Julis i have seen on youtube a secret boss that can be found in traverse town only i do not no where to encounter with him do u guys by any chance know where he could be ?

I THINK, similar to the mysterious figure, once you get to a certain point in the game you can go to a specific area and Julius will just appear. He should come out of the sewer gate in the middle of the Twilight Town Fountain Square Plaza.

You have to have clear game data first and then head to the fountain plaza.
