Yes, maybe it's the the gift of Square Enix and the major Character Designer of Final Fantasy Series (VII - Compilation Of FF VII, VIII, X and XIII's), Tetsuya Nomura.

 

In a interview printed yesterday in the japanese Magazine Gamega, he respond to the journalist "If 2010, will the year for the announcement of the game of his dream ?"

 

"I can just say, that indeed, whereas I'm still working on Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Agito XIII and a little later on The 3rd Birthday (this year), we will announce other games this year and which one is terribly waited from everyone and often "REQUESTED" by fans and even of the press crew that I meet All over the World."

 

KH III, no sure, A game Very waited by fans could be a Kingdom Hearts game, but by the press, it's just NO.

The only possibility is a FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE, so Kawazu (Crystal Chronicles/ Ivalice Alliance / SaGa) wasn't kidding us. A FF VII Remake Annoucement is it in preparation for NEXT E3 or TGS 2010 ?

I dont realy think its Reconnect: Kingdom Heart/3 because all the makers of Kingdom Hearts are doing Final Fantasy XIII Versus...or could it be?

Or maybe Final Fantasy VII Remake?

i don't think it's kingdom hearts III/recconect (is reconnect and kingdom hearts III the same? i know it's the next major game in the series whatever it is).

 

it could easily be a final fantasy remake.

 

but i think, continuing from the massive success of the first one, it could well be 'the world never ends with you 2'

I've been looking and everyone is saying

KH3, FFVII Remake or another Chrono( i dunno is it Chrono Trigger or Chrono Cross)

But maybe it won't be any of these.

i really doubt KH3, becuase everyone knows that coming. and it probably won't be coming until 2011...

Most likely VII Remake. Awhile back there was a short trailer for it and it showed the beginning of the the original game in modern graphics. VII alone is the most successful FF so it makes sense to remake it.

on topic: I don't think it would be KH3 b/c they just came out with BbS and like DearlyBeloved said, the makers of KH are working on FFXII Versus...(hay, we haven't heard about that game in FOREVER!)

I'm not gonna get my hopes up for it but i really think it could be a FFVII remake. I mean, Square has "hinted" it since Crisis Core (at the end, after the credits, "Te be continued in Final Fantasy VII") and i think some of u might remember this picture:

 

 

I remember seeing this at my Best Buy and I like FREAKED out, lol. I still can't figure out how that got released and it wasn't true. I mean, was it a big prank and was that purposely done my SquareEnix?

but Nomura also said, "Fans are looking forward to an oft rumored remake of FFVII, but I don't believe this will happen for the time being."

So, yeah, I'm trying to not get my hopes up, bu tit's just so hard *is a die-hard FF7 fan*

Wrong VII wasnt the most sucessful FF it was FFVIII it had a litttle more sale and sucess, yet a lot of peopel dont know this the reason why FF VII was made into a movie instead of FFVIII is because nomura prefered it to VIII not because it was more or less popular.

On another not unless FF get back with Nobuo as the Music Composer I wont enjoy my FF games liek in the pass T_T...

 

Also, if they were to remake FFVII they would wait for better graphic technology probably PS4 in a couple of years.

 

i dunno, the PS3 is getting 3D this year, i think it'll be a while until the PS4

Yeah they just released the ps3 about three years ago, and ps2 years before that. I dont really think there is a point of another console when it already has everything in need for GAMING itself.

Could easily be TWEWY 2, since they wanted to make a sequel (possibly on Wii, dang I need a Wii if that's true!) and a lot liked the first part and wanted a sequel.

 

FFVII remake can be too. Since the PS3-demo people are warming up for a remake... But don't you guys think all those graphics take something away from the original? I dunno...

 

(And what about the mysterious KH-game revolving around Riku's story? Or am I the only one that remembers Nomura spoke about that?)

 

By the way. I recently read in a local PlayStation-magazine that he also announced they would announce something everyone was waiting for... Exciting!

ok, there was another one, but i can't find it. Kitase is the Producer of FFXIII and he said that he would like to see an FFVII remake done.

I kind of hope it's Mario Hoops 3 on 3 2.

 

With Cloud Strife, Sora, Axel, and Aqua among the new playable characters.

(Before you strike at me, MH3on3 is a Square Enix game, and the original had a bunch of FF characters in it.. a few KH would be awesome in the next game)
