayonet on the end of their guns, which isn't very effective at dealing damage. This class has the greatest level of physical strength in "The World" when firing from the actual gun. They also have high HP and Defence.

Bio: Nate hasn't begun playing yet, but he has heard many good things from his class mates saying how "The World" is the greatest game to have ever existed. Nate is generally a quiet student, but everyone around him knows him as a top gamer who can complete any game. Although Nate is known as a great gamer, the title of 'greatest' in his class is undecided, as his class mate and rival gamer, Rose, constantly challenges him. Nate also lives at home alone, his parents send him money every month for rent and food in order for him to look after himself.

Reasons for playing "The World" : Nate heard it was a good game from his other class mates and decided to try it out.

Rose glared. "Nate?! Nate! Don't fall asleep on me,Nate!"Rose says. But it was to late. he was already drifted in sleep. Rose sighed. Her shoulder and arm was tired from being dragged along for the ride. It really made her ticked off. "(Look at him. Resting like a dumb@$$$ as if he owned the place.)"Rose thinks. She then sighed and looked at the sky. It was a very beautiful day. Just a few clouds in the sky. "Well,it is a pretty day."Rose says. She then looked down at Nate. She yawned a bit and then growled to herself. "I guess he isn't that dumb after all."Rose says. She stared and carefully layed down next to him,being careful not to squish his or her arm. Being handcuffed made her have the only choice to sleep on the same side. Rose looked at the sky and yawned again. "Well...I guess...a few minutes..."Rose says as she closed her eyes and within minutes fell asleep.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Alex and Aaron noded. Aaron walked back to the picnic and satted down. Alex turned to Aaron. "Hey Aaron,would you like some cake? I made some this morning while Rose was asleep."Alex says as he walked over to Aaron who was getting ready to cut some pieces of the cake.

Nate was asleep for a while, feeling tired as he was beginning to wake up. (What...? Where... am I? ... Oh yeah, I was on that boat with Rose... And I fell asleep...) Nate began to open his eyes but his vision was blurry. (Are we still on the boat? Can't tell... Wait, what's this... in my hand? It's warm...) Nate's vision began to get clearer and he looked down at his hand. "A... hand? But who...?" Nate's eyes widened as he realized that he was led closely in the boat with Rose and that they had been holding hands the entire time were sleeping. (What the hell?! What have I done?!) Nate began blushing crazily as he tried to figure out what to do. (If I try to move, she'll wake up... if that happens, she'll kill me... What should I do?) Nate then decided to close his eyes and pretend that he was still sleeping. (Right, if I can keep calm act like I'm sleeping, it won't be my fault when she wakes up and sees us like this.) Nate tried to remain as still as he could, trying not to wake Rose who was basically hanging off of him.

Rose slept. She might of droowled a bit of saliva on his shirt...She yawned and carefully woke up. She looked up a bit and rubbed her eyes a bit. "Man...that was a pretty nice nap for sleeping in such a crappy place."Rose says as she blinked a few times. "Wait..."Rose says as she felt she was sleeping. It wasn't wood...She looked down at her arm and saw she was pretty much throwing herself over Nate,while she was holding his hand with her other hand. She blushed red as she noticed where she was. "(****!!!!)"Rose thinks as she jumped up a bit and tried to stand on her feet. Then she remembered two things. They were on a boat,and they were handcuffed together. The boat shook a little bit,and Rose was instantly still. Rose kept blushing red. "(Dammit,I fell asleep,ON HIM,I was even holding his hand! THE HELL?!)"Rose thinks. She blushed and noticed how close she was. This only made her blush more. Now that she noticed,he looked pretty peaceful asleep. A bit cute too. Rose shook her head and looked up. The sky was already turning into orange and pink as the sun was setting. Rose sighed and looked up. "(Damn damn damn...)" She then looked around a bit and looked up at Nate and looked away blushing. "Alex better hurry up before I rip his ass into pieces..."Rose muttered as she looked up at the sky.

Nate opened his eyes to see Rose looking up at the sky, remaining quiet and trying not to alert her. (This is just plain embarrassing... I have got to make sure that no one else finds out about this.) Nate sat up in the boat and instantly turned away from Rose. "So, uhhh... did you find out if we're near land yet? It might be a good idea if we could get off this boat." Nate said quietly with a blush, still feeling heavily embarrassed about holding hands and snuggling up to Rose. (I've got to get home soon, Rosario is sure to be waiting for me.)

Rose looked away. "I don't know."Rose says. Just then she heard paddleling. She looked up and saw the three on a boat. Alex,Aaron and Matt were on a paddle boat paddleling their way towards the two. Rose suddenly looked up and started to scream. "THERE YOU ARE!!!"Rose yells. She then turned and glared at Nate. "Can't wait to get away from you."Rose says. They paddled next to the two. Alex smiled and took out a key. "Hope you two had a goon time."Alex says as he winked. Rose grabbed Alex by his neck. "Unchain us. NOW!!!"Rose says. Alex gluped and noded. He grabbed the handcuffs and started to work on it. Aaron smiled and turned his head a bit. "I hope you guys aren't that angry. It was for your own good. Besides,the fireworks are about to start soon."Aaron says as they all heard a 'click'. The handcuffs dropped to the boat. "There we go."Alex says. Rose smiled real big and cheered. Then,as soon as she cheered,pushed Nate as far away as possible from her,and into the water. Aaron's jaw dropped as he turned to help him up. Rose stood up to get on the boat with Alex. "Be careful dear."Alex says. "Hey Nate,you ok?!"Aaron asks.

Nate got out of the water after being pushed and back into the boat. "Just peachy..." Nate said as he spat out some water. "So Nate, you had any fun?" "You better shut the hell up before I throw you in the river." "Got it, I'll take your advice." Nate was alone in the second boat and scratched his head. "I'm gunna take this boat back and leave, you guys are being assholes to me anyway." Nate then began to row off towards shore. "See ya." As soon as Nate left, Matt turned to Rose with a grin. "So, the two of you get up to anything juicy in the few hours you were in that boat? You must have done something to pass the time, am I right?" Matt said to Rose with a wink and a nudge while smirking.

Rose stared at Matt and then seemed to blush slightly as she remembered,that they had indeed held hands while napping. Even though it was an accident. She then growled and slammed her fist onto Matt's head. "Nothing happened you idiot,now get rowing!" Rose then turned to all three of them. "To all of you! Get going or else! I want to get home and away from this stinkin lake!"Rose says as she threw paddles at the three of them. Aaron and Alex looked at eachother and shrugged as they started to row to the shore. "Well,atleast you two managed to be handcuffed without killing eachother for a few hours. I bealive that is a great improvement considering you two beat eachother down mentally and psysically constantly."Aaron says. Rose growled. "Just hurry up."Rose says. She then turned to Alex. "You will never,EVER,have us handcuffed again,or I swear on my soul that you will be erased from excistance!"Rose says. Alex noded and rowed. He then looked around and turned to Matt,whispering. "Well,atleast we know they can handle eachother without killing themselves."Alex says.

Nate took the boat back to the docks where they were supposed to be and walked off. "Well, things could have turned out worse than what they did. If I had been stuck in that boat for another ten minutes with Rose, then..." Nate stopped walking to think, but for some reason, nothing would come to mind. "... I don't know. If I stuck around with her, what would have happened? At that time, I didn't feel threatened by her, but... more relaxed in a way." Nate carried on walking and scratched his Haida with a grin. "Who am I kidding? That's a load of nonsense, she probably would have cut off my arm and drowned me in the river. Yep, she would be the type to that." Nate then continued on his way home.

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Matt thought to himself, rowing the boat with Alex and Aaron as they were nearing land. (Hmmm, what did those two do for the past few hours anyway? They couldn't have done nothing...) Matt looked over at Rose and could see the faintest of blushes still on her cheek. (Rose is... blushing?! But why?!) Matt thought for a while but then gasped as he stood up in the boat and pointed at Rose directly. "Now it all makes sense! The reason you wanted to get off the boat with Nate and the reason that he left so quickly is because the two of you were making ou-..." Matt suddenly found Aaron's hand covering his mouth as in to say, "Don't say that.", but Matt had already said too much and saw Rose's blood beginning to boil. (Uh-oh...)

Rose glared at Matt and made a fist. She was pissed. Alex gulped a bit. Rose walked over and instantly grabbed Matt by the collar of his shirt and somehow manage to lift him up. Aaron's eyes widen as Alex grabbed Rose by the hip,hugging her. "ROSE,WE'RE ON A BOAT,YOU'RE GONNA MAKE IT FLIP!!!"Alex yells,trying to have her calm down. Aaron rose his arms. "Rose,just put him down."Aaron says. Rose was death glaring at Matt. "Listen to me,and listen to me well. Me and Nate did nothing,NOTHING,on the boat. We fell asleep almost the entire time you got us stuck there. Nothing more. Nothing less. Now get this into your little mind. The day that I kiss Nate,will be the day that I have lost all hope of life and dignity as a gamer,and so far as I can see...it's not gonna happen any time soon. Now."Rose says. She suddenly grabbed him by the legs and rose him up. "NEVER SAY THAT,EVER AGAIN!!!"Rose says before throwing him like trash into the lake. Aaron and Alex stared. Rose stood there for a few seconds before collapsing on the boat. "GAH! Rose!"Aaron says as he grabbed her and helped her up. Rose was feeling dizzy. "I...I shouldn't have carried him...he's...he weights more than I thought."Rose says as the energy of the moment had her push her streanght over the limit,tensing her muscles in the end. They reached to shore and Aaron walked away with Rose. "Alex,help Matt out."Aaron says as he helped Rose home. Alex noded and looked over at the lake. "Matt,you alive?!"

Matt climbed out of the water and looked at Alex. "I'm fine, but Rose... if the day you kiss Nate is the day that you lose your hope for life and dignity as a gamer, then I'm afraid that's been and gone." Matt smirked as he pointed at Rose. "Did you already forget playing the pocky game with Nate yesterday?" Matt said with a smirk, but he then held his hands up. "But then again, who am I to point that out. Anyway, I guess what happened in the boat. stays in the boat and I'm willing to leave as just that." Matt then walked ahead of everyone else. "Well, since Nate left and I have some free time, what shall we all do?" Matt then smirked as he thought up an idea. "Oh yeah, maybe we should head over to the arcade, I hear some pro gamer who goes by 'Kanra' aced all the games there recently with amazingly high scores." Matt said with a smirk. (And she has no idea that it was really Nate, hahaha, this all so much fun.)

Rose instantly rose her head as Matt mentioned Kanra. Her eyes seem to have a special sparkle as she turned to the side. "Really?!"Rose asks as she smiled real big. Aaron stared at her as he let go. Rose walked up and then cleared her troath. She flipped her hair a bit. "Well,ahem. Let's go see,I want to see this for myself!"Rose says as she started to walk towards a random direction. "Rose the arcade is that way."Aaron says as he pointed. Rose quickly turned and walked off. "I totally knew that."Rose says. Aaron followed. Alex stared and looked at Rose. "Her eyes gleamed with life when you mentioned his name."Alex muttered and walked along with Matt. He turned to him. "I have a bad feeling about this meeting. Rose doesn't take things easy."Alex says as he looked upfront and fixed his hair a bit.

Matt smirked as he walked with Alex. "There's no need to worry, all of this happened this morning and Nate has already gone home. Anyway, what's going on tomorrow? Since it's Sunday tomorrow, I'm completely free. Tempted to just stay in and play "The World" some more. Odds are that our little princess is going to do the same." Matt said chuckling as he was referring to Rose while she wasn't listening. "So, what plans do you guys have for tomorrow? Anything exciting?" Matt asked with a smile as he thought. (I wonder how Rose is going to react to all the new records that 'Kanra' made in the arcade?)

 

~Meanwhile~

 

Nate arrived back home and changed out of his wet clothes. "Jeez, she didn't have to throw me into the lake... and I still didn't manage to pay Matt back for tricking me earlier." Nate sat down on his bed in his pjs with a towel on his head as he was blushing after thinking about sleeping in the boat with Rose. "I need to stop thinking about that, otherwise I must just end up doing something stupid again." Nate sighed and turned at his desk, getting up and sitting in front of it. "I'll play "The World" for a bit then." Nate then sat in front of his desk, put on his visor and started playing "The World".

Alex noded. "I'm going to my sunday ballet classes. Plus I have a pagent to attend in the afternoon."Alex says. Matt seemed to have a wierd look on his face when Alex mentioned pagent. Aaron turned. "The Art Academy is holding a tiny pagent between the students. Alex wants to try out to improve his cosplay material like he did today."Aaron says. He then looked upfront and stared at Rose who was walking way upfront. "I'll be visiting father tommorow. He insists on me taking horseback riding classes. I'm his boy while Alex is mom's little 'girl'. If you catch my drift."Aaron says as he looked up and they all reached to the arcade. Rose walked in and looked around. She then got her hand in a somewhat sophisticated way. "Smells like trainee gamers in here."Rose says. Aaron rolled his eyes a bit. "Rose will be home all day tommorow as you say. The rest of the week,well,we'll have to see if they don't bite eachother's eyes off before they end up meeting."Aaron says. Rose walked up to one of the machines and stared at it. On the screen was the high score player list,as all games had before someone would play on it. Right on the top,"Kanra" was on it. Rose quickly turned to it and stared. "(Kanra-kun.)"Rose thinks. She then started to walk around,staring at all of the games that were avaliable. All of them had Kanra on the top of the high score list. Aaron whistled and muttered to Matt. "Nate has been busy here hasn't he?"Aaron asks with a smile. Alex turned to Rose who's eyes seemed to have a mix of shock and a bit of discouragement. "(Wow,Kanra,seems to be quite a player.)"Rose thinks. Seeing that one single player had beaten all of the games only put her on edge. She glanced a specific game,Galaga. (MY FAVORITE~) Her score was in 8th place. Kanra was at first. Rose made a small fist. "(He's very very good...but...for some reason...I can't seem to hate...)"Rose thinks. She clapped her hands together. "I must learn from him!"Rose says as she then ran out,pushing the three out of the way. Aaron looked up. "Rose,where ya going?!" "Home! I must talk to Kanra on "The World"!!!"Rose says as she was running so fast a cloud of dirst could be seen behind her. Alex anime sweatdropped. "Oh dear."Alex says. Aaron sighed and looked at Matt. "So. Going home now?"Aaron asks.

Kanra had appeared within "The World" and looked around. "Matt said we should check out that guy at the Arena on the Omega server, but if he's a fully leveled Adept Rouge and over level 170, then I might be in trouble if we end up fighting..." Kanra began walking towards the Quest shop and noticed a certain quest. "Sweet! A Job Extend Quest! If I do this, then I'll finally be able to equip some 'Edge Punisher' weapons." Kanra then took the quest and began to make his way towards the Chaos gate. "Rosario is going to be so impressed with my Job Extend that she'll act like a total fangirl." Kanra said to himself with a chuckle as he warped to another area inside of "The World".

Rose ran home. She ran up her room and showered real quick. She didn't even took 15 minutes. She came out wearing her anime PJs as she satted down and started to turn on the TV and the console. She had completetly forgotten about everything else. She grabbed the headset and got it on. "Ready to face Kanra."Rose says. She pressed the start button.

Rosario appeared in "The World". She opened her eyes and looked around. She flipped her hair. "Hm!"Rosario says as she walked around. "I should look around for Kanra. He's online..."Rosario muttered. She walked around. "Maybe I can find him on my own. I would be such a bother to him if he's busy and I just interrupted him like that!"Rosario says to herself as she got her hands to her cheeks and shook her head while blushing pink. Kanra had been the only guy that had pretty much gotten Rosario/Rose to act like this. Ever. EVER. Ever. Rosario walked around the town and noticed the Bullentin Board. They had alot of new missions from the last time that she was around. "Lets see. Maybe a mission to get me started..."Rosario muttered as she looked around the bullentin board. She then found a specific one. It was a request from another player. The player asked to go to a specific tower and reach a floor where an item called 'eve' could be found. The reward would be materials of choice to enhance weapons. Rosario noticed that this tower was in a way higher level area than she was. She smirked and chuckled. "Well well."Rosario says as she picked up the paper. "Hollow Tower here I come."Rosario says before dissapearing.

Kanra had arrived in the forest-like area. "Looks like the set level for this area is 50 and I'm level 24. Perfect, I'll level up like crazy and get that Job Extension." Kanra quickly checked his equipment and equipped accessories that boosted his agility and strength before running off into the area. As Kanra ran through the area, he would encounter enemies quickly as they all seemed to swarm him. "Looks like they don't want to make it easy for me, but this is nothing compared to my power." Kanra drew his blade and quickly began attacking all of the enemies surrounding, managing to dodge attacks from all angles. Kanra slashed an enemy to his left and to his right, evading attacks from the front and guarding against attacks from behind. Not long, Kanra had defeated the swarms of enemies that surrounded him and began running off down the set path for the Quest. "Almost there..." Kanra was suddenly blown off his feet by a gust of wind, he recovered quickly and found a boss enemy in front of him. "That's a... Hydra!" Kanra said as he stared up at the giant seven headed dragon, Kanra began running quickly as three of the heads in the center began breathing fire, but was then caught off guard by another which had bit into his shoulder. "Crap!" Kanra sliced and slashed at the head, but it continued to tear into him as the flames from the other heads began to burn him severely. "No! I'll die unless I do something!" As Kanra struggled, a red and white blur flew past him and the other six heads of the Hydra fell from there rightful place on it's body. The Hydra backed off of Kanra and screeched in pain. "Do it now kid, destroy it." Kanra swung his blade, cutting off the last head and cut through the body and penetrating it's heart. "Gotcha!" The Hydra then disappeared and Kanra's level had gone up to 45, he then turned. "Hey, thanks for the he-..." Kanra looked around, but there was no one within sight. "There's no one here? That can't be right..." Kanra thought about the blur he saw earlier. "It was moving too fast for me to even see, I'm sure what ever that was, it helped me get out of that situation. I wonder... could that have been that 'BloodEdge' guy?" Kanra thought for a while before shrugging and looking over towards the chest. "Oh well, I should just get back on task. So, if I grab this item in the chest and take it back to the NPC in town, I should be rewarded with a Job Extension." Kanra kicked the chest open and was rewarded with a magical item. "Alright, now to head back to town." Kanra walked over to the Chaos Gate and used it to warp to town, continuing straight towards the Quest shop to hand in the magical item and claim his reward. Back at the area, a man with snow white hair, a red jacket worn over half of his body with black with a set of black bandaging over his right arm and his right eye closed. "So, I guess Kanra wasn't as good as I had hoped. He has potential, but if 'Tri-Edge' gets him before 'BloodEdge' does, then I have a problem. Speaking of 'BloodEdge', I have an appearance to make at tonight's title match for the Demon Palace tournament, guess I'll go give the crows what they really want and show them why they call me 'BloodEdge'."

Rosario got to the tower. She was right at the bottom. The tower was pretty tall. It was exactly 125 floors tall. Many said that the top floor had the most beautiful view of the entire area,even though it was about the virtual clouds. Rosario looked down at the paper. "And the floor level is..."Rosario muttered. He jaw dropped. "100?!"Rosario asks. Now she wondered if she were to read the details before taking this on. She then shook her head. "Whatever. This is nothing!"Rosario says as she flipped her hair. She then took out her dual blades. She blushed as she noticed that they were the honeysuckle blades that Kanra had given her. She squealed and hugged them. She then looked up at the stairs. "Alright,better get going."Rosario says as she started to run up the stairs. Not only did she had to go up alot of stairs. But she had to FIND them in each floor as well. She reached to the second floor and walked around looking for the other pairs of stairs. She then saw that they were at another room across a hallway. "huh,this might be easier than I thought!"Rosario says as she took a step. Just then monsters appeared everywhere. She growled. "****,monster house."Rosario says as she spun the blades. The monsters attacked her. Rosario jumped into the air and spun her blades sending fiery slashed towards the monsters. She landed on one monster and jumped onto the other. She slashed its head and was then slammed down by another monster. They were 8 in total. Rosario quickly stood on her feet. They were way above her level. Her eyes narrowed and smirked madly. She ran up straight at one of them. She dodged a few attacks andjumped onto its arm. The monster flipped its arm way up. Rosario used this as she was sent flying up. She turned down to them and took out a red spheres that would grant her attacks to be 30% more powerful for the rest of the battle. Rosario had the crystal as she flew down towards them. She slammed her heel down against a monster's head and then slammed her blades against it. Sending back and forth. She blocked an attack with her blade and spun. Kicking the monster away. She then backflipped as she slashed away another of the 7 monsters. She dodged a few times and blocked at the same time. "(I won't be underestimated.)" She was sent slammed against a wall. The creatures got ready to shoot a beam straight at her. Rosario's eyes seemed to have a special glow as she slashed the creatures off. She roared and started to spin,making herself a little tornado of blades as she slammed and slashed around the creatures all over the room. "(I won't be lower than Kanra!)"Rosario thinks as a blush could be noticed.

Kanra arrived back at the Quest Shop and handed in the item to a NPC that was waiting for him. "For your brave efforts in recovering this legendary item, I shall reward you!" The area around Kanra became blue and detached from the game server. "What the...?" Kanra's player character was then lifted into the air slightly as it was surrounded by a glowing blue orb, the soon shattered a few seconds later, leaving Kanra's outfit slightly altered and a new weapon in his hands as he rejoined the server. "Alright! I finally got the Edge Punisher class! It reminds me of a great sword class in other RPGs." Kanra looked at his new sword as it was clearly taller than the size of his character. "You've got to love video game logic, haha." Kanra swung the sword with both hands a little before placing the sword at a diagonal position on his back. "Alright, now to find Rosario and show her my new Job Extension, she's sure to be impressed. It seems that she is only, but I guess she must be busy doing a Quest. Ahh well, I can wait around here for the time being until she comes back."

Time spent: Lost count. Levels rosen: Er,maybe 12? Lost count of that too. Suprisengly though,Rosario while still at it as she was running up a flight of stairs. She slashed away monsters as they attacked towards her. "Out of my way!!!"Rosario roared as she slashed it in half. She ran up the flight upstairs. After what seemed hours in her time,she was already panting heavily. Her hair a bit of a mess. She looked around a bit mad. "Ok,where the hell is this eve thing?!"Rosario asks. She walked around the floor. It was pretty quiet. To quiet for her tatse though. She walked around and searched through the rooms. Most of them were just randon rooms with beds in them. Eventually she found one that had a throne in it. On the throne there was a golden chest. Rosario seemed to breath in relief. "This must be it."Rosario says. She walked over to the chest and opened it up. Inside was a gorgeous emerald color crystal in the shape of a rose. Rosario picked it up and whistled. "Wow. This is really pretty."Rosario says smiling as she rose it up to get a good look at it. Just then the ground started to tremble. She looked around and turned to see this HUGE creature. It was so big it reached the tall cieling of the floor. Rosario took a step back and watched as the creature roared loudly. "Uh oh."

 

~20 minutes later in game time~

 

Rosario appeared back at the plaza. She whistled as she dragged a giant,eyeball,by a rope. Plus the eve that she was sent to retrieve. The eyeball was the item dropped by the creature...well,if by dropped you mean RIPPED. Rosario smirked as she looked around. Going through all those floors definately made her feel stronger,and nothing satisfied Rosario/Rose more than to being better than someone around her. She flipped her hair. "That's right,keep walking newbs! That reminds me,I better contact that guy who setted this up.."Rosario muttered. She then stared down at the eve. She winked at it and smirked. "It is so beautiful though,I could definately sell it for a big profit."Rosario says. "That won't be nessesary." Rosario turned to see a player standing behind her. He was covered in this studnning armour. Its eyes were blood red and he had white/silvery hair. Not to mention,he had freaking adorable cat ears. Rosario stared. The player pointed at the eve. "My name is Akso354. I bealive that is my request."The player says. Rosario took out the paper and read it. "Um,yeah,I guess so."Rosario says. The player quickly enough grabbed the eve and the paper and then handed her a golden ore for her to enhance her weapons. "Thank you. I am far to busy to get that for myself."Akso says. Rosario glared. "Whatever."Rosario says. Akso down at her. "You're a nasty one."Akso says. Rosario glared. "ESCUSE ME?!" "Nothing. Please forget I spoke."Asko then walked away. "Now hold on a seco-"Rosario says when she stopped on her tracks. She noticed his level. It was 307. Way beyond her level. Rosario glared as the players just stared before continue walking. "(What player doesn't have times with that kind of level?)" Rosario decided to forget about it but keep a close eye on that user. She walked over to the bridge and looked down onto the river. She saw her reflection and her messy hair. "Oh man! If Kanra sees me like this I'm going to scare him away!"Rosario says as she proceeded to fix her hair as best as possible.

Kanra carried on looking at the slightly changed design of his Player Character. "Nothing's changed really... My hair has gotten a little spikier and more anime-like. Other than that, the only difference is the huge sword on my back." Kanra walked around until he eventually found Rosario trying to fix herself up. "Hey!" As Kanra arrived, he noticed that Rosario was dragging around an eyeball by a piece of rope. "What's with the eyeball? Did you get it from a rare enemy or something?" Kanra crouched slightly to inspect the eyeball. "Seems like this is a rare item, it'll probably sell for a high price." Kanra stood up straight and smiled at Rosario. "That must have been really tough to acquire, good job." Kanra said with a smile and a thumbs up. "Oh yeah, looks at this! I got a new Job Extension!" Kanra showed Rosario his new great sword which barely managed to stay attached to his back. "Pretty cool, right? I've become tons stronger now that I'm both a Blade Brandier and an Edge Punisher." Kanra said with a big smile. (I wonder if she'll consider coming with me to the Arena in the Omega server? Maybe it's worth a try...) Kanra scratched the back of his head a little nervously. "So I heard about this player who's nickname is 'BloodEdge' and he's having a title match at the arena in the Omega Server. I was just wondering if you wanted to head over there and watch with me. They say this character looks a lot like mine and it kind of peaked my interest. So, how about it?"

Rosario looked up and saw Kanra. Her eyes seemed to light up in a sparkle. "Oh Kanra,hello!~"Rosario says. She heard him and smiled as she pulled on the eye. "Just something something that I managed to get in a request from a player on here. His mission was difficult,and he himself is so wierd!"Rosario says as she then flipped her hair,not caring who could hear. She looked at Kanra and heard him talk about his job extension and his new weapons. "That's amazing,Kanra! You're really advancing in this game really nicely!~"Rosario says as she stared at him. Her eyes then narrowed. She had this game before he had,when they met,he was a newb. However,in a matter of days,weeks,he had reached extremely close to her level without really trying very hard. He seemed a natural at this. This had Rosario a bit worried,especially how she was,and after seeing the highscores at the arcade. "(I need to talk to Kanra about that soon.)"Rosario thinks. She looked up at him and smiled. " 'Bloodedge' huh? Sounds interesting. I guess we can go see. It'd be fun to see another player's strategies. Plus,we get to compare eachother. Haha~"Rosario says as she smiled. "Lead the way,Kanra~"Rosario says. She felt happy around him,but also worried.

Kanra smiled at Rosario and turned slightly. "Alright, let's get going!" Kanra then began walking as Rosario followed behind him. (I somehow got the feeling that she wasn't pleased that I had leveled up. Maybe I'm pretty new here and I'm leveling up like crazy, even getting a Job Extension... Maybe I should take it more slowly next time.) Kanra stretched his arms into the air before looking over his shoulder. "Hey, have you been to the Omega Server before? Kami told me about it. saying that the place is filled with Player Killers who enjoy defeating others. But, the guy we're going to see is a Player Killer Killer, a Player that kills other Player Killers. To be honest, I don't know what to expect from this guy, he sounds like a total mystery." The two arrived at the Chaos Gate and prepare to warp to the Omega Server. "Alright, here we go." The two teleported and appeared in a new area which was with lights in the night sky with a large moon hovering over the Arena that could be seen in the distance. "So, this is the Omega Server, Lumina Cloth, eh? It's awesome! The night air and search lights completely fit the feeling for a fighting arena. Alright, now let's go and see-..." "BloodEdge!" Kanra turned his head and saw a bunch of fans in a crowd around a single player. "I can't see him, there are loads of people in the way." The people began to part as a Player with a blood red jacket, snow white hair and black bandaging bound tightly around his right arm came walking through. "So... this is him... 'BloodEdge'." Kanra stared at the Player as he continued walking towards the check in counter, there was something... odd, about the Player. There was definantly no way of wearing half a jacket and bind the other arm with tight black bandages. "That guy... he's not a normal player and for some reason, I can't read what level he is." Kanra looked back at Rosario as BloodEdge had entered the arena. "Let's hurry to the stands to see the match, I want to see BloodEdge in action." kanra hurried off towards the arena in order to watch the title match.

Rosario watched as BloodEdge walked by. "Wow,he does look like you,Kanra."Rosario says. She then noticed he wasn't there anymore. He was hurrying to the stands. "H-Hey! Wait up,Kanra!"Rosario says as she hurried up and followed him to the stands. She bumped into a few people. She could see a line of competitors signing up. Rosario walked up the stands and manage to reach Kanra. "Hey,Kanra,like,go slow. I'm not that fast."Rosario says as she satted down. She flipped her hair and turned to see a bunch of girls muttering and gawshing over the guy by the name of Bloodedge. She scoffed. "(What does Bloodedge have that I don't? I could totally beat him if I wanted to...)"Rosario thinks. She then thought of the white haired guy with cat ears that she met a few moments ago. She turned. "(What a creep.)"Rosario thinks. She then looked up at Kanra and smiled. "I can't wait to see you next weekend,Kanra. We're gonna have so much fun hanging out and talking about "The World" and other stuff."Rosario says. She blushed. "I went to the arcade and saw your name on the top of the lists of all the video games...I never knew you were so good,Kanra."Rosario says.

Kanra smiled and looked over at Rosario. "You saw those? You must have been in town this afternoon because I did that this morning. I can't believe that we might have passed each other without even knowing it." Kanra then looked back down at the arena. "Anyway, it didn't take that much to beat those scores, if you were there earlier, you probably would have beaten them too." Kanra suddenly stared as everyone began to quiet down. "It's starting..." "Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, the Demon Palace Title Match has finally arrived. As you all know, team Tri-Disaster has made it far enough to claim the Demon Palace Tournament, but do they have enough strength to surpass our Champion?" Three Players suddenly appeared within the arena, waving at the crowd. "There is our Tournament winners, Team Tri-Disaster, led by Spirit and his team mates, Ciel and Haru who's levels are 157, 142 and 149." Kanra stared at Team Tri-Disaster for a while. "Those guys look pretty strong, they'd beat us in a flash because of the level difference." Then, on the other side of the arena, BloodEdge made his entrance. "And as you all now folks, our reigning champion, the one without a level, The Grim Reaper, Ragna the BloodEdge!" The crowd was literally going wild as Ragna had arrived and Kanra only stared longer. "Ragna... The BloodEdge? His name is Ragna? With a nick name like Grim Reaper? I'm starting to get chills... Somehow, this seems like a really one sided fight. It's three against one and I think that the one has the best chance of winning." Ragna looked up and around at the crowd, not waving to them or anything, but simply looking until stopping at a single spot before nodding. "Who's he nodding to? It must be a friend or something..." Ragna looked across towards his enemies before taking out a great sword in his left hand, his right hand not moving even an inch. Spirit, Ciel and Haru looked slightly nervous before taking out their weapons. Spirit took out a scythe, Ciel took out a pair of twin blades and Haru took out a great sword. "A Flick Reaper, a Twin Blade and an Edge Punisher... Got it." "Alright, let the title match... begin!"

 

As soon as the commentator said begin, Ciel and Haru came running at Ragna with their weapons before splitting up and attacking Ragna from the sides. Ragna managed to block the attacks from Ciel and shifting his weight in order to slip under the swipe of Haru's blade before kicking Ciel backwards and regaining his original position. Ragna then went on the attack towards Haru who was still stood close by, swinging his blade from left to right. Haru countered the attack and managed to parry, hoping to drive his great sword through Ragna, but at the last second, Ragna had crouched slightly and swept Haru off his feet with a scythe that had appeared withing his hand. "It looks like has used the Multi-Trigger skill that only a maximum Adept Rouge can pull off, switching between weapons instantaneously." Ragna swung his black scythe, cutting clean through Haru and reducing his health to zero in a single hit. "Haru is down, only Spirit and Ciel remain." As Ragna's back was turned, he was rushed by Ciel from behind and was slashed a few times in the back. Ragna's player suddenly began to fade as it seemed to be some sort of after image. "You think that I let my guard down?" Ciel turned to see that Ragna was the one standing behind him. In response, Ciel swiped his Twin Blades at Ragna, but Ragna continuously blocked every attack only using his left hand as he now had his own Twin Blades equipped. Ciel began running from Ragna to try and gain some distance, but Ragna ran after him. The two clashed attacks over and over, sending sparks flying through the air until Ciel was eventually pushed backwards. "If you think you can out run me then you can forget it." Ciel gritted his teeth and tightened his grip on his blade, Ragna was still only using his left arm as it seemed that neither his right arm or eye was even working. "Maybe I should get serious about this..." Ragna lifted his left arm up and somehow blocked a large scythe which was about to be brought down on top of his head. "The Leader, it's about time you started fighting. You've already lost a single member of your team and none of you have been able to touch me yet. Just face it now and save yourselves the embarrassment, you are not going to win." The Twin Blade in Ragna's hand then transformed into his great sword and he suddenly sent Spirit skidding backwards. "Now... I'll take this seriously." Ragna's right arm which had remained dormant for the entirety of the match had now begun to move until he held it over his right eye. Ragna's arm moved out of the way of his face and showed a pulsing red right eye as his right arm dropped dead once again. "Now, let's finish this..." Ragna's body suddenly began moving at super speed, even for the game's standards as he tore through Ciel with a single slice. "Blood-Scythe, Activate!" A blood red aura suddenly rose from Ciel's Player and was absorbed into the sword, causing it to glow with a red pulse. "There it is everyone, the mighty weapon Blood-Scythe with it's ability to turn damage dealt into super boost for all stats. The more damage dealt, the more your stats are multiplied." Spirit looked like he was backing away from Ragna as he heard the ability of Blood-Scythe. Ragna began walking towards Spirit as he backed up against the edge of the arena. "Pathetic..." Ragna suddenly disappeared from view before being spotted in mid-air, bringing his sword down in an overhead position. "Inferno..." Ragna landed down on the ground in front of Spirit, cracking thr ground underneath him from the pressure and bringing his sword downwards, cutting right through Spirit and causing a large explosion in the immediate area. "... Divider!"

 

It took around a minute for all the smoke surrounding Ragna and Spirit to disperse, but Ragna could clearly be seen as the one still standing as Spirit lay down on the ground. "And the match is over! The unstoppable Ragna does it again and pulls off an amazing victory! It seems that his mysterious right eye has yet again closed and his right arm is not moving any more, I guess that means this fight is well and truly over. Congratulations to our still reigning Demon Palace champion, Ragna The BloodEdge!" The crows cheered as Ragna left the arena and the other players that had been defeated were also leaving. Kanra stared at the arena, still trying to figure out what he had just seen. "I just... don't understand this... What the hell just happened? An Edge Punisher shoud not have that level of speed and I've never heard of a weapon with such an ability, it's unbelievable... and then his right eye and arm, what was up with that? He's so... he's so... overwhelmingly powerful! Those guys weren't weaklings, yet he managed to toy with them all the same." Kanra was getting frustrated for some reason. "How can someone be that good? I mean, it's almost as if he has god on his side..." Kanra turned at Rosario and scratched the back of his head before calming down. "Uhhh, sorry, kind of getting a bit worked up... Well did you enjoy the fight?" Kanra asked Rosario with a slightly nervous smile feeling that he was now inferior to Ragna.

Rosario stared at the battle. She had never seen a player so brutal. Not even she knew if it was possible. This only made her feel extremely weak at the moment,as if she was made out of glass. "Uh..."Rosario says. "(That player,that power...how,can I beat that...?!)"Rosario thinks. She clenched her fists a bit. "(I have to...beat that...I have to...no escuses.)"Rosario thinks as she glared at the arena. "It was...good."Rosario says. Though her obvious pride was making her twitch and burn on the inside. "I want to challenge him."Rosario says as she stood up. "That power,it was incredible. I need to know,how does he do it."Rosario says. She turned to Kanra. "Don't you think so Kanra? We should,spy on him,and find out his secrets."Rosario says sounding a bit excited of seeing such power in a video game. Rosario looked back at the arena. "Such power and so little time. I want to challenge him. Now."Rosario says as she suddenly darted off to do something pretty dumb,like facing Ragna out of the blue.
