Well I'm not sure I can help much but I would just start hanging out with him just as friends and see if you really do like him and see if he likes you back. It's kinda hard I know but if you really want to know if he likes you..go make one of your friends to go over to him and ask if he likes you.

Thats probably the only two things you could do. Unless you're totally outgoing and you could just walk right up to him and ask.
