In the beginning, all concepts and rules of the world seemed explainable and simple, and both science and magic had been known to our world and existed in harmony. Until one day, mysterious wormholes appeared around the world, which now acts as a gateway into another universe much like our own except where evil and chaos mostly reigns supreme, and the government has become an anarchy and the police forces to scared to do anything. Some brave (or reckless) souls have chosen to explore this new realm, and people from the other universe vice versa. It is later discovered that all the people from the newly discovered realm have an opposite to them in our world, and to those of us who discover our opposites would refer to them as their "Hantai Soku" (meaning opposite soul in Japanese).

The rp will start with the beggining of the wormholes appearing. Why have the worm holes appeared? What are the Hantai Soku's intentions? The reason for the wormholes have not been discovered, and there may never be a straight forward answer for the Hantai Soku's, as they all have their own agendas.

 

Rules:

•Basic RP rules, no god modding, controlling other people's characters without permission or killing off other people's characters without permission

•When you make your character sheets, if you want a Hantai Soku for your character, you must make a character sheet for both your main character and their Hantai Soku. The first character sheet should be the one you'll consider your main character, and the second will be the Hantai Soku, should you choose to have one. 

•When making your Hantai Soku, it is recommended that you make him/her as polar opposite to your main character as possible. From personality, to the color of their clothes. The more polar opposite, the better. And your main character doesn't have to be good, it can be evil if you choose

•To avoid confusion, the Hantai Soku should probably have a different name then your main character, unless you have a creative solution to this

•So our characters aren't seperately for most of the Rp, everyone will be in the same unnamed town, so we will all at least encounter each other sooner and at least once

•To show that you have read the rules, put your favorite food at the bottom of the sign up sheets.

Bio: straight A student in his Sophomore year, he was accepted into a police accademy where he has mastered his fire/lightning magic and has learned to combine it with his ranged weapons that he prefers to use. One of the wormholes appeared near the academy, and school was let out on account of the chaos that has been beginning to happen.

 

Leon's Hantai Soku:

Age: 16

Weapon (if applicable): A katana through which he combines his magic with

Abilities (if applicable): Specializes in water/ice magic

Alignment: Evil

Bio: Left on the streets to die when he was just a baby, a criminal mastermind took him under his wing to raise as his own. He grew up learning how to take whatever he wanted right under people's noses, and became a notorious and skilled thief. Unfortuneatly his guardian was killed while doing a job, and at 16, Exavier is once again on his own, making money by working for other criminals. A wormhole has also mysteriously appeared near his city, and is considering whether or not to enter it.

Naja just groaned as Ragnarok walked off. "Just a lost cause then, unless......." Naja said to himself. Naja then turned to the direction Ragnarok was going. "The pay will have you set for 200 years!" called Naja.

 

(Jason)

 

"Well, i wont think to far ahead, but i'm gonna figure out who Naja is working for....and above all else, find out why he wants to recruit all these people." said Jason.

Ragnarok

 

He simply waved his hand and continued walking. The distance seemed long, though he didn't care, for all he wanted to do was get to where he was going. He thought to himself (Why the hell is everyone bothering me, today of all days...) His thoughts kept to himself, he continues walking.

Eugene said, "We've gotta find our others, and tell them that our bodies are connected, though I doubt that they'll listen to us, so how do we persuade them to believe us ."

[Leon]

Leon shrugged. "I don't know, I can't even begin to figure out where to find my Hantai Soku, let alone get him to listen to me. Knowing me, I know that I'd most likely be stubborn to accept the idea."

 

[Exavier]

Exavier decided to follow Naja and try to find out what his intentions were as well as what was going on,

"Hey you!" He called out to Naja. "What's going on? What're you doing here? I know you aren't from here."

(Naja)

 

"Well, if you know i'm not from here, then you should know WHY i'm here." said Naja as he turned around. Naja then recognized the guy. "Well well, look who it is, it's that petty thief i've been looking for....i've been meaning to ask if you would sign up to be an agent of the government of our world, with your talents, you would steal enemy intel, all we ask is that you follow orders without question....i was originally ordered to hunt you down and bring you in, but accept the offer, and my boss says that you can steal to your hearts content, whatever you want, no consequence....whatta ya say?" asked Naja as he turned back to his normal form with a white, deathly looking face, red monk-like clothing and a navy blue sash going from his left shoulder to his right hip.

[Exavier]

Exavier considered the offer. "I think you know I can escape from you guys if you even attempt to capture me, I've done it many times before. And I heard you giving the same offer to that guy over there. So what are your intentions for recruiting people? What do you really want out of this?"

Zephyr replied " I'm going to go find my opposite and make sure he doesn't get into any trouble." With that he left the house.

 

Terra Continue to wander the city he then noticed Ragnarok Walking away from naja. " Maybe I should drop in and say hi." He stomped on the ground and a crack in the earth separated the 2.

(Naja)

 

"What i want, no, what my employers want, is control, ya see, i'm only the way you see me now, because i was born dead, my employers gave me life, and an offer i couldn't refuse, they offered me more than life and strength, they offered me the opportunity to rule over my own country when we rule both worlds, and when i rule one, i rule the same land in the other world, they offered me rule over Japan itself, land of assassin's of old, land of the way of the ninja......they can offer you the same thing....you have a long list of theft charges that my employers consider worthy of THEIR penalty, which you and i both know, is death, not only will my offer give you governmental immunity for any crime thereafter, but it is also an escape from that penalty....i can help you there, i should also mention that our WEEKLY wages would make stealing look like a children's activity." said Naja.

After thinking the situation through, Haru walked out to the others. "I am Haru, and I heard you guys talking about these 'opposites'. Well...If you come to think of it I think that Natsuki might be my opposite." Haru said to the group which she came up on earlier.

Terra began to angered and stomped again the crack between ragnarok and naja widen to about a yard.

Ragnarok

 

He looked at the angry earth breaking person for a second, then continued to walk. He didn't care for little abilities such as earth or others, for he really only needed his power, since he's trained with it for many years.

"You dare walk away" terra made another crack splitting off from the other to ragnarok's direction. It was twice as long as the last one and went right below his feet.

[Leon]

Leon looked towards the little girl who seemed to be about 4 or 5 years younger than him.

"You found your Hantai Soku? But how, did you do something? Did she know you guys shared a soul? Was she really the opposite to you?" He realized again how young she was and felt terrible to of asked her many questions. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get all anxious. Let's start with a basic question. How did you know she was your... Hantai Soku?" He asked more friendly.

 

[Exavier]

He looked back at Naja with eyes of irritation. "Your 'employers penalties' don't scare me, you and I both know the government went to crap a long time ago. You act like I steal because I want to. No, I steal because I have to. I steal because I'm a good at lying. I steal because... Because..." Exavier looked away again, for he felt making eye contact with him might make him snap. "I steal, because it's all I know how to do." He thought about his guardian, the criminal mastermind, how he was the closest thing to family to him, and how quickly he left the world all too soon.

Ragnarok

 

He jumped up, a mini black wing let him in a float. "Are you gonna stomp like a little kid who want's his candy?" He smiled, havent having a laugh in the longest time.

"Sorry myself, I think she had an off connection with me she did not seem like others." Haru sighed.

Terra laughed a little "glad to be of service!!!" He reached his hand up and a giant rock hand rose from the ground. He closed his hand and the rock and did the same, griping Ragnarok in the process.

Mystogan walked around some random town and examine the town.-according to this place,this place is name magnolia.....well,i think i have to begin searching for her....-Mystogan said as he walk around the town.after all the examine that mystogan goes,none of the people knows who the girl he look for including that he examine around the school by secretly.then,Mystogan sit at the roof at some building.-sigh.....oh well,then again....this world is too big to find.....but i'm not give up....huh?-Mystogan saw a strange wormhole coming at the mountain near outside the town.-looks like i need to go there....-Mystogan.then,Mystogan's feet fill with lightning powers and run with a lightning speed by running and jumping through the building.

 

Meanwhile,the wormhole was open and then it has been closed.suddenly,there's a man walking through the forest at the mountain.-it looks like i have come from a new world.....a new era......and a new everything.....-the man said.then,Mystogan arrived at the mountain and see a man that standing.-you.....state your name....-Mystogan said as he drawing his staff.-you......Jellal.....-the man said as his eyes turn to red and fill with dark aura around him.then,the man creates many demons and surrounded Mystogan.-you.....you are the one......will worthy for me....show your strength....Jellal...-the man said as Mystogan ready to fight the demons.-how did he know.....my real name?i can't supposed to show my real name.....after all,i am a Slave Wizard.....but whatever the cost,i think i should fight him and his demons....-Mystogan said as he began to fight....

"To tell you the truth, i'm not a big fan either, that was THEIR offer, now consider mine, all I shall ask you to do, is figure out what my employers are truly planning to do with me when this is over, once you do, if you report it back to me, that'll be the end of it, unless you wish to permanently stick around." said Naja.

 

(Jason)

"Alright, i gotta head out and figure out where Naja is, and then find out what he's really up to." said Jason.

Ragnarok

 

He simply frowned. "What the hell... this all you can do?" his words of anger and disappointment, for in a single moment, the rock hand cut vertically in half, and Ragnarok, with a sword no one ever saw in hand, against Terra's throat. "Unless you show me something new, then I will defeat anything you throw at me. Now be a smart idiot, and get out of my way." the sword disappeared from his hands, the darkness consumed it then drifted away, disappearing. He walk past Terra and continued moving forward.

Eugene said, "And I'm going to try to find my hantai soku."

 

(Gray)

 

This is incredible. Gray said as he was walking through the town when he saw people about to fight. One of them is trying to move away and the other one is obviously not of this world like me. Maybe I should hang back until something major happens.

Mystogan defeated many demons that the man created.-tell me,what's your name,truly....-Mystogan said.-my name.....well,for a person like you want to know.....attack me,then i'll answer....-the man said.then,Mystogan use his staff and attack the man but he was protected by some dark barrier.then,Mystogan use his magic to the man.-Blazing Lightning!-Mystogan said as he use his magic and attack and it was leave a scratch on him.-congrats.....you're the first ever.....to make a scratch on me....now,i'll show you my own....-the man said as he use Death Magic.-Death Wave!-the man said as he use wave and attack all around him.-Five Elements Shield!-Mystogan said as he create a shield with five elements of magic.then,Mystogan was saved but the forest around him have all died including the animals.-this is.....extraordinary....-Mystogan said as he shocked.-oh well....it seems that you not worth for now....my name is Zeref.....be sure to remember that....-Zeref said as he disappear.then,Mystogan go back to the town after recover his wounds....

Terra turned to gravel and fell out of Ragnarok's hand. He formed back up behind him. Terra summoned his bow staff that came out of the ground, then he was gone. One second he was there the next he was behind Ragnarok and nailed him the back.Then he was gone. "Lets see if you can catch me!" Terra started laughing as he ran around.

[Exavier]

Exavier heard Naja's new offer, and remembered that he also felt the same way in terms of wanting to find his point in life.

Whether it was out of pity, or boredom, Exavier finally accepted the offer. "Alright fine, I'll help you out. But you better be paying me with something valuable. And I don't care about that diplomatic immunity, if I had that, then stealing wouldn't be fun anymore would it?"

 

[Leon]

Leon got up and headed out.

"Well, we can either all go together, or split up, what's it gonna be?" He asked the group he was with.

(Jason)

"Well, it'd be wise if we stick together, if more of us inform the same guy, he might believe us....who knows, and we'll have strength in numbers." said Jason.

 

(Naja)

"I guess not, now shall we go, i have a feeling we will soon have company." said Naja.
