Sorry if this is dumb question, but how do you place link portals? You can get a trophy for doing it and I thought it would be explained at some point in the game, but I just can't figure out how to do it.

You have probably ran out of your Dream Eaters. You use them when you make a portal.

Nope, I have a ton left, but still only 4 slots to create link portals.

Blegh... Link Portals... do not want.

i haven't got the challenge yet but i believe(well guess)that you place those 4 recall them do another 4 and just keep doing that and it will probably stack up to 30 altogether. just a geuss though i'm still testing that theory out

I never managed to get this trophy too. Some people said you have to place some, and then wait to get the trophy, but i never tryed this out to prove it. I still don't really understand, to tell the truth. Following logic, you just have to place 30 portals, one after the other, but it doesn't work. I did it, but nothing happened.

same i can only place 4 at a time

OK, what's supposed to happen is that you send 30 total link portals to friend. But if none of your friends have DDD then you can creat the portal and keep that portal there for about a week, i think that's what it was, and it will count. This is only what I read though. I got mine with my friend when we traded portals

A week for four portals? That's a lot of time, especially if you have to go back and replace them with four more. If you need 30 link portals, that's 8 weeks. 7 weeks for the first 28 and then 1 more for the last two.
