(This is a 1X1 Rp between me and Stardustblade358, no one else may post here.)

 

This is a Rp that will take place inside the "The World" and everyday life on the outside

 

~Background~

 

"The World R:2" Is a popular MMORPG in which almost everyone plays. The server of the original game called "The World" was destroyed in a fire in the year 2015 and by the eve of christmas, "The World R:2" was released. It is the year 2016 and now, something has appeared within "The World" once again, making people fall into Comas.

 

~Classes~

 

"The World R:2" has a variety of classes in which the player can choose for their PC (Player Character). Here are the Classes available along with their strengths and weaknesses.

 

Adept Rogue - A class which uses multiple weapons from other classes in different situations. Leveling up takes more time for this class and each weapon chosen must be learned seperately. To choose the classes you'd like, the player is given 4 points to spend on their classes and you start with the class you choose first. To gain the other Classes, you must go through a 'Job Extend' Quest.

 

Blade Brandier (1 Point) - A class which wields a katana or fast pace like sword, it's strength and speed is above average and is a well rounded class.

 

Edge Punisher (1 Point) - A class that uses a huge double handed sword to fight. They are slower than most other classes but are capable of dealing incredible damage at higher levels

 

Twin Blade (1 Point) - A class which uses twin swords, it is the fastest class and allows for easy combos. They also have great agility in order to attack quickly, leaving no chance for a counter attack

 

Flick Reaper (2 Point) - A class which excells in mid-range combat, usually using scythes, which is able to swipe away any on-coming attacks from other close range classes. This class can however be over powered by long range attacks easily

 

Lord Partizan (2 Point) - A class that wields large lances with incredible piercing power. Their physical strength and defence are very high and they can cause the most immediate damage. However, they are weak against magic attacks and their levels go up the slowest.

 

Tribal Grappler (2 Point) - This class uses their own fists as weapons, along with gloves or knuckledusters, having high HP and agility for powerful, fast hits. Their defence is very low and this means the player has to keep an eye on the battle at all times.

 

Macabre Dancer (3 Point) - A class which allows the player to use both light and dark magic for healing and attacking purposes. The player levels up quickly, wielding large bladed fans in each hand along with the power to cast status ailments.

 

Harvest Cleric (3 Point) - The player learns spells for both healing and supporting quickly in this class, but very little attacking magic or physical strength can be gained. They also have high HP and Defence, wielding staves for casting magic.

 

Shadow Warlock (3 Point) - The player learns spells for both Attacking and inflicting Status ailments quickly in this class, but very little

healing magic or physical strength can be gained. They also have high HP and Defence, wielding books known as Grimoires for casting magic.

 

Steam Gunner (3 Point) - This class depends on guns which are best used at long range, but can be used to knock enemies away at close range with the bayonet on the end of their guns, which isn't very effective at dealing damage. This class has the greatest level of physical strength in "The World" when firing from the actual gun. They also have high HP and Defence.

3) All posts should be four to five lines long, if you go against this three times then you will be kicked

4) No quick grammar e.e. I'm going to 2 stab u = No!!!

Bio: Nate hasn't begun playing yet, but he has heard many good things from his class mates saying how "The World" is the greatest game to have ever existed. Nate is generally a quiet student, but everyone around him knows him as a top gamer who can complete any game. Although Nate is known as a great gamer, the title of 'greatest' in his class is undecided, as his class mate and rival gamer, Rose, constantly challenges him. Nate also lives at home alone, his parents send him money every month for rent and food in order for him to look after himself.

Reasons for playing "The World" : Nate heard it was a good game from his other class mates and decided to try it out.

Matt sat in his seat and noticed how Rose gave him the cold shoulder. (Hmmm, she's always acting that way towards any of the people who seem to be friends with Nate, or is it for me specifically today because of what I said this morning? Not like it matters, I just have to finish this lesson, get out of school and bring Rose to Nate. Nate's got the hard job, so I shouldn't be complaining.) Matt noticed that the lesson had started and began to get to work. After doing his work for a long enough time, Matt realised it was the end of the day. (Finally, it's time that I got this over with.) Matt sighed and got to his feet, getting his coat and scarff on. (It's winter time, popular events like Christmas and New Year will be popping up in people's conversations soon, wouldn't surprise me if I saw more people dating either. Nate's birthday is coming up soon as well, better get him something sinse no one else will, he might feel lonely if he didn't get anything.) Matt walked out of the class room and arrived out the front of the school's entrance. (Now all I have to wait for... is Rose. All I told her is to meet me here after school saying "We need to talk." I wonder how she interpreted that.) Matt says as he waited calmly with his hands in his pockets.

Aaron stood besides Rose as she was getting stuff out of her locker. "So Matt wanted to talk to you about something?"Aaron asks. "Yeah. I don't know what."Rose says. "Well this should be interesting."Aaron says. "I guess. I don't trust him very much,especially since he's friends that that Nate kid. So just incase..."Rose says as she got out of the locker and had boxing gloves on her hands. Aaron stared. He took off the boxing gloves off her. "Trust me,whatever he wants,it won't bring you any harm."Aaron says as he got the boxing gloves back in the locker and closed the door. "Now go."Aaron says. Rose whined and walked away. She walked up to the front of the school and saw Matt standing there. "What you need me for?"Rose asks as she nomed on pocky.

Matt stared at Rose for a few seconds before looking around. "Alright, follow me." Matt then began walking off and Rose followed, not having any idea what was going on. The two walked for a while and Matt didn't say a word, they then found themselves at the hospital. "I bet you're wondering why you're here. If you would just wait a little longer then you'll understand, just follow me." Matt then led Rose inside the hospital and they headed down the corridor, Matt suddenly came to a halt and pointed to the door next to him. "Go inside, someone wanted to see you." Matt said as he crossed his arms and rested against the wall.

Rose stared in confusion. Why would he take her to a hospital,better yet,who the hell was in the hospital that wanted to meet her? Rose stared as she felt slightly annoyed byy all of this. "Whatever,you're simply waisting my time!"Rose says as she flipped her hair slightly. She walked inside the room. "How ignorant can he be? I need to get back to "The Wo-"Rose says when she stopped dead on her tracks. Who she saw on the bead was no stranger. It was infact Nate River. Her rival. She stared at him as he was in a hospital bed,filled with bandages to cover his wounds. Rose stared in somewhat shock as she dropped her pocky. "N...Nate...?!"Rose asks. She stared at him up and down. "(Did I...did this?!)"Rose thinks as she took a step back.

Nate looked over at Rose a little surprised, mainly because she actually decided to show up. "H-Hey..." Nate then began to sit up in his bed, even though it hurt a little. "You're probably wondering why I'm in here or why I called you here..." Nate was finding it hard to talk because of how Rose always treats him, he was pretty much prepared to get shouted at any second. "Anyway, I called you here because... I need to... apologise. What I said in class two days ago, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for something else too..." Nate put his hand on top of one of his bandages. "You... thought you did this, didn't you?" Rose didn't seem to respond, still in shock. "Mmmm, looks like you thought you did do this. The truth is... I get bullied by a gang... often..." Nate looked down, bowing his head to Rose. "I made you feel guilty, making you think you did all this damage to me, I'm sorry." Nate bit his lip, he never thought that he would come to a point where he'd be bowing his head to her, but it was happening. "If you want to leave, then that's okay. Don't tell anyone at school that I get bullied... I don't want people to know..." Nate said biting his lip more as he kept his head facing down.

Rose stared. "N-Nate..."Rose says. She thought for a while and looked down slightly. "Um...well..."Rose says as she backed away slightly. She didn't knew what to do. She shook her head and stared. "(He's being bullied by a gang...? So it wasn't all here...)"Rose thinks. She closed her eyes. "(No. I can't simply show pity to this guy,he'll use my weakness against me!)"Rose thinks. She stared and glared. "Well...whatever! You should of told me of this before!"Rose says. She muttered and thought for a while. "You're an idiot,you know that?! You could just call the police or something! If you think I'm going to feel bad for you,it won't work!"Rose says as she made her hands fists. "I hate you! I hate you hate you hate you! You're just a wanna be player who wants all of the attention for himself!"Rose says as she turned,letting her pride make the best of her. "I won't be eluded by you and your techniques,you just want me to lower my game! Well you're wrong!"Rose says as she stormed out of the room and walked out to her home.

Nate watched as Rose stormed out his room, he stared for a while before smiling a little. "Why would I need her pity anyway, all I wanted to do was clear out my own problems." Nate sighed and looked back up at the door way. "You going to come in or what?" Matt then appeared at the door way as he had been waiting outside while Nate talked to Rose. "Well that went more smoothly than expected, I just hope she doesn't end up spreading it around the school." "Yeah." Nate sat quiet for a little more, Matt then clapped his hands together. "That reminds me, I need you to give me a legit reason why you're out of school." Nate sighed and waved his hand. "Just say I fell down the stairs and ended up in hospital." "There's no way that would work." "Then say they were steep stairs... made of concrete." Matt thought for a while before sighing. "You know, that might actually work. Well then, you want me to stop by your apartment and grab you anything?" "Do you mind getting my game visor and remote? I really need to catch up with "The World" and talking to Rosario will probably help me calm down." Matt frowned a little. "Fine, though you shouldn't really be playing games while you're in the hospital." Matt then headed for the door. "I'll be back later with your stuff, see ya when I get back." Matt then left to get Nate's stuff from his apartment.

Rose walked all the way home. She slammed the door closed and threw her backpack away. She stompped her way upstairs and took a quick shower as she then changed into her PJs. She satted down and turned on her TV and console. She had totally forgotten of the new game releases,or the old games she needed to finish. She was all focused on "The World". Rose got her visor on. "How dare he just act like that? If he thinks I'm gonna go slow cause he's in the hospital,he's got a whole other thing coming."Rose says as she logged onto "The World".

Rosario appeared in "The World". She looked around her and walked around. She checked up. "Kanra's not online..."Rosario says. She sighed. She walked around the market place. She saw that it was as busy as ever. Rosario walked around and walked over to the center of the market. She saw that there was this one shop where they were selling weapons and accesories. "I have worked hard to level up,I might as well treat myself to something."Rosario says. She walked over to the shop and looked around. There were so many weapons. She looked through their merchendise and eventually found one that fitted her budget. She pointed down at two red dual blades. "How much for those?"Rosario asks. The shop keeper turned to her. "50,000."The Shopkeeper says. Rosario stared and smiled. "I'll take it."Rosario says. She payed the shopkeeper and picked up the dual blades as she discarted her old ones. "Thank you,come again."The shopkeeper says. Rosario smiled as these would increase her power,and many of her other stats. She was aiming for a higher priced weapon,but not yet. She walked away.

Matt arrived back soon after with Nate's gaming equipment in a bag. "Don't push yourself too hard, alright. By the way Nate, your character is an Adept Rogue, right?" "Yeah, what about it?" "Well when you get to a high enough level, you should go on a 'Job Extend' quest. It's how an Adept Rogue progresses, you'll end up being able to use more than one set of weapons. After you go through your second Job Extend quest, you should unlock the Multi Trigger skill where you can switch between your three sets of weapons at will." "Hmmm, sounds interesting. I'll check it out when I get online." "I remember seeing one a while ago, you had to be at least level 20 to take part in it and the quests only show up once every month, so you'd better hurry up and take this oportunity." "Got it, I'll see you later then." "Alright, see ya." Matt then walked out of the room and Nate put his visor over his after he had left.

Kanra appeared in the center of town and looked around. "Let's see here, I need to level up a bit more sinse I haven't been online lately." Kanra checked up and noticed that Rosario was online. "Maybe she's here in town, I'm not surprised that she's online, I bet she's really hardcore at this kind of stuff." Kanra then began to run through the town and look around for Rosario, he then stopped when he saw her walking away from a shop. "Hey Rosario!" Kanra walked up to her with a smile. "I just got online, sorry I haven't been around lately. Anyway, let's go to an area and start leveling up, I need to increase my level if I want to get into that Job Extend Quest."

Rosario turned to Kanra. "Kanra you're ok!"Rosario says as she ran towards him and hugged him. She then letted go. "I was so worried. I thought something bad had happened to you,but then I remembered that you probably had a whole lot of important stuff t do in the real world so i didn't worry as much and so I mean I am just o excited and stuff I just can't wait and stuff and oh the joy and joy and joy-"Rosario says as she was very hyper and happy that Kanra was here. She then smiled and got closer to Kanra. "I'm just happy that I get to see you,it's been such a long week."Rosario says. She then thought for a while as she gave Kanra some space. "I lets go to the forestal area. Instead of taking the cave route we can take the one that leads into the darkest part of the forest. We're sure to level up there. Come on."Rosario says as she grabbed Kanra and dragged him away. "Lets go."Rosario says as the two teleported to the Forestal Area.

Kanra stared at Rosario with a blush as they appeared in the Forest Area. (I know this is all a game where players can meet and interract with each other, but for a second there... I thought she was gunna kiss me or something. Wierd... even though that is possible in this game because it's a game where the mind of the person enters their PC.) Kanra looked around with Rosario and saw some enemies up ahead. "Let's go level up by defeating those monsters over there, we can catch up while we're fighting, that sound good to you?" Kanra asked with a smile.

Rosario noded and smiled. "Yeah,lets go!"Rosario says as she jumped up and ran towards the creatures as she summoned her new blades. She smiled as she slashed towards the creatures. She had leveled up as Kanra hasn't been online,so she had learn a few more tricks. She slashed at the creature and killed it off easily. She turned to the other creature and slashed it around. She blocked with her blades and dodged as she slashed at the creature. She flipped back and charged foward and slashed. The creature dissapeared. Rosario turned to Kanra and stared at him with sharp eyes. "You better catch up."Rosario says as she ran off deeper into the forest and started to fight against creatures while at it. She dodged and slashed at them as she jumped around a bit building momentum. She was having fun while at it,just as Kanra had showed her,but maybe just a little..to much fun.

Kanra smiled and got his blade out, slashing at the monsters in order to destroy them. (Man, I hope I level up soon, Rosario is going to leave me in the dust otherwise.) Kanra slashed more monsters and destroyed more of them, it was as if they were just being killed off easily. "Come on!" Kanra then used a Rengeki on the last monster to destroy it, his Exp points then built up and he went up another level. "I really need a way to get leveled up more quickly! Hey Rosario, you know any good level grinding spots? I need to get to a high enough level for the Job Extend quest that should be popping up soon."

Rosario stared. She thought and pointed deeper into the forest. "There's a waterfall area deep in there,in a side road. Get there and you should encounter a Monster House,a whole bunch of monsters attacking at once. If you want to level up fast,that's the place to go,especially for your level."Rosario says smiling as she stared. She walked over to him and patted his shoulder. "I'll meet you up at the darkest part of the forest. There should be more monsters which I will be taking care of. WHo knows,maybe I'll need your help one day."Rosario says. SHe turned and flipped her hair. "Not that I need it!"Rosario says. She turned to Kanra and smiled. "See ya then."Rosario says as she ran off deeper into the forest and continued to fight against the creatures in order to level up.

Kanra watched as Rosario ran off, he then made his way deeper into the forest. "The darkest part of the forest huh? Only skillful players can kill the monsters in there because it's so dark, I wonder if I'll be able to see anything when I get down there." Kanra took out his blade and managed to sneak up on a group of enemies, killing them with ease. "Alright, if I keep this up, I'll reach level 20 in no time." Kanra carried on to fight his way through the forest until it began getting darker. "It's getting hard to see, I've got to watch out for sneak attacks." Kanra then managed to dodge an enemy and kill it, allowing him to level up again. "Alright, that puts me at level 13... where did Rosario go? I might be able to see her if it wasn't so dark, but I can't really do anything about that." Kanra said to himself looking around. "Rosario! Where are you?"

Rosario stood in the dark. She kept her hearing sharp. She heard a noise and quickly spun and slashed down another creature. She looked up and smiled as she closed her eyes. "Being able to not see a thing makes me feel more comfident for some reason."Rosario says. She then heard Kanra calling for her. Rosario looked around and heard Kanra's voice. She kept her eyes closed and then walked around. "I'm here!"Rosario says. She then moved her hands and managed to feel part of Kanra's clothing. She opened her eyes and could somewhat see a figure as she stood right infront of Kanra. She felt a blush creep on her. She bit her lip slightly. She then got on her top toes and kissed Kanra on the cheek. She then letted go,her face glowing red in a blush. Even though it wasn't visible in this dark. She blinked and then pretended as if nothing ever happened. "(Wow~)".

Kanra remained still trying to process what just happened. (What?! She just... did she really... do that?!) Kanra's face got red, but wasn't visible in the dark, he then gulped. "R-Rosario... did you just...?" Kanra asked as he held his hand to his face as he began to walk a little closer to the light. (I don't know what to do... I haven't found myself in a situation like this before... it would be fine if this was just a normal game, but this is an MMO! Rosario is a real person!) Kanra scratched his cheeck as it was still red. "Rosario! Where did you go? ... Did you really just... kiss my cheeck?"

Rosario blinked for a few times and kept walking as she moved her hands to feel around her. "What? NAW!~ I didn't,what makes you say that?"Rosario asks. She kept looking around and eventually found a tree. She knocked on it,it was hollow. She took out one of her dual blades and started to hammer the tree with it. Kanra insisted. "Listen Kanra,if someone kissed your cheek in here it wasn't me,I'm actually pretty busy trying to find us some light."Rosario says. She then stuck her hand inside the hollow tree and felt something. Crystals. She picked them up and dusted dust off them as she started to smash them together slight. Kanra insisted once more. "Kanra. For the last time. I am an experienced player that doesn't play around. I did not kissed your cheek. Maybe it was a fan girl,or a creature,or maybe it was just you and your illusions. But. It. Wasn't. Me."Rosario says as she smashed the crystals again and they lighted up,giving enough light to show that her and Kanra were facing eachother and that there was this huge 'Monster' creature right besides them. Monster reffering as it that it was the higher level than usually monsters are in this area. Rosario turned with wide eyes. "....crap."

Kanra looked over at the monster and his eyes narrowed as he took out his blade. "This is probably the boss for this area, so let's be careful." Kanra still managed to glimpse over at Rosario before looking up front. (Was it really not her? But what if... nah, there's no one else here in this area, it's just the two of us... maybe she's just acting shy or something. Whatever, she probably didn't even mean much by and just got random like she usually does, I should try not to take it as a big deal.) Kanra then ran around the back of the monster and began attacking it's back. (Attacking it from behind makes my attacks Critical Hits. So if I keep this up, we'll be able to take it out in no time at all.) Kanra smiled and carried on attacking, increasing his combo rate and performing succesful Rengekis. "Come on Rosario, let's take this guy down."

Rosario looked up and noded. She spun her blades. "Lets go."Rosario says. The creature roared and attack foward. Rosario jumped to the side and dodged. She then charged straight up towards the creature. She slashed it a few times. The creature roared and slammed its paw against Rosario. Rosario couldn't dodge in time and was sent flying back and crashing against a tree. She grunted and stood up. She looked up as the tree dissapeared and re-appeared in data. Rosario stood up and looked at the creature growling. "That didn't hurt!"Rosario says as she attacked towards the creature once more. She slashed it around and then high kicked it before slamming her blades on its head. The creature roared and slammed Rosario down against the ground. It then picked her up and threw her off. Rosario crashed against a few more trees. She dropped the crystals and it turned off. "Crap."Rosario says. Everything was now completetly dark. She stood on her feet. "Be careful Kanra."Rosario says. There was silence. Then without warnibg the creature slammed Rosario against Kanra. Rosario stood up as her HP was beginning to lower down. "Kanra,I can't see a thing,I don't know where it is anymore."Rosario says. She growled. "It doesn't even make any noise either..."

Kanra looked over at Rosario and noticed her HP getting low. "Here!" Kanra then gave Rosario a health syrum which got some of her HP back, he smiled and laughed slightly. "Looks like the day when I could finally help you arrived." Kanra looked around again and listened carefuly for the next time it attacked. "Listen, if we dodge and attack right after that, we can hit it. I lowered it's health quite a bit when I was attacking it earlier, so one good Rengeki should take it down for good." Kanra said as he got his blade ready in his right hand, he then jumped out of the way when the monster came rushing in for him on his right and managed to get behind him. "Gotcha! Rengeki, Lateral Moon!" Kanra then attacked the monster in multiple places before dealing one large swipe across it, killing it. "Looks like that did it, I leveled up to level 15 this time." Kanra walked over to Rosario, picking up the crystals on the ground to light the place back up. "We should head for the beast temple and get the treasure there."

Rosario noded. "Right."Rosario says. She stood up and the two walked off to the deepest part of the forest. It was so dark,not even the crystals were enough to light them much anymore. They then reached at the very end of the forest. They could see some light coming from it. "Look,some light. Finally!"Rosario says as she hurried over to it. As they both got closer and closer they realized where the light was coming from. There was this huge tree standing there. It was glowing as it was sorrounded by glowing butterflies,resting on the tree itself. Rosario stared total awe. "Wow...it's...beautiful..."Rosario says. They walked up and stared. Rosario saw as some butterlies flew around them. One satted down on her head. Rosario smiled. She then stared and saw a chest. "There it is."Rosario says. She walked over to it and took out her blade. She smacked the chest as it flung open. She stared at it and blinked. She smiled. "Look!"Rosario says. She took out a whicked black and white sword. She stared and stared at it. "It's called 'Darker than dark'. It will give you 10 extra points of streanght in defense."Rosario says. She looked over at Kanra. "You could keep it or we could sell it."Rosario says.

Kanra looked at the sword and then up at Rosario. "Uhhh, thanks, this might come in handy." Kanra held his hand out slightly and the weapon went to his inventory. "Alright, let's head back to Mac Anu, there might be other stuff for us to do while we're at it." Kanra then walked with Rosario back to the chaos gate and teleported them back to town. "Well that was fun and my level went up quite a bit. We should try a harder area next time and level up some more." Kanra looked up slightly and stared off into space, he then looked back at Rosario. "Hey, just curious but what exactly do you think of me? I've never really made a friend that I haven't met face to face before." Kanra asked as he crossed his arms.

Rosario stared and blushed. "Well."Rosario says. She turned and rubbed the back of her head. "You taught me how to have fun while playing...I really am enjoying myself as playing."Rosario says. She turned and stared as she moved some hair out of her eyes. "Well...so far,I feel like...you're one of the few people who can understand me."Rosario says as she turned and looked up. "Many people critisize my way of playing,becoming the best,they always challenge me only to critizize me after. You are one of the few people who seem to understand my point of view."Rosario says. She smiled and looked up at him. "You just seem like a really nice guy ya know. Each day I come online not just to play,but to be able to talk to ya. I dunno. Being able to just see you online and play with you on here makes the day worth it."Rosario says as she looked down slightly. "Even though it is only a game,you're real somewhere,and that's enough for me. You're a really good friend,Kanra."Rosario says as she smiled.

Kanra blinked a couple of times and scratched the back of his head. "Sounds like you think pretty highly of me, I... don't really know what to say to that." Kanra stared at Rosario as his thought drifted off again. (Yep, there's no denying it, she's definantly the one who kissed my cheeck in the forest.) Kanra then shook his head and focussed slightly. "Well, uhhh... you're a good friend too Rosario..." Kanra turned away and crossed his arms. "I'm not very good at expressing my feelings like you can, so you'll have to forgive me. If you had met me six months ago during the summer, I can pretty much guarantee that we wouldn't get along. I was... really different back then, I used to look down on everybody. But after the Tri-Edge incident... with my little sister... I changed. I wasn't the same anymore... in fact, I began acting like my sister once did." Kanra looked down. "I became quiet instead of noisy, dependant instead of lazy and most of all... I started to become lonely... lonely like my sister was." Kanra looked up at Rosario.
