On a parallel world, in a alternate reality of the Soul Eater universe, that takes place, around the time both Maka and Soul have collected 99 Kishin Souls before going on to try and at least collect a last 100 Soul, that must be a Witch's Soul, in order for them to both become a Death Scythe Meister and a Death Scythe Weapon respectively, so that Soul can one day be wielded by lord Death/Shinigami, in case if there was ever a situation where lord Death/Shinigami would need one of his Death Scythes to combat a serious threat, does a illegal activity take place, both strange and mysteriously, within the walls of Death City, of which, both owners of Kishin and Witches Souls alike have been holding illegal fights to the death, to determine which one among the Kishin Soul owners is rightfully worthy of becoming the next full Kishin, like Asura before them, to find a way to stop these dreadful fights, that are known as the "Psycho Bashes" by those who are connected to them, does lord Death/Shinigami have a secret elite unit of the DWMA/Shibusen students, known as the "Za Rihi Kami" platoon, at least try and find a way to put an end to the Psycho Bashes before they can effect not just the innocent people of Death City but also the entire world itself and now, let the story begin!
